I always love my nails but the manager extremely rude. She has so much attitude. She was just plain annoying to be around. I only go back and tolerate her because the nail ladies are amazingly talented. That manager needs to check herself. If I'm paying for a service I don't expect to be treated in such a rude ugly way. I normally got to Polished Hair Nails & Spa but they were super busy so I tried this place because I wanted to get my nails and pedi done before leaving for vacation. First impression was it's a little run down looking inside. The staff was super sweet and they did a fairly good job on what I wanted. What I didn't like is nothing was in sterilized packages, no plastic lining in pedi tub and they reuse the foot scrubbers and files! Sooooo gross, I'm in the beauty industry and the diseases and infections you can get from spa's not being clean and sanitary is horrifying. I'm sure you've all see the articles about people getting flesh eating diseases and it's not a joke! This was my go to nail salon for sometime until the last time I went in, the lady that did my nails didn't know how to do almond shape and did every nail a different shape. In the last week i have had 8 nails come off. The owner told me that its my fault my nail beds are so short, but the technician didn't cut the cuticle or file​ my nail causing my acrylics to lift. I have been in to have them fixed and they still aren't doing it properly. Their instruments are not clean when they do your nails, you can see nail polish residue on the Instruments and they don't really interact with you. I have started going to a new salon and never again will I spend money at that horrible place again. Read Less

Attention to detail is unmatched in this area. Once a great business HAS stayed a great business. I used to see Tina for 5+years. Kids and life put having a set of nails on the back burner for a while. Anyways i came in and Tina wasn't there but Nancy was opening she saw me and blew my mind at her skills. She even sculpted two of my nails to look like the reSt instead of adding tips which is amazing Having nails for 10+ years I know when they don't know what they're doing my nails are thick where they need to be and the shellac is flawless! I realize this isn't a high-end shop, but I've had three french manicures done here and will go back again.  My technician Nancy is careful, precise and does lovely work.  She checks and rechecks as she goes. I've had acrylic nails for years. I've probably been to hundreds of salons. I care about.. Nails staying on more than a week, lifting and shaping. I can go glam art or just one color as long as they look great it's fine. I hadnt found a salon I LOVED since my go to shop closed. I stopped in here one day not expecting much. It's my shop now. My nails never lift. They never come off. I went almost 5 weeks without a fill before any even lifted. Yes, they take thier time. Make an appointment and time to be there. It's worth it! So worth it! I had acrylic nails from somewhere else taken off here and it was awful. It could literally be described as torture, she snapped the ends of the nails with a cuticle nipper then used a new peice of acrylic nail, the part where they glue and wedged that in between the fake nails and mine and just sawed back and forth until it came off. I had it done on Thursday and now on Monday my nails still hurt so much. Awful awful place and I would not recommend at all. These ladies... The job they do is more like an art form. They take time do not rush through. My nails are absolutely perfect every time. The entire staff is sweet, respectful, and welcoming. Tina has the best nail spot in Everett. She takes pride in her stores appearance and cleanliness. An elegant and peaceful atmosphere. It is deffinately a diamond in the rough, when it comes to an all around epic mani and pedi experience... I don't know how so much could go so wrong but it did. It'd been a little bit since my last mani/pedi and since I needed a treat, I thought I'd have the works done. I was so frustrated and disappointed... again. Do I go into everything or just say "everything" and have y'all know what I mean? First, the girl was fresh out of school. Yay me. If I'd known, I would've requested someone with experience, considering it was a treat. I requested another additional acrylic nail for one of my toes because of an ugly toe nail. I wasn't given a price for that but you know there was one, there always is. First, the pedicure. She nicked my cuticle but it didn't bleed, just made me almost jump out of the chair is all. Her message work left much to be desired. I rolled my eyes but what can you do? It was short and that was a small blessing. For $35, I would've thought there'd be more to it but no. And the toe? Well, she didn't see fit to deal with that at the pedi station, so I had to balance my foot on her knee while she did this and please remember, she's a newb, so I had to hover there for quite awhile. She loves using that drill, too!!Second, the full set. I shudder at the memory. She doesn't know how to lay acrylic, so she tried to fix it with shaping. That wasn't working at all. I have acrylic all over my fingertips and fingers. It'll be an exercise in frustration picking it off over the next several days. At the 72 min mark, someone else that worked there came over to look at what was going on. I asked if someone else couldn't finish up because this girl was having obvious problems. She knew how bad it was at one glance and moved me over to her own station to try to fix the damage.She worked at it for another 30 minutes but the damage was so awful, there's no repair without waiting at least a week before going back to fix anything. Seriously, my 15 yo son would've done a better job. And for licensing... there are what look to be certificates on the walls but... Idk, some looked real, some didn't. Some were filled out, some weren't. Maybe that's cool, like I said, Idk.Third and finally... how it was resolved. If you can call it resolved. I got the toe for free!! She said it would've been a $3 charge (good to know, after the fact) but because of my full set failure, she'd knock that off. She kept asking me to return and offered $20. I wasn't sure if the $20 was if I came back or right then. But once I made it clear that I wouldn't be back it wen't away. Of course I assumed that it was for right then because it seemed like a wrong needed righting but no. I paid $55 for this mess.No, I won't be back and I don't think they care one bit, no matter what she says. Read Less

