I brought my daughter here for a fill and to repair 3 broken acrylics. Our usual place (Nail Trix) was too busy that day sadly, so we opted for Lovely Nails as it was near by. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! I prepaid for my daughter's fill ($40 total with the $10 tip...for acrylics mind you) and asked how much to have my pink & white gel filled. The lady told me it would be $30 for mine, so not terrible. I had to leave because my little one was sick and had to pick him up from school. I told her I would be back and left. When I got back to pick up my daughter I could tell something was wrong. I asked her why she was so upset. The lady was very aggressive with the broken nails apparently, and really hurt her hands. She just wanted to go home, so I didn't get mine done that day. A few days later, I figured since it was closer I would go for my fill. It was the worst nail job I've ever had. She literally burned my nail beds with the electric nail file. Ripped off part of my pinky nail, and was very rude. I was expecting something very different. The nails looked like those ones you press on from the dollar store. I was so upset. I was less than pleased to say the least. I went to pay and the lady joked around and said "oh my boss said you are tipping me $20, you are so nice!" I was very shocked by that and remarked "no, definetly not tipping that much I'm sorry..." but I always tip well and left a $10. So I gave the lady a $20 bill and took out my credit card to cover the rest. I told her to put the remaining cost on it. Mind you they told me it was only $30 for my fill a few days prior. She charged me another $20. So I basically paid $50 bucks for it all. A day later I had to take my daughter to the doctors because her hands were in so much pain. She had some kind of infection in them. We removed the nails, and she got meds for it. A few days later we had to go to urgent care. She was diagnosed with a moderate MRSA infection. Sadly the infection made it to her nose and now we are dealing with that. Now, we can't say with 100% certainty that she got the MRSA infection from here. HOWEVER, we definetly can say she got an infection from the nails. Please don't chance it. This place is probably the worst place I've ever been. I will never go here again, and I make it a point to tell all my friends to go elsewhere!

Today (5/12) I went back for a pedicure. I should of just stayed away. $35 for a "Deluxe" pedicure that I never got the parrafin dip. Vivian, nice, but she beat the heck out of my feet. They are really tender.
Then I had the cat eye gel polish done. What a RIP OFF! All said & done it was $55! FOR WHAT?! $20 for gel polish, then you put a little heater to make a mark in the polish to make it look like a "cat-eye?"
I will NEVER, EVER return to this salon & will post everywhere. The owner is just ripping off clients. I do not mind paying for a GOOD pedicure, but $20 for gel polish? She is FULL of it.

I used to love coming to this nail salon but i feel like they've gotten a lot lazy. I would always come for pedicures and shellac manicure but my manicure would always turn out blotchy and uneven and you could always see bubbles. She never took her time actually shaping and filing my nails she would rush a lot so I stopped coming here

I asked if they could do marble designs and also showed them what I wanted and was confidently told yes they do, but I left with zebra stripe looking nails instead of marbled nails.

I made an appointment to get a powder dip manicure here and from the moment I arrived I felt so welcome. Hannah is absolutely amazing. She talked to me about options for my nails and we decided on acrylics with shellac instead of powder dip and I'm so glad we went that route. I will definitely be returning to see Hannah in the future.

My friend and I went around noon on a Friday. When we walked in there were two people working and both were with customers. When I asked if we could have a couple fills, they said they were way too busy for us and that we needed to leave (no one was waiting, the only customers were the ones they were working on). They didn't even give us an option to wait or tell us when they they would have time for us. They just said to leave and then ignored us. All in all they were very rude and it was an unpleasant experience. Don't waste your time.

Amazing! I had the best experience here! I actually debated on this place and another while looking for a great nail shop for the best pedicure considering my sister just had a baby and wanted all of the works. After several great reviews on yelp, My sister and I finally decided on this salon, and I am very pleased. It's very cute and cozy. This salon has so many attributes that I look for in a nail salon, such as, quiet and relaxing, the pedicure chairs and nail stations are not at all squished together like some places I have been to, which is very appreciated! They are also open on Sundays, which is a huge bonus. My pedicure was fantastic! They take their time and pay attention to detail. I got a deluxe pedicure and it was well worth the money for everything it comes with, like hot rocks, paraffin dip, hot towels, etc. The ladies are very friendly and genuine. I definitely recommend.

