I had an amazing experience today at sofias’. I got my nails done for my bff and brothers wedding and they look amazing! I got a hair cut that made me look my age and got my crazy eyebrows waxed! Haircut Pros:The haircut I got from Sofia was great. It's shorter than I wanted but that's probably a good thing since the length was pretty damaged. She kept checking in with me to make sure I was comfortable with it and it looks great. The price was decent.Haircut Cons:She didn't brush away all the cut hair so I'm now covered in bits of my own hair. And she left my hair wet. Most places I go to, if you get a shampoo, a blow out comes with it. During the shampoo she was very rough and scratched my scalp a little too hard.Pedicure Pros:The exfoliant and lotion she used felt wonderful.Pedicure Cons:She reused the toe spreaders, they were NOT new. When my pedicure was done, she even took them off me and immediately put them on the next woman. After her pedicure I saw Sofia take them off and put them BACK IN THE DRAWER. So unsanitary. That's how you spread germs and infections.She was very, VERY rough with my toes when using the file and sanding block on them. She cut my big toe, it started bleeding pretty good and she didn't even apologize. She put some stuff on it without telling me what it was.The polish job wasn't very good either. I'll stick with Milluxury for my pedicures, unfortunately I don't think they were open today.All in all, I won't be returning.
