I came in on memorial day weekend (Friday). They looked slammed when I came in. I called about an hour before hand. Turns out a lot of people schedule for the same time! Poor ladies! They looked super busy and slammed. But I was helped about 10 or 15 later after I was told to pick a color. And they were very friendly even if they seemed a little overwhelmed. I didnt mind at all! My pedicure was pretty normal I'd say. I didn't get anything ridiculous; French shellac manicure. She did a really nice job. I think my only complaint was I wish she spent a little more time on the massage... I work on my feet all day and pedicures are my secret to sore feet! I look forward to my massages... lol. I have been going to this salon regularly for years and everything has always been great. I stopped in tonight and did a walk-in pedi. The gals were very nice as always but at the end of my service I went to get up and upon a closer look my toes were pretty bad. Filed very uneven and paint all around the skin on some of my toes. The person who did my service had already moved on and I didn't want to make a big deal of it so I decided, note to self, make an appointment next time. I went to pay cash and counted out an extra $5 (which for the service is over 20% tip) AND THE GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER SAID I DIDN'T LEAVE ENOUGH AND GESTURED HIS HAND THAT I LEAVE A BIGGER TIP. I would give zero stars if I could. This place has terrible customer service! My 5 year old daughter and I were told to wait for two pedicure spots. 30 mins later, a woman very rudely asked us if we could " just come back later?" Are you kidding me?? I was very dissapointed with my service here. I came in to get a set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. The nail technician did my acrylics first and I told her I'd like my nails to not be super long and to be almond shaped with soft point. Immediatlely she says that my nails need to be long to get that shape but I told her I need them to be shorter because of my job and I've gotten this shape and length in the past. Once she glued the tips on, she clips the nails into a claw shape, I told her I didn't want them to be too pointy and she responded with "I'll shape them." So she puts the acrylic on and piles it on, making my nail soooo thick and unnatural looking. Then she starts filling them. I am not picky at all but she filed the sides of the nails so far, my natural nail was starting to show. I kept telling her that she filed them way too far and she said she'd fix it. It got to a point where I couldn't see how she could possibly fix them and apologized to her and that I wanted them soaked off. She then shows her manager my nails and asked ask for a photo of what I was wanting. When I show the photo the manager says "oh you wanted almond. One word can change everything" (she was referring to me saying a soft point.) I told her I asked for almond all along but of course I was in fault in this situation for misdirection, which is not how you should treat customers. They then insisted on trying to fix them and to not soak them off, even though I asked to get them soaked off twice. The nail technician gave me my pedicure then I was going to get my nails fixed after. I kid you not, I looked down at my phone then next thing I know the pedicure is over. Pretty sure she did only one coat of polish on my toes. So I go to get my nails fixed and I showed the nail technician a photo of exactly what I wanted. She then would file my nails, making them super round and I'd say "no that's not the same shape as the photo." We played this game over and over until I gave up and said fine. After my nails we're fixed, yes they looked much better but still not what I wanted. Then the manager asked me what happened which I appreciate, and said to show this same exact photo when I got a fill. Which is funny because apparently a photo doesnt do any good since the nail technician couldn't copy the photo at all. Ugh. As I'm sitting letting me nails dry, other nail technicians would say "oh almond shape." And I kept answering with "that's what I asked for." Clearly unsatisfied and ready to leave, they gave me $5 off my acrylics and full price for the pedicure. I was hoping at least $10 off my acrylics. I'm tired of getting my nails done with people who don't listen and don't care. Yes I realize I should have shown a photo in the first place, lesson learned, but I hope the people working there realize they need to listen and be understanding rather than act like I was wrong and still half listen to what I wanted. My best friend took me here for some pampering last week. She goes there all the time but this was my first time. We both got manicures and pedicures. It was perfect, they offered me a variety of beverages right when I sat in the chair. And the foot massage with the rocks was amazing. The place was very clean, all the women that were super friendly and professional, and my manicure & pedicure still look great. I used to go to a different salon in town but after being a victim of some unclean tools, Wynn Nail Spa will definitely be my regular place from now on! Read Less

I went here yesterday with a friend as we were looking to try a new nail place. Sadly, I don't think we will be coming back.Pros: looked extremely clean, had wine to serve, pedicure chairs seemed comfortableCons:My nail polish chipped less than three hours after the appointment.There are waves in my nails. I get acrylic with shellac on top and it looks as if the distribution was uneven.Changed the shape of my nails from almond to more oval.My friend not only got cut numerous times but they kept her nails ridiculously long despite being told otherwise and one hand of polish is darker than the other.Overall, I would have loved to love this place but to pay $40+ for a subpar manicure at best is just not my thing. Not to mention the attitude of all the workers seemed as if they simply didn't care as long as they got paid :( disappointed. Read Less

