I’ve been to Perfect Nails 3 times. I have very strong nails and have been getting shellac for years (taking a break for the summer months). I now have 5 nails that have broken below the nail bed due to excessive filing with the rotary tool. Also, the last time my daughter went with me, she had to go in immediately to have her nails repainted as the polish job was splotchy and all over the cuticle of her nail. Went with my friend to get a full set. We didn't get to sit next to each other. Nail tech cut not one not two but 8 of my fingers with her drill. She didn't apologize and wouldn't stop.  She gripped my hand extremely hard that my hand ached. The nail tech then harassed other customer saying they wouldn't except card only cash when they clearly had a card machine fully functioning. Then another customer they lied right after and said they didn't have a card machine and the customer looked right at it and said are you sure. Then the nail techs angrily said JUST GO TO THE ATM NEXT DOOR AND GET CASH! I couldn't believe it. Then I paid with cash before getting my color painted and suddenly my service got better as if now I was worth their business. Even then when I left my nails weren't even they were bumpy and bulky and wide like a duck foot when I asked for square round. Pretty easy freaking shape if you ask me. SO if you want a somewhat good service bring cash & wear gloves so they don't cut you. Read Less

I used to go here regularly for years. I had to stop coming here back in December when they kept seating me at this new guys table. He was not as talented as the others. Final straw was when I asked for a specific design and they sat me at his table again. The design I asked for ended up looking like I asked a five-year-old to paint. Then one of the ladies started laughing at what a poor job he was doing, but never offered to help out. I ended up going to another nail salon to get it right. Came here after going to my usual place and finding out that they were closed. I got a full set with shellac and they came out beautiful! I brought my 6 year old with me and they paid very good attention to the both of us and were very nice. They charged me way less than my usual place so that was awesome! My only criticism is that a few hours after we got home and my daughter took a shower, her nail polish on two of her nails completely came off. Not a big deal though. Thanks for my gorgeous nails! I've come here a few times now and love coming here. Tim is my favorite but they all do a really great job and are very kind. An added plus if you are like myself and like to not talk alot the don't force conversation like most do I love that!! If I'm quiet so are they but if I make conversation they are very nice. I got a pedicure here and it was absolutely horrible the chair didn't work for massaging it kept stopping so I didn't get the spa pedicure really and then the lady cut my skin while cutting my cuticles and made me bleed. The main reason I went to get a pedicure is because I have a little bit of dry skin at the bottom of my foot which once I pointed out and asked if she could take it off she started to just pick at it. This place has disappointed me before but this time was the worst experience. They did not leave my nails in the lamp long enough so it started wrinkling. They also did not shape my nails at all. They are always in a rush to get my nails done and it results badly. Last time I went they pressured me to pick a color fast which is TERRIBLE and NOT good customer service. Long wait with only 2 men working on nails and eventually 5 or 6 people doing pedicures. There were 4 of us, 3 of which were wanting pedicures and 1 of us wanting shellac on their nails. The one waiting for her nails to be done waited an hour, then when she tried to explain what she wanted was kind of blown off. They turned out ok, but customer service needs to be worked on, badly. Perfect nails has the largest collection of color options by far for the area. Pretty much anything you want done, they have the capability to do. I usually get my shellac done here every 2 weeks and it generally stays in pretty good condition. If you ever need a repair they will do it on the needed nail for free. Even after a full week, my nails look well trimmed and solid. Just be prepared for a wait when you go because they are almost always packed. Read Less

I have been going to this salon for about 15 years. I will not even try somewhere else to get my nails done, in a pinch. They always stay up on the latest trends and are CONSTANTLY getting new polish colors. The salon is always so clean and always updating equipment. I mostly get my toes and nails (shellac) done, but my mom and sisters also always go there for waxing. I highy highly highly recommend this place! Read Less

This place ALWAYS goes above and beyond to take care of anyone who walks through their doors. They really value their customers and treat you like family here. I have a preferred lady I love to see when I come here but they honestly ALL do an amazing job. I've been going for years and have always had ok service but this last time was the last straw. I go to relax and enjoy the massage chairs but the chair was stuck on lower back so u asked if I could change chairs because it was hurting my back I was told very rudely that it was my fault because I had pushed to many buttons! love this place! it'll be my new spot for pampering. I walked in right when they opened and was the first one there---so glad too as people started to pour in right after me. I wanted a pedicure and shellac manicure and I am truly pleased with how they both turned out. my gal was Krystal and she will be my new go to. she was so nice, engaged in conversation with me, and really took her time despite the crazy onslaught of customers coming though the door.
