I heard great reviews so I decided to try them out since my salon of 3 years has gone down hill with customer service and quality of service. The customer service was a 1. The outcome of my nails were a 5. I made an appointment that morning for 4pm. I arrived a few minutes early. Was told to take a seat so I did. About 10 to 15 minutes later I started being helped and I had not seen any swatches of their powder. After the tech glued on the nails without clipping (about an inch) she handed me a basket of the nail powder color swatches. It hurt with them so long I had to ask for her to cut them since it hurt so bad going through them. She seemed upset I didn't have a color picked out. I apologized. Even though as a first time customer I didn't know where the swatches were upon arrival.Then she starts working on my nails before I even have a color picked. I am only allowed nuetral, complimentry to my skin tone nails. I have to hold the swatches to my skin to make sure they are not too light or dark. Nearly impossible to do with one hand. I apologized and asked for a couple minutes and the tech seemed very annoyed. I had to message a coworker about the nail color to make sure it was in regulations. (All together took 7 minutes, I checked my phone log) At about 3 minutes into that waitfor my coworker a customer walked in and the tech says she can't wait for me to decide she has other customers and she starts doing this ladies nails. I ended up waiting for her to do her nails adding to almost be an hour wait. By the time she got back to me she didn't apologize for the wait or even once check how I was doing. As she was doing my nails the tech kept filing my skin on my pinky and it hurt alot. I had some bloodshed. I did love my nails outcome but the service was awful.

Really love this place. Its my new choice for nail salon. It has a very relaxing, spa-like atmosphere. It's very clean. The staff are polite and professional. They don't talk amongst eachother and ignore you. Their selection of nail polishes, shellac and SNS is huge. And they actually did my nails and toes at the same time! I've tried every nail salon in the area and this one is the best.

My husband and I had our first couples massage here back in October, and It was excellent! I had the pleasure of returning there again this evening for a deep tissue massage, which especially focused on my neck and shoulders where most of my pain resided. The massage therapist was able to work out several of my knots and lower the level of pain. I am feeling more relaxed and looking forward to a good night's rest. I will definitely visit this place again. Thanks.

Just went here yesterday and my nails are amazing. I only gave 4 stars because even though I was a walk-in I was treated last. Even when their 1:30 appointment was 15 minutes late. I do not expect to be treated as first priority as a walk-in but if your 130 appointment is late then that’s on them and you should be able to get your nails done. 🤷🏼♀️
Overall their ladies were really nice and took their time making sure your nails were up to your standards. I was offered the SNS nails but I was too nervous about them *eek*
They do love appointments so make sure you make one!
They are a little expensive; but your results will be awesome.

I am not a makeup girl and have been blessed with long dark lashes but they don't always cooperate so I scheduled lash lift & tint. I was not sure what to expect and am a bit of a control freak. The process is not at all painful but slightly uncomfortable since upper lashes are glued to a shaping rod and lower lashes taped down. Technician explained each step of process and advised I did not need tint so saved me $15. My only recommendation would be providing warm rice pack under neck for added comfort.

I go for a monthly I hr massage w Reanna as part of my personal health care. I consider Reanna a professional in every way. She has helped my health improve. She is very knowledgeable and for my recent bout with upper respiratory issues she suggested using Olbas oil & cupping. Cupping is a service that was used by ancient Chinese practitioners to create movement of lymph & bring increased circulation to areas where needed, in my case the chest & upper back areas. I felt better before I even left the spa. The improvement continued through the night. It is my personal belief that this massage therapy has helped me to have better health & consider Reanna a professional that tailors my treatments to my body's need. Thank you Reanna!

Even though the other employees were sitting around doing nothing. My pedi was done in 20 minutes, polish all over my toes, my toe nails are all uneven. My nails... The paint doesn't go down to the edges.. Slapped on and has tones of bubbles.... Oh didn't do a good job on the manicure part either... She had to go get her kids. I spent 60 bucks for the worst mani pedi ever! I won't ever go back here again!