Oh my gosh, this place is beyond 5 stars. I got my nails done somewhere else and it was a horrible experience. On Monday My sister told me about this place and I decided to try it out. When I got there the place was very nicely organized and very clean. The lady that took me, her name was Amy, was very kind and talked to me. I also had another lady, her name was Ennie(not sure on the spelling), she was very nice as well. It was the best service I have ever received! I was so excited when Wynn Nails opened but they have gone down hill. The last few times I've made appts. they're not ready to help me. Also they have become inconsistent on if you get a hot stone massage or not. Today was the most frustrating visit. They advertise for a relaxing atmosphere and it was chaos. They were fighting over the schedule book. When I complained that it was loud the employee wasn't happy with me at all. I wouldn't reccommend this place. Read Less

Wynn used to be my favorite salon but after my experience yesterday I have new thoughts. Firstly, the lady put one of the fake nails on sideways then proceeded to argue with me when I told her it was crooked. Next, I asked for coffin shape and was given extremely long square round nails. They are too fat to be coffin. Then, my friend asked for the lady to soak off her acrylics to save her nails and she proceeded to be extremely rude to her and tell and say " well someone else has to do that so sit there, pointing to another chair." Then I had a pedicure and alerted the staff member I was allergic to orange and not to use the scrub but low and behold she proceeded to not even two mins later put the orange scrub on my legs. I really liked this place... not anymore!They're always super busy so I booked a pedi & when I showed up they proceeded to brush me aside, ignore me & make me wait. I have no problem waiting 5 or even 15min if they were busy,  unfortunately I had to wait over 30min & then they chose to seat two other people for pedicures instead. At that point I felt extremely disrespected & left. I refuse to spend my money where I am treated with such disregard. I know they get busy & I made an appt for that reason. They have no respect for your time & place walk ins over scheduled customers. That's simply unacceptable. Learn to say "NO" so you can actually service the appointments you scheduled!! Nothing I can't stand more than nail salons that say "Yes" to every walk in when they should of said "NO" to most. It's terrible customer service to make your scheduled guests wait because you want every dollar from every person you can get. You would of gotten my money if you had honored our appointment. This place is great, and I will never understand those that give it a one star.  Sure it is busy, but that is also a really good sign.  These ladies work there butts off and I have always been treated well.  A word of advice to those complaining about paying beforehand: When you get a regular manicure they are offering to save you from digging in your purse with wet nails.  Take it as a sign that they are saving you from screwing it up.  Or better yet, get shellac.  Wynn Nails to me has always been friendly, clean, and a great value for the money. Worst experience I had so far. I moved to Issaquah few weeks ago and currently shopping around for a nail salon . I'm not coming back here ever again. Lowest quality manicure : cut me in 3 places,uneven nail polish coating ,bumps , bubbles , missed spots . Rushed job , they ask you to pay in the middle of the service as well as tipping them . But what tip they expect before I even see the result?Mani and pedi cost $35 , which is cheap . But in this case you get what you pay for - sloppy job , no customer service . I asked her to redo some fingers, but they didn't get better, nail painting skills of the employee = 2 years old toddler. As for the pedicure- no cuts but not perfect , decent rushed job. Read Less

I got a gel mani and a regular pedi here last week.  When taking off my gel polish, they barely filed the gel polish, then put the acetone on to remove it. Because they barely filed the top coats of my gel polish, the acetone didn't penetrate, and wouldn't come off when they tried. Instead of letting it soak some more, they decided to try to peel off the polish. The girl literally used her nails and started peeling chunks of the polish off, and some of my actual nail. Along with the polish, she took off the corners of 2 nails, the. She tried to fix it by cutting my nails to the flattest and shortest length possible.  I hated the shape, but they were too short to really do anything. They did my nails, and clearly didn't take off all of the old polish, because I have little bumps under. Now, a week later, the polish is starting to crack, and still looks awful with the bumps, uneven broken nails, and messy edges. The pedi was ok, however. Read Less

This is my go to nail salon in the Issaquah area. I have been here many times now, and this place is consistently good. The location is very clean and modern with new massage chairs. They have a very extensive color list for both regular polish and shellac. The staff here have all been amazing and very friendly and really give the "nail spa" experience with the massage included. I want to give a special thanks to my most recent visit. I wanted to do something a little different for my wedding nails. The girls were so great about showing me how each of the shellac colors looked on my nail and giving a great suggestion for the wedding nail design on my ring fingers. Amazing experience! We came in with my 1 yr old son and 4 yr old niece, they took amazing care of my sis (who is at the end of her third trimester) and myself and made sure to make my niece's experience extra special. My son started to get restless and the ladies had zero issue keeping him entertained whole I got to relax for a bit.
