I'm not much a of a reviewer but after my time with Karen today and seeing she only had 3.5 stars here (I'm absolutely shocked) I felt the need to post a positive review. This was the best lash service I have ever had! I've been to a couple other places around here and across the bridge and they can't compare. As a licensed cosmetologist, and learning how to do lashes myself, it was obvious to me that her knowledge and expertise in the lash industry is quite immense. Her customer service and professionalism is top notch too! I even received a personal text reminder from her this morning along with the address so I knew where I was going. Great location and very nice and clean. I arrived early since it was my first appointment and she was ready and waiting for me. Great consultation, great listener!Very nice lady, gentle touch, very personable and my lashes look absolutely gorgeous and better than ever!! I'm SO grateful and happy to find someone that actually knows how to do more than just a basic one size fits all classic lash! She customizes your lashes to suit YOU and maintain the health and integrity of your own natural lashes. Very important! I'm over the moon delighted with my lashes and so very impressed with her and her work. I'm a picky little s#*t, I admit it. She must be a perfectionist and obviously loves what she does. Needless to say, I'll be going back from now on!

I've been seeing Karen's assistant (Jamie) for a few months now. I just moved to Gig Harbor and had to find a lash stylist that I could trust with my lashes. Then I found Karen and Jamie! I get really, really long lashes (15- 16mm) and contrary to popular belief, my short, thin Asian lashes have suffered absolutely no damage. I'm so glad that I've found Jamie! She's incredible at what she does. Shes very critical to detail, a perfectionist, and very kind! I always love a good conversation while getting my lashes done. And yes, she plays good music during fills so its not awkwardly dead quiet. She's also very gentle with her hands and accommodating. I don't know how much more you can ask for from a lash stylist?Their business is now located in the Olympic Executive Suites. It's a really cute, clean room! Looks like a room out of the Ikea display room. Lots of parking available. Looking for a credible business you can trust? Come here!

Karen is so caring and careful! She's wonderful! Her work is beautiful and her precise placement makes all the difference. My lashes were ok before but after Karen's magic they were OMG, beautiful! If your getting lash extentions done you should switch over to Karen, you'll see what I'm talking about.
