Disgusting n dumb ppl!!!! I had a apt I scheduled as I came right on time, the guy was with someone already an sat me down with a lady! Who attempted to put nails on my nails n two were totally going to the side so I told her she removed the two n put others on; at that point I already wanted to leave! So I asked nicely can I wait for the guy I had a apt with he popped up n said something and started being rude! He said I don’t have to see you and do your nails your not in my books! Wth????? N his yelling while helping a client?.! Wow I was so in awwee; he said I don’t need clients I’m already rich! I’ve been here 25 years! Wow what customer service!!!! Over absolutely nothing! Great service with a lovely calm (but not oppressively quiet) atmosphere. They have done custom tricks with my nails (I use SNS, though they also offer plain manicures and regular acrylics as well as gel paint (both four hands and feet)). Worth the drive! I was on errands and had a bit of time to kill so I looked on Yelp and decided to give this place a try... so happy I did!!! I called to see if they took walk inside and if they happened to have time for a pedicure. The owner was very nice and told me to come in anytime.  I showed up ten minutes later and was made to feel immediately welcomed. Kohi (the owner) had me select a color and they began running a tub of warm water. No sooner than I was in the chair than the technician 'T' was placing a warm gel pack across my shoulders and turning on the massage chair. Another gal brought me a bottle of water and they got to work. I swear the massage and scrub lasted a good ten minutes on my calves alone. Heaven. The place was clean and well taken care of. You could see various equipment being sanitized in the back and there was a very professional yet relaxing atmosphere. The nails were perfect, and there were a ton of colors to choose from. This is the best pedicure I've had, and among the least expensive too. I will absolutely be back and I'll be telling others to give them a try too. Read Less

I loveeeee this place!!! It's a secret gem. If you're in the Kent area and are in need of a nail technician the guy that owns the place does amazing gel acrylic work. Amazing job done! My boyfriend and I went for pedicures and I needed a fill as well. We walked in at 6 (one hour before closing) and asked if they could take us and they politely did. Immediately we sitting the pedi cares with warm water running. The owner gave us complimentary water bottles and we were being served! My fill was done as my pedi was being done and my boyfriend got his pedicure started soon after. I asked if he could do a design on my nails, if not solid color was just fine. He agreed do to the nail design and we were done at about 7:15. We had excellent service and conversation the entire time! The owner is so funny and so enthusiastic I would love to go again! I dropped in to get a shellac manicure. The gentleman  I think is the owner told me it would be about 10 minutes. I could see there was 5 people working and they all had clients. But...I couldn't see at what stage 2 were, so thought they might be my technicians. 35 minutes later ...not near 10 minutes.....( you know how it is...they tell you 10 minutes....after 10 minutes you'll give them a little more time...then suddenly it's 20 minutes....at that point how much longer can it be...now I have so much time invested it's not worth it to go somewhere else and have another wait) .....so like I said 35 minutes later a young lady that looked like she was very unhappy motioned for me to sit at her station. I looked around the salon as I was waiting for the shellac to soften up so it could be removed. The place was filthy. Everything had a thick layer of dust on it. And yes, I do understand it's a nail salon and there's allot of nail dust in the air. But this was beyond being a week old, 2 weeks old, 3 weeks old.....it was thick. The salon was also very cluttered with nic-knack stuff everywhere. I looked down at the floor....filthy......I looked along the edge of the baseboards. That was a mistake. Not only heavy with dust, but it's of debris, large dust balls, pieces of paper, bits of cut off nails...it was gross. I will not return. They need to be inspected by the Health Department. I've been going here for a couple months now, it's is a fabulous little shop. I'm always pleased with their finish product and have never seen a nail shop with such great customer service. The shop is clean, always a quiet, calm, relaxing environment. I was in this morning and was again amazed at the depth of their care. An elderly woman with a walker came in for a mani/pedi and they were so careful and caring with her, made sure she was comfy and escorted her from chair to chair as needed. I had a great experience when I had my nails done today. The staff was friendly and courteous. My nail technician was fast and did a fantastic job with my acrylic full set and painted tips. I asked for a design and it turned out beautiful. I appreciated them asking me beforehand which shape I'd like (and showed me an illustration). The salon is well ventilated. The decor is nice. My family and I will definitely be returning there for our nail care needs in the future. Read Less

If you want to spend $30 and have your nails look like crap in 6 days then go here. I went in to talk to them they told me that basically it normal for the acrylic to be pulling away from the nails. The girl didnt even touch my cuticles before application. I will be finding a better salon with better service Read Less

New location for me since I'm attempting to search for something new here in Kent, why are these location not clean facilities, cuz it's Kent! I've never had a worse experience at a nail salon. My cuticles were uneven, dig here dig there...horrible experience! I could tell the staff was tired and not friendly at all! Oh and when asking for Gel, they acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about and proceeded to apply Acrylic nails. Bad business never going there again! Read Less