The nail technician did a wonderful job on my toes!  The pedicure was reasonably priced (I upgraded to a $30 pedicure which added in a scrub) and really enjoyed the reclining massage chairs.  :)  The nail technician did a great job on massaging my legs and feet too!  Will return.  :) Read Less

UPDATE YOUR COLORS!!!!! Literally no colors... they have tons of red shades but when it comes down to nudes, pastels, pinks, they have nothing. I struggle finding a good color. But they do an amazing job... actually take the time for your nail shape and it shows! It they just updated their colors to new and trending ones I would totally go here all the time. Read Less

not overly decorated in here or playing some weird music customers may not like... the pedicure was very quick... which was good but the massage was centralized on the lower leg. I asked for a pedicure and foot massage... not a limbicure and shin/calve massage. There was still a lot of dead, dry skin on my feet, they barely touched them. The review is 3 stars because they have a good selection of colors, amply staffed, and did care care of my cuticles. Did not impress me. $35 and my dead dry skin should be gone, right? it was the level 2 of 3. I felt like it was barely a level 1. $5 = 7 more seconds? gyp gyp!! Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Their massaging chairs don't work and they acted annoyed when I asked them to turn down the show the employees were watching (Ninja Warrior ), which was BLASTING.  When I go for a pedicure,  I expect it to be longer than 25 minutes and want it to be relaxing.  I just can't see how anyone would enjoy this place. To make matters worse,   the color I was using was running low and instead of asking me if I'd like to change colors, the lady added water to the nail polish. Maybe every salon does it, but in my opinion this practice should be kept on the DL. My normal shop takes their time and you get a quality pedicure.  If you want a quick nail color change in a chaotic environment, come here. I love this place. I went in on a whim because the place I used to go to, close by was extremely disrespectful to me.I have found my new salon and hope to stay with it for a long time. The girls are so nice and you don't feel like they are talking about you or uncomfortable at all. Not to mention they do a killer pedi and mani. Walked in for pedicures with my mom and 5 yr old daughter today. We opted for the $30 spa pedicure and OMG the best pedicure I have ever received and being from CA I have had a lot of pedicures. This is the best nail place by far. My favorite is the Spa Pedicure - for $30 you get a full pampering complete with callus removal serum, mask and exfoliation for your legs, massage, hot towels and paraffin dip, and oh ya, they paint your nails too. Regular pedi is around $18, but trust me the Spa Pedi is WORTH IT - your feet with thank you!They do a really good job with Shellac as well, and their prices are more competitive than other locations that do Shellac. The owner Tina is so nice and so is her staff. Sometimes there is wait because its hard to predict when people are going to walk in for service, but if it gets busy Tina always calls in extra people. You can call in advance to let them know you'll be coming in and they are good about letting you know if you should come a little earlier or later depending on how many customers they have. My Mom told be about this place and showed me how her manicure lasted for two weeks. I was skeptical but my sister and I went last weekend and I got the "special" nail polish. I am at day 6 and they look perfect! The only down side is that it cost $5 extra and you have to find another polish to match your toes.