I was not in any rush, but the esthetician Hannah gave me a 20 min gel manicure, which would be impressive if it was actually done well. Speed isn't a positive thing for a technique sensitive treatment. 1) I asked for "as short of nails as possible" for my job, and she took it literally! She whipped the cuticle trimmer out and took my nails down to exposing my nail bed on multiple fingers. I was not asked what shape of nail I wanted- she just rounded them out, so now I look like I bite my nails- NOT FLATTERING2) Only applied one coat of color before wanting to add the glitter. It was streaky and I had to ask for a second coat! Her defense was because people don't like it when the polish is too. No, streaky is worse- I want my nails to have the color I picked, not look like my nails before coming in. 3) Top Coat was applied haphazardly. She globbed on my pinky then moved onto the next nail, and I asked if she could smooth it out. She shooed me off and said she'd fix it afterward. After final cure, my pinky nail was really sharp near my cuticle where the topcoat was not smoothed. I pointed this out to her and she started filing my nail bed, not where it was actually sharp. After repeating this 3 times, I grew frustrated at her not listening to me and kept telling her "it's on the top near the cuticle!" She finally smooths it with a coarse grit file- which has taken the top coat off of half my nail and I didn't realize this until I had already left the salon her dismissive attitude made me feel stressed, and I couldn't get out of there fast enough!Hannah rushed, didn't listen to her customer's requests, and did a sloppy job. Overall, very unprofessional. I definitely will not return and not recommend this esthetician for nails.

Finish looks like one coat of glitter. In the sun the effect is closer to what chrome should look like. Mani: shellac removal was awful, she ended up buffing the he'll outta my nails to get bits off. Not smooth. They were rushed. Only 2 people working but kept accepting walk-ins. Filing was the worst ever!!! She kept using this high grit file on my natural nails, shaving them down to nubs, uneven nubs. I evened out my own nails. Then Hannah took over for the chrome effect. As I was leaving another patron came in who had an appointment. Hannah turned her away. What???

The ladies at this shop are so professional and really take care of you. I tested out the nail polish on my finger and before it dried I got it on my dress. The technician pulled out nail polish thinner and rubbed it off my dress for me! I also have very callused feet and every other technician I've ever been to never takes the time to really take care of the calluses, but this place really worked at it until they were gone! They did such a good job and were very talkative and friendly! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

You get a hot stone and a sugar scrub without any extra money, and the prices are very affordable. They also have a good selection of gel colors, more than most other salons I would say.

My mom and I came for manicures today and received such great service! She got a regular manicure ($15) and I got a gel manicure with a holographic powder on top ($25+$10 for powder) which was so worth it. Not only did Hannah do a great job with the manicure but the color is fantastic. I normally don't get such out there colors but this color makes me feel so good! If I lived here this would become my regular spot.

I just had a regular pedicure, but it came with the leg massage, using the hot rocks...the whole 9. This was included in the general pedicure price of just $20. I've always had to choose from a menu of more expensive options when I've wanted a leg message with the hot rocks!! This is awesome!!

On my toes it was gathers at the edges of my nails, making sharp lines. You could see the layers of polish that weren't covering the entire nail. That's annoying!!!! It all peeled off within a few days on both toes and fingers.. even wearing gloves for everything I did. For the amount I paid, there's no way I'll be back after really looking at the job. I left two stars because the ladies were very nice.

I left one nail salon to come to this one because of the great reviews. I get in and pick out a color. I pick a cool pink color that has this shiny silver on top. Not knowing that it wasn't just a color from the bottleThe lady doing my nails was very nice. I said oh this doesn't look like the color I picked. She said she puts "chrome" on top. She paints them and then puts the chrome on top, they look nice. When I go to pay she charges me 10 dollars extra for the "chrome". Never once did she tell me that I would be paying 10 extra dollars for some glitter on my nails. I wish I wouldn't have tipped, that's a rude thing to do. I had even planned on leaving a better tip until that happened. I will not be back.

