I have been coming here since before I had my kids. They are definitely like family. And the person, Chuck H. Who commented about infected nails and blah blah, is a liar. I was there. Watched the whole thing! And Susan said your gf was a first time customer who wanted to try acrylics when she came in 6 weeks before to get those nails done. Then she comes in telling her to take them off because now they are hurting. Of course she is going to charge to take them off. It had been 6 weeks. If they hurt when she first put them on and asked for them to come off, she wouldn't have been charged. There was also no infection on her nails, and susan filed, oiled and massaged her hands after the a rylics were off and her nails looked very healthy. (I know because I was sitting in the chair right next to her) His girlfriend was super rude and disrespectful when she pretended to find out and pretended to be shocked they asked her to pay. She started calling Susan names and threatening her. Susan just wanted her out of the store if she wont pay, said she hopes she has a merry Christmas and that she will never have to pay for it, but please never come back. I honestly was afraid for Susan because she is a smaller woman and the other woman was so much bigger than her..oh, and Chuck H. Never came into the shop but once to ask if she was almost done.
