After going through three different nail salons and being disappointed by each of them, I have found my safe haven. Sadly, I did not get the name of the nail technician, but I will be going back again when needed. She took her time, was gentle, and payed attention to the details. I saw some flaws here and there and was concerned at first, but she already had her eyes on them and fixed them gracefully. She was attentive to my requests and made sure I was happy with the results. We had small talk and when needed there was silence which I appreciated. For a fill, color change, reshaping, and nail art it took about an hour which I was happy with since I had a tight schedule. The place was clean and welcoming. I went to the nail shop in the next complex over from this because it "looked" really nice, I gave them a few tries and everytime they were rude, butchered my fingers and nails and I will never go back. After that experience I tried this shop out and I'm so thrilled, they took their time, they were so polite and my nails came out flawless, I would highly recommend this shop compared to the others around it by far. Went in to get a haircut for a job interview I was having. Asked for it to be cut so it was just touching my shoulders. The hairdresser who was quite young began to cut my hair at the nape of my neck, I told her that was too short. She apologised and told me she wanted to be quick so she could get out and hang out with her boyfriend. It wasn’t until after my VERY short hair cut that I was told by my partner and his mother that my hair had actually gone from very short at my left side to longer at my right side. Very embarrassing. This was months ago mind you and I’m still trying to grow out my hair to put into a ponytail. I give 5 stars for friendly engaging staff. I came here based on reviews. They still didn't have the nicer shellac brands but ones I don't know. They did a great job on shellac manicure and regular pedicure but the mani didn't even last one week. One nail was already chipping. During the pedicure, I don't think the nice lady was paying attention during the stone massage as she pressed against my scabs on my legs and I yelped then she was sorry. While visiting my mom for my birthday, she wanted to go out for manis and I couldn't have been more excited! They were able to schedule us ahead and they did a wonderful job. -- Also this was my mom's FIRST mani--!!The establishment was clean, the ladies were friendly and kept up a long chat with my mom during the whole visit...I'm more of a mani in silence and enjoy my audiobook kinda customer which they totally respected too.I definitely recommend these guys and calling ahead. I don't rate usually when I go out but it had been a while since we had a pedicure and I went to an overpriced place with a friend and 15 to 20min later they painted and got me out.. didn't hardly take care of the bottom of my feet. I've been looking for a GOOD pedicure place for literally over a year now and I'm so excited to have found one!! We did the "Special Pedicure" which is one step up and $10 more than the regular - and absolutely worth it!! My only, minor, complaint was that the water wasn't quite as warm as I would've liked but that's nothing that can't be fixed next time. Definitely will recommend! Read Less

Sorry I cannot recommend these guys for beauty. I had a full set of silk eyelashes put on & they are terrible. Far too much glue used, very clumpy & crunchy & some of them are stuck to my skin not the eyelash causing pain & irritation. My eyes were actually glued together when she had finished & she had to rip them apart . I get the impression it was a new apprentice (unsupervised) who put them on. I rang & spoke to the manager two days after I let them settle, who was sympathetic & lovely and offered to take a look but nothing she could do - there is no dissolving that glue! She suggested olive oil to soften them (didn’t work) & now they are falling out after one week, along with my natural eyelashes in chunks. My advice - don’t go here for eyelashes. Read Less

I came in with my boyfriend,  we both got Pedicures and I also got a MANICURE with gel polish and our total was $115 not including the $15tip.... You think for that price I could have gotten a full set,  brows, gym memembership and some gold plated acrylics with diamond polish.  Admittedly, they were pretty quick for a busy high rated nail shop on a Friday. Overall they did do a nice job. Prices just seem too high for an average run off the mill salon.  With the high way robbery their getting away with, I'd really recommend a face lift so you at least get the feeling of being in a high end spa with world class service,  champagne,  chocolates and topless muscle men serving you on silver platers. If what you're looking for is a dingy, chop shop, express nail location; look no further because here you will find it! If you're looking for a nail shop where the ladies talk crap in their native language, here you have it! If you are seeking a crappy shellac job; look no further. If ur normal nail tech is fully booked, ALL the other shops are booked, and this shop is your last resort; go at ur own risk. This is my favorite location to get my nails done (mani/pedi). I've been going to this spot for years now and I get the same service with everyone I work with. Friendly staff ANNND they always answer their phones. Like any other nail salon, they get busy during peak hours and weekends, so try and go first thing when they open up. They prefer cash tips. Ever since I've moved here about a year ago I've been coming to this nail salon. No matter which employee ends up doing my nails, they always do a great job. The ladies are nice, remember my name and always take their time. They are wonderful perfectionists! Shellac on both hands and toes is my favorite so far. Love this place! Terrible job. Did not get rid of cuticles or callus very well and the paint job was sloppy. I am not rude so I did not complain and tipped 20% but will never come back. Also, service took 1.5 hours. This is one of my favorite places to get my nails done. I've been coming here for almost a year and I always expect nothing but greatness when I come in. That's always what I get too! I love how clean it is in here, the tv is a great piece of the shop too! I love watching tv while getting my nails done. The selection of gel shellac colors are great as well.
