They do a decent nail job but after today I probably won’t be back. On more than one occasion they will book you for an appointment and then when you show up you wait 30+ minutes. I showed up for an appointment (as well as 4 other customers) and the 5 techs working were working on 6 other clients. Don’t book me an appointment if you don’t have an open spot. Even when I change up the shape sometimes she gets them right. I've never been to a salon where I had to pay for the shape and a basic length of a nail. A basic set is $25 with gel and shape is 45. Not. Only do they not have it on the board  of prices they wait tell they glue the nails on for them to tell you. They are very careless of how they apply the acrylic. And make it very thin without asking. I am very unhappy with my nails due to the fact that I paid so much and they go on what they suggest instead of what you want. Read Less

This is the best nail place I have found in the Everett area. Everyone is so sweet and their pedicures are absolutely amazing. They take their time and don't rush whatsoever.  I moved up here from the Tacoma area and was so nervous I wouldn't find a nail salon that was as good as the one I had to leave behind. I love this place! It's funny how it took me getring my nails done somewhere else to realize how much i like this place. My shellac manicures and pedicures are always great and last wonderfully between my 3 week trips! I came on a Tuesday afternoon without an appointment and was immediately accommodated. The lady who did my pedi was very sweet, friendly, and gentle. Another lady did my eyebrows and did a terrific job. I really appreciated the extra time she took to be both gentle and thorough. I will definitely be back for all of my future pedi/waxing needs. First time here today and I absolutely love it! I came in about 1030 and they asked me to come back in an hour which was fine. I ran some errands in that time. When I came back they immediately sat me down and I was given the ring of shellac colors. (So many to choose from) Mimi came and asked what I wanted and I showed her a picture of the design I wanted and a purple I was looking for. She said ok let's start your nails and she will help me find a color. While doing my nails she was really gentle with the buffer and made sure the shape was perfect. Mind you I have been looking for a nail shop to perfect the pointed in my area and had no luck. Long story short I love my nails and will be coming back. I will also be referring people to them!! Heard about this place from a friend. Have gone a few time since and really like the work they do. I  have gel nails and they are durable. I usually wait 3 weeks between fills and they last and look good the whole time. Last time i had them do an ombre on my nails. Looked amazing. Their staff is very talented and friendly. The only reason i put 4 stars over 5 is because when u go in, plan on being there for awhile. They take their time in doing your nails. Im usually in there for at least an hour and a half, when other places may take an hour. But i dont mind. This was the first time I'd been to this shop. I'm giving them three stars because of the cost to get a standard fill with a French Polish job using gel polish. Total cost $34.00. The nail technician was thorough and kind, no complaints there at all. I usually go to Avalon Nails in the Everett Mall and pay $15 for a fill, $2 for gel polish and $5 for French Polish, total $22. Huge difference! The quality, kindness and thoroughness of my nail tech in the mall is the same. Unfortunately I won't be back to Olani Nails, way too expensive! Read Less

I have come here right around 6 30p.m. and they are always busy, so couldn't do anything.... but today they actually took me in and I told them I can do at least a pedicure today then come back for manicure, but the guy, the manager, I believe, told me to sit down and that it was okay and they'd finish full service, even though it would be closing time! Best place I found in the area for my shellac manicures! Very courteous and easy to communicate exactly what I wanted. I never felt rushed and never waited long even though I never made an appointment. (It is recommended that you make an appointment. I tended to go during off peak days and times.) My usual salon was packed and so I decided to find a new place with a friend. We called Olani up and asked if they had spots available for a shellac manicure and a pedicure. They were available and took us in right away even though they were busy right before we got there. They accommodated us quickly. I got a shellac manicure from Theresa and it was amazing. She took her time and shaped my nails perfectly. She was kind and very good at what she does. I've gotten a lot of manicures and this was one of the best I have ever gotten. It's lasting a while and the color is beautiful. They have a lot of choices to choose from. My friend got a pedicure and she was very happy with it. My prices are fair too! I never get on Google and do reviews but after being at Olani yesterday, I felt it was very necessary to describe my experience. I took my mom for a pedicure for mothers day (she had never had one EVER!) She's always been very self conscious about her feet and legs after a horrible accident and extensive ankle surgery. Long story short, I talked her into going to Olani with me and she agreed. The staff was ABSOLUTELY wonderful with my mom and made her very comfortable. I contemplated even taking her in because I know how people are when they see something out of the ordinary. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Ken has been doing my nails for over a year now. I get acrylic over lay with gel color. My nails never chip or break (I'm a stylist so that's a big deal) he always remembers how I like my nails to look. The salon is always clean, the staff is always friendly and smiling , I get my toes done once every 6 to 8 weeks and the girls are sweet, amazing and always do a great job. I have tried just about every nail salon from Mill creek to Smoky point and Olani is the ONLY one I have found that exceeds my expectations every visit. I drive from Arlington every 2 weeks or so without an appointment and I leave happy every time. The attention to detail is not something you find at a regular salon. Lynn is awesome. I've also had a guy do my pedi but I didn't catch his name. :-( a few of the people there are able to do some pretty amazing designs. I have yet to sample that cause my nails aren't gel or acrylic and it would just come right off but my friends nails always look amazing. There was one time I changed my mind on a color cause I really didn't like how it looked and they obviously we're talking about it but of course not in English. I went in there without an appointment and they were able to take care of me immediately. It was my first time in here and I must say I am very pleased with the service I received. The lady that took care of me had such great attention to detail she made sure to shape my nails perfectly.  I asked for an ombre design and she was so patient dabbing my nails with a sponge to make it ombre. She then proceeded to place every single stone individually and exactly as they were in the inspiration picture I showed her. This place is great, I went in on a fluke because my nail broke and the place I go to was closed. I will now continue to go! I have long almond shaped nails, I have been to a few nail salons in the past few months and this one by far knows how to properly shape your nails. While getting my nails done I noticed other ladies getting their pedis, looked like they where getting the best leg massages ever! If it hadn't been so close to closing I would have got one to! I have been meaning to write a review for this place and so finally I have come around to do one.About less than a month ago I took my boyfriend's mom to try out this place. I was getting super nervous since I wanted her to have a good time and it was the only nail salon around that was open on a Sunday and until 7, enough time for us to get there after my work.When we got there, there were still a few people who were being helped but we only waited 20 minutes before we were seated. The staff was really friendly, especially to my boyfriend's mom. Other places would just give her a nod or a simple yes or no when she would ask questions but here, they actually had a good conversation with her which she appreciated. I appreciated it because I was able to hear her rave about how good of a gf I am for her son.For both of our nails the end product was great. She absolutely loved the colors she picked for both toes and nails. I loved my color for my nails and for my toes I asked for a specific design on my big toes and it turned out perfect. So perfect in fact that when I was in L.A the next couple of days a respected art curator in a small gallery I was at, complimented my nails! But of course that wasn't the only compliment that I got on them but it was certainly one the owner of Olani should be proud of!
