I have been seeing Katie for my hair color and Vanny for my nails for years, and they give exemplary service. If anyone really reads these the real only complaint I have is employees parking in the handicapp parking place. There is only one place, and two particular employees park there every time I go. I have been calling for 2 days to schedule a massage and I left a message. They have not returned my calls nor answered any of my calls. In fact believe that the last call was forwarded to voice mail. I am not sure how the massage is but i can tell you that the customer service is bad. Read Less

Super awkward and confusing experience....First of all, I am pretty sure this place is now called Ambiance Beauty Bar. I bought a groupon for them, and it has the exact same address as "Envision a Nu You"I purchased a groupon for a massage and then called to schedule my massage. The lady on the phone helped me pick a date and said she would text me the address.....uhhhh...okay? I thought that was pretty odd, but She never texted me. My appt was scheduled on a Monday. I checked online and their website says they're closed on Mondays. I called the massage therapist on Monday (turned out to be her cell phone) and she assured me that they are open. There is a parking garage below the facility. It looks cute when you walk in, lots of decor, but no one was there! Long story short, I finally got my massage, which was good....but the therapist forgot to ask for my groupon afterward. So 30 minutes later while I was driving home, I had 5 missed calls and 2 texts from the therapist saying she needed my groupon # ASAP. I sent her a screenshot of my groupon and that was that. Lavona is a great deep-tissue masseuse. She had deep even pressure, relaxing music, and was so cheery. I talked more than I thought I would, she was so easy to speak with and full of positive energy. I purchased a living social deal awhile back for a massage. First of all, it took over a week for someone to call me back to schedule my appt. When I arrived for my appt, I was told massage therapist is having car trouble and will be 10 min late. I thought ok, no biggie, I'll wait. After 10 min, same gentleman told me its going to be another 15 min of waiting... at that point I said, thanks but no thanks. Waited couple of days, nobody cared to call me to appologize for this event or to reschedule. So I got my refund from Living Social. Do not recommend you go through same thing. Read Less

I like that you can get everything all in one place (nails, hair, lashes, tattoo, haitcut,etc). I also like that they accept credit/debit.
