I first came to posh nail spa last may 2017. I received amazing customer service. Michelle usually does my nails every time I go in. I went about 3 weeks ago and got a fill with shellac for 35.00. Which is not bad since most places charge more + for the shape. I went in again today and Michelle wasn't there. However the girl that did my nails today did a very good job. I called about 10 minutes prior to going in and they literally had us sitting down within seconds of walking in. No wait. They were working on us the entire time. Not on their phones or talking to each other. They also don't leave your nails super thick and chunky. I was very pleased and will be coming back. I wish they had more shellac colors. I would love it more if the stylist I book is actually at the salon to do my nails. Booked my appointment with Michelle so she could do my nails for a very special occasion, which I specified to her directly while booking my appointment. When I get there, she is still on vacation. I live an hour away. I could have gone somewhere closer to home. Very inconsiderate and the lady that did do my nails really wasn’t that good. Never returning. I just hope they get it together. I was disappointed I am trying to find a nail salon as I am new to the area. I went here based off a recommendation. It felt very rushed. The place wasn't very clean. The girl I made an appointment with asked me my name 3 times. She told me she is out a lot and all the girls are great so anyone could help me. I like to go places where I can get the same person. This place is great!  I called and made a same day appointment. The salon manager is amazing, knowing exactly what everyone wants and makes sure everyone is tended to.  The pedicure is amazing and everyone is so nice.  This place was recommended to me from someone else and I am so glad I decided to check it out. Got a pedicure and shellac manicure. The polish on my manicure was a little too thick for my liking and changed the shape of my nails, but it was not that big of a deal.  It isn't noticeable unless you look closely.  My manicurist was nice,  didn't talk much but that was okay with me. Totally bummed. I spent a ton of money here and they did a terrible job. My nails are lumpy, uneven and ugly. Even my hsuband laughed when he saw them and he doesn't care about this type of stuff.The girl who did my toes cleaned them up nicely but then threw on the paint. I went in today, a Tuesday around lunch time with calling in a pedicure 10 minutes prior. I was fit in easily, no waiting. I felt appreciated and not rushed through like any other shop I've been too. An older lady did my pedicure, she was thorough and did a great paint job. Regular pedicure included soak, clean, scrub, trimmed nails, and cuticle trimming and of course polish. In my company were regular customers and I was able to converse with them. One said she comes often, loves the owner, described the elegant updates and the awesome personalities of some of the employees. Next time I will try the deluxe or herbal pedicure. The massage process was quite lengthy for the customers to my left and thorough. It includes wax and hot rocks. Read Less

This place can get really busy at times. Good time to go is on the weekdays before 3 pm daily. Forget about the weekend because it's backed and you have to wait a while. I'm really satisfied with my nail design done here. I get lots of compliments on my nail artwork. They do know their work and are friendly. Yes, I do recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

Hands down the best nail salon I have been to! And I've been to a lot! I've been coming here on and off for a couple years, trying out different nail salons at the same time but I always come back to this one.I recently moved to Seattle therefore began my search once again for a new nail salon around my area. I went to a few and was just unsatisfied with the work, it doesn't compare to the service and outcome I get here. This place is still the best place for me and I make the drive  to get my nails done! The quality of work and attention to detail is there. They take their time with you and don't skip steps from the cleaning to the massage. Michelle is awesome and so is everyone else! I just moved to Washington and was nervous about finding a great nail salon that would fit me as I am such a big nail person coming from Las Vegas. Had been following on IG, and one day my regular was on vacay so I decided to drive down here and check them out....needless to say I haven't been anywhere since lol I love my pink ombre coffin nails. Made an appointment for the next day at 10am with Michelle. I got there at 9:55 and got seated with the male... he starts to file down my nails and I asked where Michelle was and he said she is on her way... I was like alright he can start then.. 30 min passed and she still isn't there.. The male files down my nails and then switches with someone else to do my color... I wanted a sparkly ombré effect.. the shaping was fine.. but they were very bulky and uneven.. and here comes in Michelle (or so I believe). Very unprofessional and was not worth the $45 I spent. I love Michelle! They do a really great job here. It's pretty pricey, but its hard to find a good nail place so to me it's worth it. I will say you definitely have to make an appointment to avoid long waits, and sometimes it seems like they accept appointments when they are too busy to actually fit you in and you end up waiting a long time. I'm absolutely in love with this place! Went for the first time with my sister and my boyfriend's mother and the experience was everything that I wish my last experience with a nail place was. My last experience sadly was not very pleasant and not here, AND it was my very first time getting my nails done, if I could go back and change that I would. The ladies here were so nice to us and so friendly, Michelle did an amazing job on my nails even though I chose a design that was a little trickier with gel colors. I'm so excited to declare this place as my go to nail salon! My sister picked a pretty intricate design and the woman who did hers did absolutely phenomenal, and my sister is extremely picky. Michelle is the only one there in Federal Way that does the 3-D art or any designs because that her shop family own but she the best they do designs but none of them can do what she does so they leave it to her , they are a lil pricey only because there like top five n Seattle all my money I give them is worth it because they take there time u won't be disappointed Read Less

I just moved here from Denver, and I have to say I e been to a few nail salons here and NONE of them did 3D nail art. I googled 3D nail art and Posh nails spa came up. So I looked at the reviews, pictures here on Facebook and I was hoping I could get what I wanted done. Michelle was in ALL the reviews. (later I learned it's her salon so it made sense) I called and schedules an appointment with Michelle. I could not be more happy with how beautiful my nails looked! She was running like a chicken with her head cut off but I never felt as if she was rushing through my nails and she was very apologetic and polite about doing so much! My pedicuwas amazing too! This salon is fantastic! The ladies here genuinely go out of their way to make sure you get what you want and enjoy your experience. In particular, Michelle is a gem. She takes her time to get to know ALL of her clients and is so kind! This salon sticks with the "old-school" style and you become a part of their family!
