This place is absolutely horrible... every time I come in this establishment I am made to feel like I am unwanted. I have waited 1.5 hours for a wax . This owner has no meaning of customer service and obviously needs to hire more help. I would much rather drive 45 minutes to a nearby town because the service is so much better. Felt super rushed, and my nails came out not the best. I asked for a certain shape and that was not done, over filed most of my length, very opinionated, the nails are too thick. Overpriced for the quality. The people are friendly but my nails look terrible.Read Less

My girlfriend went here today to have her nails done. The man who did them I wouldn't allow to do my dog's nails. This guy never trimmed her nails like he should have, also when showed by her were to cut the nails to the length she wanted he cut them way shorter than she wanted I gave its place the rating that I did but I wish there was a lower one because I would have given it. I love the Staff and Service here... They make everyone feel welcomed, they have great prices, they stay crowded, but that's to be expected when your Great.... They treat everyone with respect even kids... We have a lot of events in this small country town involving our kids.. They treat the kids so good... I've been a Regular here for years... Pedi, Gel Nails and Brows.... Make an appointment if possible, if not make sure you have the time to sit and wait your turn... I've s...een people be disrespectful to them... This is the second time I went there, for a pedi and fill-in ,and was made to feel like a unwanted customer and they didn't need my business. I was told it would be 10 mins or so, no problem at all. While I was sitting there a woman just walks in and sits in a pedi chair. Let's say she had a appointment, they could've acknowledged me sitting there and said something. Instead make me feel like I didn't matter.,,for the 2nd time. Won't be back and will advise my friends & family not to either. I own a business and would never treat a customer(regular or a new one) like they don't matter. All customers who are willing to pay you for a service should be treated with some kind of respect. It's not easy to find a good nail shop in Kent/Renton/Auburn area.  I have been to a lot of bad ones, that I never went back to.  I strongly recommend Kim and Happy Nails!Kim does my pink and white fills and always does an excellent job!  She is very flexible on appointment times, her rates for service are reasonable and the shop is clean. So it has taken me a lot of thought before writing this review as I don't like to leave negative feedback, but I have finally decided I need to get this out. I went to this shop to get my eyebrows tinted and Kim met me after hours (so it was just us in the shop) She told me to put my purse on a table outside the room where she actually does my eyelashes. We chatted throughout the session while she was running around in and out the room. My eyes were closed the whole time so no dye would get in them. I thought it was so sweet of her to take the time to meet me after hours. Our talk was nice she seemed like a really nice and genuine person. When I was finally done I went in my purse to pay her and noticed I was missing $40! I didn't really know how to react so I just paid her and went home. I could say i dropped it, or someone else took it but its just not possible in this case... So long story short, I won't be back. What a shame! Read Less

Quick mani/pedi from the best!! Kim is the owner of the shop and takes drop ins if she's got availability (her daughter, Christina, helps her out on the weekends). She's always able to fit me into her schedule when I call in advance. There's nothing fancy about the shop ~ it's not a spa experience. Kim and her family are friendly, personable and run an ultra clean business.Kim does an excellent job on my nails and waxing needs, nearly perfect if I do say so myself. She also offers other services like eyebrow tinting and daddy long-leg eyelashes.Her prices are extremely reasonable. You can get a mani/pedi for around $30. Read Less
