I’ve been looking for a new nail shop since moving. After searching reviews online I came across Four Seasons Nails and decided to give them a try. Steven did a new set for me, and they were the most beautiful stilettos I’ve EVER had done. They’re prices are cheaper than the places I’ve gone in the past, yet they offer more for your money. Included in my full set was an amazing hand, arm, shoulder and neck massage. I had a pedicure done as well and it’s the most relaxing pedicure I’ve had in a long time. It included a mud mask, hot stone massage and paraffin wax. They also do this neat thing where they use an orange slice to massage your feet and legs with. It smells amazing and I left with the softest feet and legs a woman could have! I decided to make Four Seasons my new regular salon! Before leaving I booked my next appointment for a full and pedicure in two weeks!

During my manicure, the manicurist cut one of my cuticles so deeply, I didn’t stop bleeding, I kid you not, for 2 days. She did not apologize, and she blamed it on my BLOOD for being too thin.

During my manicure, the manicurist cut one of my cuticles so deeply, I didn’t stop bleeding, I kid you not, for 2 days. She did not apologize, and she blamed it on my BLOOD for being too thin.
Will not be recommending anyone go here. I understand if she made a mistake, but for her not to apologize and for her to blame it on my (blood!) is inexcusable. The manicure wasn’t even that great itself. Don’t waste your money here.

Me and my boyfriend got a gift card here and we came here for the first time. The nail salon is so huge with fancy lights. We had the deluxe pedicure and it was a great experience.

I showed him a picture and my nail came out to something totally different !I wasn’t happy with my nails at all and the manager told me that he calls the police instead of doing something about it to make his customer happy(either cutting the price off or re-do it)

This is by far the best nail salon in Kirkland. The owner does a great job, the nails look really natural and pretty. They are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place.

Just had my nails and eyebrows done and as usual they did an absolutely fabulous job!!! I also had a polish change on my toes and now I am beach Fabulous for the Fourth of July! They have so many pretty summer colors that would go with every outfit in my closet! I did my pedicure and manicure here.. over all good, clean and kind staff. the pedicure without a color and was so nice and smooth. When i tried the pedicure I wanted to try the manicure and I really care about my nails!!!! So the manicure wasn’t that good the cleaning is not perfect and I ordered a french color and they didn’t ask about how i wanted it! The white part so thick i kept telling just make it thinner but no progress .. not satisfied about the manicure! But the thing which took me here that it’s close to where i am and the offer these days 40% off the service.. so will go back to pedicure only.

After my first time here, I was very pleased! The salon was very clean and the staff was so friendly. They managed to pull off a fill and a pedicure in only an hour! The massage that came with the pedicure was so amazing. It didn't feel short at all like some other salons. On top of that, i left with my nails looking amazing! Excellent job shaping my nails and making them all look even. Pricing isn't expensive at all. I definitely will be returning!

I have only been here once and won't be going back. The ladies were really nice & it was clean, but my manicure is awful. It looks like I did it myself...which is exactly why I go get a manicure-to avoid that look! I got a shellac and she got the polish all over the edges of my fingers (which is a big no-no for shellac because it'll peel faster if it's hanging off the edge of your nail). My cuticles look awful & jagged. My husband and sister (both of whom don't ever notice things like my nails) commented on how bad they look. :( I would have said something, but they were closing when they finished my nails & I was in a rush. I'll be going elsewhere for future manicures.

I went in for a fill. One visit was enough. They did a rushed job. Didn't take off all the old blue polish, just went right over it with acrylic. Nails tips were crooked and I had to ask to use the file to fix them. I had to ask to wash up before they started to put the polish over the dusty nails.

My daughter had a set of acrylic nails done at four seasons, they were awful! The shape was terrible, they were loose and began comming off almost immediately her nail beds were burned the nails on one hand were noticeably longer than the nails on her other hand the paint was done shabbily and they charged her an extra $5.00 to "shape" her nails. The job they did was unprofessional and sloppy. They should be ashamed of themselves.

A co worker of mine recommended I try out this little gem when I started having frustrations with my old nail salon. And boy am I glad I did! Lisa the owner is AMAZING! So friendly, pays attention to detail, is quick and I love how we just talk about random stuff and she genuinely cares about her customer! Both times I have gone there my nails have been done exactly the way I wanted them. Needless to say: I found a new salon to go to :)

The job was done OK but the customer service left something to be desired. I would not recommend it solely on their rudeness, but I don't think the quality of the job was the best it could've been either. It felt very rushed which is why I think two tips fell off in the first week. I for one am never going to return.

I’ve been looking for a new nail shop since moving. After searching reviews online I came across Four Seasons Nails and decided to give them a try. After my first time here, I was very pleased! The salon was very clean and the staff was so friendly. They managed to pull off a fill and a pedicure in only an hour! The massage that came with the pedicure was so amazing. It didn't feel short at all like some other salons. On top of that, i left with my nails looking amazing! It looks like I did it myself...which is exactly why I go get a manicure-to avoid that look!
