I went in to get a spray tan and that appointment went without any issues, however when I scheduled my lash extension appointment ( I scheduled 2 - a full set and a fill in 2 weeks) and went in for my first set, they put a hold on my account until my fill appointment without telling me, so I went to a couple of stores and tried to use my card and it got declined. I called because I thought that was a mistake, but they only then informed me that it was a hold until my second appointment is complete. Read Less

Unfortunately, my spray tan ended up being not so flawless.  The employees were very friendly and professional.  However, for a $60+ spray tan, I feel that there should be greater attention to detail.  I am fair-skinned and have been spray-tanning for 10+ years now.  The solution they used was a little on the orange side, and I feel that there are better, more bronze solutions out there.  My spray tan ended up with some very saturated (orange) areas on my hands and some white (missed) spots on my arm and leg.  While the spray tan experience was great, the spray tan itself could have been better, especially for the price.  This tan is just one step up from the spray booths, unfortunately. Flawless Beauty Bars easily has the best quality and value for lashes in Seattle. I've tried numerous places... no one has been nearly as kind, accommodating, high quality, informative, punctual, and clean as Flawless. Their new place in Seattle gets cuter every time I go in. I'm always greeted right away and we always start on time. Sequoia, the owner, does my lashes and you can tell she really knows what she's doing. The lashes are the best quality I've had. It's always an extremely comfortable experience, which I can't say the same about other lash places I've been to in Seattle. Also, their monthly memberships make it so easy to stay on top of maintenance for a very affordable price. I'm shocked I haven't had a spray tan here, but cannot wait to try later this month. I decided at the last minute to get a little help with some color before heading off to Hawaii last week. I did a search in the Kirkland area and read reviews and ultimately decided to try Flawless. Calling in is tough as they don't have someone at the front desk at all times, so I emailed and received very quick responses to my questions and got scheduled for the next day. So, that was great! I showed up for my appointment and I feel terrible but I don't remember the name of the person who helped me! Cassie? Casey? She was very professional and informative and ultimately I didn't mind one bit standing naked in a small room with her. I am a VERY pale lady so I told her I didn't want to over do it. Just a light tan so it doesn't look unnatural and I did the express option since I was leaving on an early flight the next day and wanted to be able to shower sooner rather than later. The outcome of the tan itself was exactly what I was looking for. Gave this mom-bod a little more confidence to strut around the beach in a two piece! Generally good service but this time not so much. Felt like he was rushing and he nicked my fingers when he was doing my nails. What was really bad was my wax it was hot and I now have red tender irritations on my face they look like big red scars and even 24 hours later they are tender and people keep looking at them Read Less

Been tanning here for about a year . I have always had an amazing tan . The staff is very friendly and always consistent . I usually do double dark which is there darkest solution and looks like a perfect tropical tan . I have recommended lots of my friends who also love the spray tans here . Best tip is to shower and shave night before you spray tan and do not use lotion day of and u will be good to go . Read Less

Thankfully  I  tried a pre session.  The gals couldn't  have been nicer. While they acted professional.  The place is cute. It cost 75.00 to be turned orange.Then when asked how to remove it over the phone.  I was rudely told oil. Hung up  on.no apologies  or refund.  Took 4 weeks to get orange  off my skin. Great service + wonderful make-up application! Unfortunately, I was allergic to the make-up they used. My eyes were bloodshot and wouldn't stop watering for hours. So, be sure you won't have such a bad reaction before you pay the big bucks to get your make up done! Read Less

Amazing salon- great tans, great employees, great products, etc. They do a great job of making you feel at home and comfortable. I personally get tanned by Elle or Ashley 90% of the time, and it's like catching up with friends each time I come in for my tan. Love this place! Read Less