I get so many compliments on my nails now that I've started going here! They have awesome color choices and do a great job with nail shaping. I have been doing SNS on my nails for years now and have tried a few different salons but now I won't go anywhere else!! Every time I go in they have something new to try! Glow in the dark, chrome, rainbow, mood changing colors, you name it! They've got it all! And not to mention all the staff has been wonderful. Always nice and very gentle. We were all there plenty early & had our colors picked out, but they weren't ready for us.They finally sat two of us about 15 minutes later & then the third another few minutes after that. The whole point of making an appointment was so we could enjoy our pedicures TOGETHER!!!Once we were all seated, they still only worked on two of us, so my second friend was just sitting there soaking for about 30 minutes.And to top it off, somehow even though she was the last to get started, they still managed to finish her first.My legs & feet are super soft & I like the color, but when I make an appointment & we're spending $100, I expect better service than that.

Not very happy with my experience at first it was ok. So I had three different people do my toes and polish is falling off and hadn't even been a week. My nails weren't even cleaned before placing tips on them and it hasn't been a week and my nails are bubbled and starting to come off I haven't done my nails in a long while I understand I was a walk in but, I got there when they opened and nobody was there. Well I know people have their regulars and appointment people are probably more important but, I felt as though I was rushed out and had no care especially with my nails already coming off because seemed as though they had better clients to attend too. I do not plan on going back just very irritated and frustrated for what I paid and I tipped very well but shouldn't of had to top so big because I had so many people work on me. I had a crappy experience and super disappointed because they are friendly but the service was bad.

When I first walked in, I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the shop. Well lit, organized and "homey" in feel.
Lam worked on my nails, she was quick, gentle and her work is flawless!
They have a few color designs that are metallic flakes that are brought to the surface using a magnet, and the hologram effect is absolutely gorgeous.
I can't say enough good things about these ladies - go check them out!

The color selection for regular polish and shellac was great. I even got a shoulder rub with my manicure! Excellent service. Prices comparable to other nail salons in the area, but I felt like I got a great value here because of the level of service. I will definitely be coming back.

All the 5 star reviews don't do this place justice. We got pedicures and it was so relaxing, the massage chairs and warm salt water are so inviting. They take they're time massaging your calves and feet. No attention to detail was spared, they were friendly and a very sterile environment. I live about an hour away and was treating a friend but I may have to make the journey here it is seriously worth it!!

CAUTION!! RESULTS MAY VARY!!I went here thinking it was great considering all the praise on Yelp, my first time they got us in squared away.. So far so good. While choosing my shellac nail color we were told to wait an extra 30 min because they had made a mistake with scheduling and someone was ahead of us.. No big deal we don't have any plans, then 45 minutes later we sat down, my technician was nice and gentle, however she was very mediocre with her cubicle cleaning and missed some areas.. I spend 7 minutes finishing them off myself while she helped another customer... Then 10 minutes later my manicure was over, I was pleased with the work until a couple hours later I looked down and my nail color is chipped off, AT LEAST THREE FINGERS!! It wasn't like I was moving boulders people I was doing normal things and the shellac chipped off!!! I'm furious!! Shellac is shellac for a reason! It's supposed to STAY ON WELL! Very disappointed with this nail salon. Will not be returning even though they gave us a 20% discount for waiting. I'd rather pay full price somewhere where they know what they're doing.

My first sns manicure and I'm hooked. I drove here from Seattle and it took some time but it was worth it. I have only done shellac once because I'm afraid of it damaging my nails. The owner Anne did a black and gold halo nail and it turned out amazing. My only complaint was I had an appt for 10am and they didn't see me until 10:45, but Ann was super apologetic and I can tell she felt bad.

