Love this place! Linh makes sure to do my nails when I come in, and she does such a great job, always making sure I'm happy along the way and is starting to just know exactly how I like my nails! So my first time at this salon, and it won't be the last. Annie did one of the best pedicures that I have ever had great leg and foot massage. The experience was terrific my toes look incredible. Would have been a 5, but I was charged $10 more than the price list on this page.   Standard Pedicures were good and thorough.  Price list isn't showing in the store.  Classic way for them to charge whatever they want.  I'll go back, but I'll be more sure of the price before they get started. I have found my new nail salon!After a drastic change in quality and customer service at the salon I had been using for years, I had been trying multiple spots around town, without finding much success. After hearing good things since a change in management, my son's step mom and tried Bella Nails this afternoon. It was incredible - very clean, friendly and professional employees (that were also friendly and professional toward one another) and a high quality result. My friend and I each got a pedicure (three options to choose from), she got a regular manicure and I got a gel manicure. The same technician stayed with each of us from start to finish. The original owner/staff were rude and unwelcoming.  I was excited to see the salon was under new management.  But, I was disappointed recently with waxing that resulted in patches of missed hair and sloppy wax application which ruined my clothing.  When I mentioned the wax on my pants, all I got was, "it will come off."  Um, not so much!  $60 pants ruined. Since small businesses can't survive on 1 customer, I will give them the appropriate rating and hope you find Bella Nails to be a much better nail salon...I tried this place for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised at how well I was treated. I got a relaxing mani/pedi with Anna. I was treated to the best foot and leg massage which has been a challenge for me to find in Gig Harbor. I went to this place last year when it was under a new owner and did not care for it.   Today, we noticed the new owner and 30% off sign and decided to give it a try.   I got the pedi/mani combo with gel polish and absolutely loved it.  The tech who did my nails took her time and paid great attention to every single detail.  You can tell they're trying really hard to please their customers.  A different tech painted my daughter's nails and two adorable flower designs.  The salon is beautiful and clean.  The techs are professional and caring.  Good luck guys and keep up the good work! Wow, how does this place stay in business?  From the moment I went in the girl NEVER got off the phone.  She did such a horrible job I had to go back the next day for her to "fix" it.  Her child was screaming and running all over the salon, including grabbing my arm and yelling in my ear for a full hour, while she said nothing to get him to stop.I was mortified at how bad my nails looked but at this point, nothing I could do about it.  I'd spent 3 hours and a complete waist of time and money.DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maaaan all these cat-ladies and "can i talk to your manager" types are driving down the reviews on this place. I took my ol lady down here to get her nails done and done right. The lady was quick to serve her and took very good care of her. It wasnt your typical sit down and be treated like cattle by a dead silent vietnamese lady experience. She talked with us and give my better-half tips on how to keep her nails looking phresh and fly. Her nails came out looking like they were put in by god herself. My significant other also talked me into getting my first pedicure. I will tell you they never cut my cuticles, I never bled out, nothing like that. I wear work boots 24/7 and my feet were so calloused that the sides of my big toes looked like python heads. Not no more they dont. Talk about soft as a babys bottom. We were highly satisfied with their service and if you dont like bella nails, its probably because your a horrible person to deal with and you wouldnt know good service if it fell out of the sky, hit you in the face and started to wiggle. The first time I went in was to get to my eyebrows done they did a phenomenal Job for me the first round and I went in again to finally try them for my nail fill the manager did them she did a great job very gentle and very friendly. I am in disbelief. I walked in with my Mom, was ignored and had to ask if we could get a pedicure. We picked our colors and stood there waiting for someone to seat us.  There was two people in the entire place and not one person helped us... when we finally sat down the water was cold and we were expected to go one at a time. The guy who did mine was friendly and did a good job. But the salon was totally empty and I had two other friends with me, one of whom didn't even get started on until we were completely done. Also, there were two guests who came in at 1:30 for their appointment, and didn't even get started on til we left. There were only two technicians working. I wouldn't return. My experience seems consistent with others who reviewed.And my pedicure was $55? I got the spa pedicure for $30 and they charged an extra $25 for gel? I went in for a pedicure and the older woman made my toe bleed so badly with the cuticle trimmers she couldn't get it to stop. She used quick clot which wouldn't work. The younger woman who seemed like the owner took over halfway through and ended up using nail glue to stop the bleeding. My toe is still painful and now infected. They didn't even offer me a discount and I was in such a hurry to leave I paid the $30 and left. If I could give no stars I would. Read Less

I came in to get my gel nails removed it was very painful. She just ripped my nails off and made me bleed. My nails are now extremely short and my finger tips are Inflamed. So...the place looks nice and clean BUT I will definitely not return. I have been in twice and for the price the pedicure is NOT worth it! They took "maybe" 25" minutes for the whole pedicure which is not enough time for  what I feel is a proper massage and everything. When finished I was told to wait under the dryer...was there for about 10 minutes and was told I was dry (later found out I wasn't when I tried on a pair of shoes and messed up the nails...came home and took off all the polish. The kicker here is that when I went to PAY they told me they could not take cash as they had no change so I had to use my debit card...I told the girl that I was going to pay her a cash tip...was not offered a receipt and now I find out SHE ADDED HER OWN TIP...$6!!
