The lady who did my toes was very nice. The other lady that did my daughters was not so nice. The lady who did my toes asked me if I wanted a mani, I declined. Then the other lady asked me so I declined again. She looked at me with a frown, said something in Vietnamese, they all looked at me and laughed. I have NEVER felt more uncomfortable in my life. I will never go back to this salon.

First time to this salon. A little more pricey than Im used to.. 30$ for gel manicure. Docked a star because she didnt even offer three coats of color: which to me is a complete manicure.

Tony and Mimi and their staff are phenomenal, friendly, talented and reasonable priced! I tried many nail salons until I found this gem! I wouldn't go any where else.

This was like a pedicure from the twilight zone. The amount of scrubbing, lotions, weird potions, ect used was staggering. Normally..l might be a good thing. However... 2.5 hours in my nails were not even painted yet and I had been given this weird “ neck and back massage”. Which involved shoving my chest to my knees in the chair and proceeding to whack on my back and neck so hard I couldn’t even voice words to say stop. Resulting in actual bruises! At which point, I was ready to be done... however my legs were wrapped like a mummy and the woman didn’t speak English. Seriously. Strangest thing I have ever experienced. I have had many many many manicures and pedicures.... and can say I would never, ever go back! The only positive is that... all of my callouses are gone. Alth Ugh, my feet are completely raw. And the flower painted on my toenail is tasteful. Other than that.... umm.... no.

I really wanted to like this place. It is gorgeous and clean. First pedi was with someone I think had never done it before. Was lumpy and chipped the first few days (my pedis normally last about a month looking good). I went back thinking it was just her. Had a younger girl who seemed good, but again it started chipping within a week! Maybe it's their polish but I can't recommend this place at this point.

I recently went back here to 9 Essentials and was pleasantly surprised. New owners and newly remodeled. I was greeted immediately and Mimi did my waxing. She is very nice and experienced. I had a pedicure,very clean and wonderfully relaxing. Tony did my nails. They look wonderful. The work is done quickly. If you are looking for a good nail salon,this is it. I was so pleased with my visit and no more driving to Tacoma. I highly recommend 9 Essentials Nail Spa. Melissa W.

The ladies working here are young and were very kind. I came in to get a medi,pedi and a wax. I was taken cared of right away even though they seemed fairly busy. My nails came out great! Unlike other salons I have been to, my lady took her time and took extra steps to take care of my nails...she was very gentle too! This place is very clean,well lit and gives off a relaxing atmosphere. I was well pampered and I would be back most definitely.

I travel 45 minutes to get my mani pedi and it is WELL worth it! The pedicure is the best ever, but make sure your not in a hurry because they don't rush it by any means...hot stone massage and paraf...

The pedicure is the best ever, but make sure your not in a hurry because they don't rush it by any means...hot stone massage and paraffin wax to top it off!Ask for Tony or MiMi and you will not be disappointed. I will keep making the drive for sure...oh and they have a hair salon too!!!

The lady who did my toes was very nice. The other lady that did my daughters was not so nice. The lady who did my toes asked me if I wanted a mani, I declined. Then the other lady asked me so I declined again. She looked at me with a frown, said something in Vietnamese, they all looked at me and laughed. I have NEVER felt more uncomfortable in my life. I will never go back to this salon.

This was like a pedicure from the twilight zone. The amount of scrubbing, lotions, weird potions, ect used was staggering. Normally..l might be a good thing. However... 2.5 hours in my nails were not even painted yet and I had been given this weird “ neck and back massage”. Was lumpy and chipped the first few days (my pedis normally last about a month looking good). I went back thinking it was just her. I recently went back here to 9 Essentials and was pleasantly surprised. New owners and newly remodeled. I was greeted immediately and Mimi did my waxing. She is very nice and experienced. I had a pedicure,very clean and wonderfully relaxing. Tony did my nails. They look wonderful. The work is done quickly. If you are looking for a good nail salon,this is it. Unlike other salons I have been to, my lady took her time and took extra steps to take care of my nails...she was very gentle too!