First time here and I fell in love! I called on a Sunday and they were able to take me in! Services I received: fill, pedicure and half leg waxUpon walking in, I received a warm welcome and a walk though of their services sheet. There you can customize your services and pick your beverage of choice. I went with the jasmine tea. The pedicure I got was ahhhhmazing! They used oranges and creams and lotions and stones OH MY! I received the most comforting massage! My fill I went with the SNS nails. They removed my acrylics and this needed to UV light and feels so natural and amazing! Don't worry about the lack of colors, they have TONS to choose from. Leg wax was awesome and overall, my experience was the best I've had here in the NW. I'm happy I found this place because it's now going to be my new spa from now on. This is coming from someone who has high expectations from California! Thank you so much for the great time and relaxing experience!

I had just gotten them done a week prior at another place and decided I didn't like the design, so she removed the shellac and painted on new matte shellac with a couple glossy accent fingers with designs and painted it so I could wait a little longer for a fill and it looks so so cute. I showed her more designs I want in the future and she was so excited to try them, I can't wait to be walking out with super pretty nails every time!

(All together took 7 minutes, I checked my phone log) At about 3 minutes into that waitfor my coworker a customer walked in and the tech says she can't wait for me to decide she has other customers and she starts doing this ladies nails. I ended up waiting for her to do her nails adding to almost be an hour wait. By the time she got back to me she didn't apologize for the wait or even once check how I was doing. As she was doing my nails the tech kept filing my skin on my pinky and it hurt alot. I had some bloodshed. I did love my nails outcome but the service was awful.

I've tried every nail salon in the area and this one is the best.

My husband and I had our first couples massage here back in October, and It was excellent! I had the pleasure of returning there again this evening for a deep tissue massage, which especially focused on my neck and shoulders where most of my pain resided. The massage therapist was able to work out several of my knots and lower the level of pain. I am feeling more relaxed and looking forward to a good night's rest. Just went here yesterday and my nails are amazing. I only gave 4 stars because even though I was a walk-in I was treated last. Even when their 1:30 appointment was 15 minutes late. I do not expect to be treated as first priority as a walk-in but if your 130 appointment is late then that’s on them and you should be able to get your nails done. 🤷🏼♀️
Overall their ladies were really nice and took their time making sure your nails were up to your standards. I was offered the SNS nails but I was too nervous about them *eek*
They do love appointments so make sure you make one!
They are a little expensive; but your results will be awesome.

I am not a makeup girl and have been blessed with long dark lashes but they don't always cooperate so I scheduled lash lift & tint. I was not sure what to expect and am a bit of a control freak. The process is not at all painful but slightly uncomfortable since upper lashes are glued to a shaping rod and lower lashes taped down. Technician explained each step of process and advised I did not need tint so saved me $15. My only recommendation would be providing warm rice pack under neck for added comfort.

She is very knowledgeable and for my recent bout with upper respiratory issues she suggested using Olbas oil & cupping. Cupping is a service that was used by ancient Chinese practitioners to create movement of lymph & bring increased circulation to areas where needed, in my case the chest & upper back areas. I felt better before I even left the spa. The improvement continued through the night. Even though the other employees were sitting around doing nothing. My pedi was done in 20 minutes, polish all over my toes, my toe nails are all uneven. My nails... The paint doesn't go down to the edges.. Slapped on and has tones of bubbles.... Oh didn't do a good job on the manicure part either... She had to go get her kids. I spent 60 bucks for the worst mani pedi ever! I won't ever go back here again!

I get so many compliments on my nails now that I've started going here! They have awesome color choices and do a great job with nail shaping. I have been doing SNS on my nails for years now and have tried a few different salons but now I won't go anywhere else!! Every time I go in they have something new to try! Glow in the dark, chrome, rainbow, mood changing colors, you name it! They've got it all! And not to mention all the staff has been wonderful. Always nice and very gentle. I will definitely be continuing to go here and recommending my friends.

We were all there plenty early & had our colors picked out, but they weren't ready for us.They finally sat two of us about 15 minutes later & then the third another few minutes after that. The whole point of making an appointment was so we could enjoy our pedicures TOGETHER!!!Once we were all seated, they still only worked on two of us, so my second friend was just sitting there soaking for about 30 minutes.And to top it off, somehow even though she was the last to get started, they still managed to finish her first.My legs & feet are super soft & I like the color, but when I make an appointment & we're spending $100, I expect better service than that.

