Mimosa is the owner and she has done my nails off and on for 18 years now. She does a good job, and is always willing to try new things. This is one of the only salons that will do gel nails. Most other salons who say the do gel, mean they do acrylic with gel polish. Mimosa actually does the gel nails, which work for people who are allergic to acrylic nails! She is also a master at waxing. I always breakout in a rash when I get my brows waxed. With Mimosa it's barely a day as opposed to a week and massive swelling from other places. Read Less

I had been going here off and on for a little over a year. Most of the ladies have been friendly. The last time I was in there one of the owners however was extremely rude. I was getting a shellac manicure(I have been going there for this for over a year spending a lot of money) and the owner was talking almost the whole time on her phone. She turned away for a moment and came back to finish putting the first layer of color and she looked at me and said "what did you do? You are not supposed to touch anything?!! I thought you knew that!)" then she grabbed my hand roughly and removed all the pollish. I had not touched anything and I was absolutely speechless at her treating me like that. That was the first and last time I will ever use her at this salon. Not sure her name as she did not introduce herself and was on the phone almost the whole time. I stopped in for a full set to help me stop biting my nails. They were very short and Hannah did an excellent job and didn't make me feel bad about how poor my hands looked before like I've had other salons do. They look lovely now in the polish color she recommended. Will be back! Read Less

Amazing place! Came in with my mom and my 4 year old daughter. Not only did they paint my daughter's toes they made it like a normal pedi! Highly recommend this salon! Prices are only $20 for pedis. We even got a free nail design (small little flowers) and my daughter's was only $5. Very nice people who work there! Read Less

The salon is clean and right next to Fred Meyer. Prices are a bit high for a strip mall nail salon but after an entire day of endless driving, I was in desperate need of some r&r. I walked in and wasn't really greeted by anyone. I told them I was there for a mani-pedi, one of the nail techs turns to her Asian colleague and asked, "what does she want?" Finally a nail tech from the back greeted came and assisted me. She was super friendly and gave me a great mani-pedi. The Vietnamese ladies there were much nicer than the other techs. The massage felt so good. I nearly fell asleep bc it was so relaxing. However she didn't use a base coat so I'm pretty sure my nails will be stained red. And she clipped my cuticle a little too high, but it's not bleeding or infected. My nails look great and she helped me fix them after I kept smudging it. Overall a good experience. Read Less

If I could give more stars, I would :) these ladies are absolutely wonderful! Looking back, I wish I made it easier for the ladies here by making an appointment for my wedding party, but they were incredibly understanding and kind. 3rd visit to this salon, each time with different people. They all really take their time and do an outstanding job. The first time I came in, I was treating my grandma and Mom to manicures. It was the evening before my moms baby shower and we arrived close to their closing time. I felt terrible about it but they assured us it was quite alright. Worst visit ever. I took my daughter there as I have been there myself several times without a problem. She is 16 years old and paid $30 plus a $5 tip on her own. Two days later two of her nails broke. She went back in on her own and the lady treated her very badly said she must have slammed her hand in the door. I just had a pedicure done here and they did a great job! It was more on the basic side of pedicures, but considering the price it's totally worth it. (If I'm in the mood for a super fancy pedicure, I'll find somewhere else that costs more.) I came in mainly because I was hoping to get a pretty design painted on my toes for a wedding this weekend, and they did an excellent job of it. I had a photo I brought in from home and they found a design they already do that's very similar, then she went out of her way to try and match her design to my photo. Also, I enjoy that this wasn't an Asian run nail salon. Not that I have any problem with them, I just find the communication barrier to be sometimes frustrating. There was no problem with that here. The women are (I think) from Eastern Europe so there is a slight accent but it's easy to understand and communicate. I'll definitely be back next time I want a reasonable priced pedicure and pretty nail design! Read Less

Been here a couple times and usually super nice. But today went in for a fill the lady ignored me when I walked in. Guess what she was watching on her phone was more important. When she finally asked me what I wanted it was in a very rude manner. When I told her she looked at my nails and told me she could do it but it would be fast. When I explained what I wanted she changed her mind and said she couldn't do it in ten minutes. I asked her how long she said I can make an appt for Thursday was her only opening. I'll find someplace else. And all the reviews about a free nail design are bs cause they charged me $5 a hand to put a simple line across my white tip. Read Less

If you are needing a shellac/gel manicure that LASTS, this is the place to go! I am extremely hard on my nails, regular polish generally lasts a few hours, and shellac from other salons usually chips within 3-5 days, THAT'S how hard I am on my nails. I picked a shimmer/sparkle polish since they last longer, and my manicure has lasted about 3 weeks and still looks great. They also did my french tips low enough to allow for grow out, but not so low that it looks funny, like some other places have done. And there's a BONUS?!? There's two actually. No, three! First, the ladies there will actually talk to you instead of spending the entire time yammering back and forth to each other in a different language. Second, you get TWO nail decorations for FREE! Last, but not least, their prices are extremely reasonable. A french tip gel manicure is only $25!!! Most other places charge $35 for that. AND their designs don't cost and arm and a leg, generally $5-10 extra if you want a special design on all of your nails. Bottom line, they do an awesome job and you don't have to sell off your children to afford it! But if you're in a time crunch, it's definitely best to make an appointment! Read Less

These ladies do excellent work! They really listen to what you want, the polish is high quality so it last longer than cheap stuff, and they're super friendly. There are closer salons to my home but this is the one I keep coming back to for the excellent service. I also love that they keep the place clean and in good condition, with classy decorations- a rare find in a nail salon! I've past this place several times. I always wondered if they were any good so I finally went in & tried it out. I was looking at the prices to decide all I wanted to get. Then a lady (probably the owner) was like can I help you. It was very aggressive & in a very rude way. I really needed my eye brows waxed so I decided just to stay get that done & get out of there. I would've got more services done there.It says walk ins are welcome. If they don't want walk ins then take the sign down. It was the worst customer service experience EVER!!!! Went there to get my nials done for my graduation, they turned out pretty nice for $25- white tip french. she even gave me my '10 on my 2 thumbs for free! i gavee her a $5 tip cause she was amazing! and really nice too!!! she actually spoke english and talked to me!!