I checked this establishment before going on yelp. They had four reviews all high stars. It was nice they open at 9:00 AM on Saturday. I was greeted immediately and told to pick my color as I indicated I wanted a pedicure. The other worker already had the water started in the foot bath. My technician her name was Tina and she was very knowledgeable in her field explaining how ingrown toenails start by cutting nail to low then the nail curves into your skin and toe. She showed me on my foot as I have this myself. She carefully worked on my feet and indicated I would need to let them grow out but it would hurt. Anyway she was very pleasant very knowledgeable and polite. Took great care with me. I opted for the pedicure with the paraffin wax for $25.00. She also did a hot stone massage on my feet and legs. Pleased with my service and care, recommend! I noticed they have 4 pedicure chairs. It is smaller and there were two ladies. I will be returning to Tina.

My technician was Tina and I really liked how she talked to me the whole time explaining why she was doing what she was doing. I previously got my nails done at another location and the girl really went crazy on my cuticles and pretty much left me looking like I had been in a fight with a sticker bush. Tina explained to me the right way to cut cuticles and where you're not supposed to cut and went through and really cleaned me up. As far as my nails she definitely took her time and replicated the picture that I showed her as a reference. I am particular about my nail shape and she kept shaping until I was pleased. I will definitely be coming back.

She talked to me about options for my nails and we decided on acrylics with shellac instead of powder dip and I'm so glad we went that route. I will definitely be returning to see Hannah in the future.

My friend and I went around noon on a Friday. When we walked in there were two people working and both were with customers. When I asked if we could have a couple fills, they said they were way too busy for us and that we needed to leave (no one was waiting, the only customers were the ones they were working on). They didn't even give us an option to wait or tell us when they they would have time for us. They just said to leave and then ignored us. All in all they were very rude and it was an unpleasant experience. Don't waste your time.

Amazing! I had the best experience here! I actually debated on this place and another while looking for a great nail shop for the best pedicure considering my sister just had a baby and wanted all of the works. After several great reviews on yelp, My sister and I finally decided on this salon, and I am very pleased. It's very cute and cozy. This salon has so many attributes that I look for in a nail salon, such as, quiet and relaxing, the pedicure chairs and nail stations are not at all squished together like some places I have been to, which is very appreciated! They are also open on Sundays, which is a huge bonus. My pedicure was fantastic! They take their time and pay attention to detail. I got a deluxe pedicure and it was well worth the money for everything it comes with, like hot rocks, paraffin dip, hot towels, etc. The ladies are very friendly and genuine. I definitely recommend.

I was not in any rush, but the esthetician Hannah gave me a 20 min gel manicure, which would be impressive if it was actually done well. Speed isn't a positive thing for a technique sensitive treatment. 1) I asked for "as short of nails as possible" for my job, and she took it literally! She whipped the cuticle trimmer out and took my nails down to exposing my nail bed on multiple fingers. I was not asked what shape of nail I wanted- she just rounded them out, so now I look like I bite my nails- NOT FLATTERING2) Only applied one coat of color before wanting to add the glitter. It was streaky and I had to ask for a second coat! Her defense was because people don't like it when the polish is too. No, streaky is worse- I want my nails to have the color I picked, not look like my nails before coming in. 3) Top Coat was applied haphazardly. She globbed on my pinky then moved onto the next nail, and I asked if she could smooth it out. She shooed me off and said she'd fix it afterward. After final cure, my pinky nail was really sharp near my cuticle where the topcoat was not smoothed. I pointed this out to her and she started filing my nail bed, not where it was actually sharp. After repeating this 3 times, I grew frustrated at her not listening to me and kept telling her "it's on the top near the cuticle!" She finally smooths it with a coarse grit file- which has taken the top coat off of half my nail and I didn't realize this until I had already left the salon her dismissive attitude made me feel stressed, and I couldn't get out of there fast enough!Hannah rushed, didn't listen to her customer's requests, and did a sloppy job. Overall, very unprofessional. I definitely will not return and not recommend this esthetician for nails.

