Massage from Melissa was spot on and my pedicure (I so suck at remembering names) turned out beautiful. I have an awful time even getting home without screwing up the polish so they let me sit for extra drying time. I even got to enjoy a glass of wine while my feet were being pampered. Cyndi has always been amazing!! Her and I went to beauty school together! She was an esto and I was a Cosmo! I did her hair and well she gave me facials!! Always amazing ones at that because even tho we both were students she always went that extra mile for me and when I went in the other day, she did just that went the extra mile! My first experience with Enrapture was amazing. They offered me wine upon walking in, and I was quickly taken back by my stylist Kristina. She was easy to talk to and knew just what to do for my highlights and trim. I usually don't go to salons as I love my hair long and most of the time salons mess up the length that I want it. However this place didn't. I got a lovely cut and blow-dry plus an eyebrow wax and she even did an eyebrow tint for me. They know their stuff here and they are all really friendly ladies who only want the best for you and your needs! I will be getting my hair and makeup done here for my wedding in the salon and they have been very accommodating with doing it plus at a great price compared to others I had contacted especially on short notice. The value for money here is really great and you feel pampered from the moment you walk in. My only issue is they need to offer drinks, as I wasn't on my stay and they do keep to their time limits for appointment. I think they need a little more flexibility with this. Horrible, got a mani and pedi for my Batchelorette party. After a long drawn out 2 1/2 hours the nail polish was still wet, had to put my foot in a planter box with stones for my pedi. By the time I got home, the nail polish was all messed up and had to go to another place to get a new mani and pedi for my wedding. Read Less

This is amazing place to go to, staff are warm and welcoming. Fun and energetic staff makes this environment comfortable. Staff will give you honest feedback. on weather your ideas will fit your face or skin tone. they listen to you when you ask for a "trim". I have naturally curly hair that has a mind of its own and I haven't had many people listen to 'what I want' in many years before my finding this salon and I can't see myself going anywhere else or trust anyone else with my hair. I recently visited Enrapture for an aromatherapy massage, facial, and eyelash tint. The spa/salon is located on the 2nd floor of a printing/copying business building. The salon looked great, but I was disappointed in the spa section. The "relaxation room" was brightly lit with two uncomfortable chairs to choose from. I could hear people speaking through the walls during my massage and facial. All the spas that I've been to have a decent size building and a steam room, this one didn't. The staff was professional and courteous. I would recommend Enrapture for a hair service, but not if you're looking for relaxation. Read Less

This Salon and Spa is the best! From the service to the professional atmosphere is awesome. I started going there a little over a year ago and have had several of there services done. I started by having hair extensions done and ananda does a great job. Alyssa cuts and colors my hair and she is fantastic she always leaves me feeling my very best. The message therapist is awesome. After 5 disappointing haircuts/colors in the past 14 months, it was such a pleasure to finally find Enrapture! Everyone was so friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. I took pictures of several styles that I found online and asked the stylist (Katie) for her opinion. She asked me to "trust her" in creating a style that suited me. I was leary, but decided that it could not be any worse than the other cuts I have had recently. I was amazed at how much I LOVED my hair color and cut. Katie was spot-on with both! As an extra bonus, it was great to have makeup applied for free to compliment my new look. Can i just say finding a GREAT stylist is the toughest thing ever and on top of that finding a GREAT salon on top of that is just an awesome bonus! i have had my hair done 3 times at enrapture by Michelle and it has been the best experiance ever she gives me great advice on what i should do with my hair AND how to accomplish the look when i get home! the whole salon works together as a great team every time i have gone there i have had the most relaxing hand massage and sent out with my make up done and hair looking fabulous! My only complaint i have is i need to be good about booking out my appointments! Its a hard salon to get into if you havent scheduled your appt in advance!!! Read Less

I'm responding to the previous review. Michelle is my stylist and she is absolutely WONDERFUL. She has been doing my hair for about 2 years and is so creative and attentive. I'm confused about the hospitality comment, because the salon and Michelle have the BEST customer service (hospitality). Also, I happen to know that it's against salon policy for stylists use the salon phone and they can't have their cell phones on while they're at work. I'm not sure if this lady's review is her idea of a bad joke, but in any case she is horribly mistaken. I've also referred several friends to Michelle and they are very happy, loyal clients as well. Okay so..... beautiful salon!! Horrible sytlist.......?? Well you be the JUDGE!!! Went in about 4weeks back and got a foil retouch. A sylist named Michelle did my hair she gave me the worst hospitality, took her sweet time, and MELTED my hair off in the foil packets!!! Taking her SWeet time on the phone she OVER PROCESSED my hair!! She acted like it wasnt a big deal and i should just cut it anyways! IS SHE SERIOUS!?