Not very happy with my experience at first it was ok. So I had three different people do my toes and polish is falling off and hadn't even been a week. My nails weren't even cleaned before placing tips on them and it hasn't been a week and my nails are bubbled and starting to come off I haven't done my nails in a long while I understand I was a walk in but, I got there when they opened and nobody was there. Well I know people have their regulars and appointment people are probably more important but, I felt as though I was rushed out and had no care especially with my nails already coming off because seemed as though they had better clients to attend too. I do not plan on going back just very irritated and frustrated for what I paid and I tipped very well but shouldn't of had to top so big because I had so many people work on me. I had a crappy experience and super disappointed because they are friendly but the service was bad.

When I first walked in, I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the shop. Well lit, organized and "homey" in feel.
Lam worked on my nails, she was quick, gentle and her work is flawless!
They have a few color designs that are metallic flakes that are brought to the surface using a magnet, and the hologram effect is absolutely gorgeous.
I can't say enough good things about these ladies - go check them out!

The color selection for regular polish and shellac was great. I even got a shoulder rub with my manicure! Excellent service. Prices comparable to other nail salons in the area, but I felt like I got a great value here because of the level of service. I will definitely be coming back.

They take they're time massaging your calves and feet. No attention to detail was spared, they were friendly and a very sterile environment. I live about an hour away and was treating a friend but I may have to make the journey here it is seriously worth it!!

CAUTION!! RESULTS MAY VARY!!I went here thinking it was great considering all the praise on Yelp, my first time they got us in squared away.. So far so good. While choosing my shellac nail color we were told to wait an extra 30 min because they had made a mistake with scheduling and someone was ahead of us.. No big deal we don't have any plans, then 45 minutes later we sat down, my technician was nice and gentle, however she was very mediocre with her cubicle cleaning and missed some areas.. I spend 7 minutes finishing them off myself while she helped another customer... Then 10 minutes later my manicure was over, I was pleased with the work until a couple hours later I looked down and my nail color is chipped off, AT LEAST THREE FINGERS!! It wasn't like I was moving boulders people I was doing normal things and the shellac chipped off!!! I'm furious!! Shellac is shellac for a reason! It's supposed to STAY ON WELL! Very disappointed with this nail salon. Will not be returning even though they gave us a 20% discount for waiting. I'd rather pay full price somewhere where they know what they're doing.

My first sns manicure and I'm hooked. I drove here from Seattle and it took some time but it was worth it. I have only done shellac once because I'm afraid of it damaging my nails. The owner Anne did a black and gold halo nail and it turned out amazing. My only complaint was I had an appt for 10am and they didn't see me until 10:45, but Ann was super apologetic and I can tell she felt bad.

First time here and I fell in love! I called on a Sunday and they were able to take me in! Services I received: fill, pedicure and half leg waxUpon walking in, I received a warm welcome and a walk though of their services sheet. There you can customize your services and pick your beverage of choice. I went with the jasmine tea. The pedicure I got was ahhhhmazing! They used oranges and creams and lotions and stones OH MY! I received the most comforting massage! My fill I went with the SNS nails. They removed my acrylics and this needed to UV light and feels so natural and amazing! Don't worry about the lack of colors, they have TONS to choose from. Leg wax was awesome and overall, my experience was the best I've had here in the NW. I'm happy I found this place because it's now going to be my new spa from now on. This is coming from someone who has high expectations from California! Thank you so much for the great time and relaxing experience!

I had just gotten them done a week prior at another place and decided I didn't like the design, so she removed the shellac and painted on new matte shellac with a couple glossy accent fingers with designs and painted it so I could wait a little longer for a fill and it looks so so cute. I showed her more designs I want in the future and she was so excited to try them, I can't wait to be walking out with super pretty nails every time!