Finish looks like one coat of glitter. In the sun the effect is closer to what chrome should look like. Mani: shellac removal was awful, she ended up buffing the he'll outta my nails to get bits off. Not smooth. They were rushed. Only 2 people working but kept accepting walk-ins. Filing was the worst ever!!! She kept using this high grit file on my natural nails, shaving them down to nubs, uneven nubs. I evened out my own nails. Then Hannah took over for the chrome effect. As I was leaving another patron came in who had an appointment. Hannah turned her away. What???

The ladies at this shop are so professional and really take care of you. I tested out the nail polish on my finger and before it dried I got it on my dress. The technician pulled out nail polish thinner and rubbed it off my dress for me! I also have very callused feet and every other technician I've ever been to never takes the time to really take care of the calluses, but this place really worked at it until they were gone! They did such a good job and were very talkative and friendly! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

You get a hot stone and a sugar scrub without any extra money, and the prices are very affordable. They also have a good selection of gel colors, more than most other salons I would say.

I went here to get a gel manicure and pedicure, both look great! The outside of the building is quaint. The employees are super friendly. The spa chairs are comfortable. I would definitely go back.

My mom and I came for manicures today and received such great service! She got a regular manicure ($15) and I got a gel manicure with a holographic powder on top ($25+$10 for powder) which was so worth it. Not only did Hannah do a great job with the manicure but the color is fantastic. I normally don't get such out there colors but this color makes me feel so good! If I lived here this would become my regular spot.

I came in on a Saturday morning about 9:15 a.m. There were only 2 people working, but it was just me and another gentleman. This is my new place. Clean, fast, and the price is right. I just had a regular pedicure, but it came with the leg massage, using the hot rocks...the whole 9. This was included in the general pedicure price of just $20. I've always had to choose from a menu of more expensive options when I've wanted a leg message with the hot rocks!! This is awesome!!

Lovely ladies ! Lovely shop, lovely nails :) I got a shellac manicure and pedicure. It was great ! Will be back for sure.**Update** At closer inspection, my shellac was awful. On my toes it was gathers at the edges of my nails, making sharp lines. You could see the layers of polish that weren't covering the entire nail. That's annoying!!!! It all peeled off within a few days on both toes and fingers.. even wearing gloves for everything I did. For the amount I paid, there's no way I'll be back after really looking at the job. I left two stars because the ladies were very nice.

I left one nail salon to come to this one because of the great reviews. I get in and pick out a color. I pick a cool pink color that has this shiny silver on top. Not knowing that it wasn't just a color from the bottleThe lady doing my nails was very nice. I said oh this doesn't look like the color I picked. She said she puts "chrome" on top. She paints them and then puts the chrome on top, they look nice. When I go to pay she charges me 10 dollars extra for the "chrome". Never once did she tell me that I would be paying 10 extra dollars for some glitter on my nails. I wish I wouldn't have tipped, that's a rude thing to do. I had even planned on leaving a better tip until that happened. I will not be back.

I checked this establishment before going on yelp. They had four reviews all high stars. It was nice they open at 9:00 AM on Saturday. I was greeted immediately and told to pick my color as I indicated I wanted a pedicure. The other worker already had the water started in the foot bath. My technician her name was Tina and she was very knowledgeable in her field explaining how ingrown toenails start by cutting nail to low then the nail curves into your skin and toe. She showed me on my foot as I have this myself. She carefully worked on my feet and indicated I would need to let them grow out but it would hurt. Anyway she was very pleasant very knowledgeable and polite. Took great care with me. I opted for the pedicure with the paraffin wax for $25.00. She also did a hot stone massage on my feet and legs. Pleased with my service and care, recommend! I noticed they have 4 pedicure chairs. It is smaller and there were two ladies. I will be returning to Tina.

My technician was Tina and I really liked how she talked to me the whole time explaining why she was doing what she was doing. I previously got my nails done at another location and the girl really went crazy on my cuticles and pretty much left me looking like I had been in a fight with a sticker bush. Tina explained to me the right way to cut cuticles and where you're not supposed to cut and went through and really cleaned me up. As far as my nails she definitely took her time and replicated the picture that I showed her as a reference. I am particular about my nail shape and she kept shaping until I was pleased. I will definitely be coming back.
