*This is solely based on a first impression.* I went inside for a walk in (because their building does say they are welcome) pedicure with my mom. As we went inside, we were not greeted like most service related stores. We were greeted after about a minute but it was merely a "hi" and nothing else. I thought that meant we should say what we wanted so I said two pedicures and the lady stared at us as if she was sizing us up and down. She asked if we had an appointment, which w...e said no, and she told us she wouldn't be able to take us today. Not a big deal, but if your store says walk in's welcome, mean it. We didn't even get an estimated wait time which made us believe we weren't welcomed in. As someone who works in retail, and understanding that customers are the most important part, I felt as if we weren't "good enough" for their service. When you pull up, the sign on their door clearly says "Walk Ins Welcome" however it was far from welcoming. For starters we weren't greeted within the first few minutes of our entrance. Of course everyone was busy and that's actually a good sign. When we were finally acknowledged, without even asking what we wanted the woman said "if you don't have an appointment we can't see you." That's odd. "walk ins welcome" must not mean what I think it means. We weren't even offered a wait-time or even an appointment time. This first impression was a deal breaker. I heard raves about this place it did not disappoint! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary with spa pedicures. The ladies were very welcoming and sweet. They didn't make fun of my rough feet. They even asked our names and told us theirs. The massage chairs we nice and my toes are now a nice red shade and my husband's feet are finally not scratchy and rough. I'll be coming back! Read Less

I was trying to kill some time so I looked up a salon to get my nails done, this one had good reviews so I decided to check it out, oh my word!! I got shellac manicure, looked terrible, the gel wasn't on smooth, like if you look at the side of the nail looks like mountains and hills, nails have little air bubbles, I mean you coulda just told me your nail polish sucks and I woulda gotten a different color or something like Omg very disappointed and she literally filed the top of my nail down so much, nobody has ever done such a terrible job in my whole nail experience, good thing I was too tired that day to throw a fit in the salon... Most amazing place on earth to get your nails done.  It is always a special experience when I scrape up enough money to get my nails done.   I would never ever go anywhere else.  The owner is super sweet and always remembers my name, no matter how long its been since I've been in.  All the artists go above and beyond to do my nails the way I want them, no matter how crazy of a picture I bring in for them to copy.  I recommend this place to all my friends. My new favorite nail spot! I called on Friday to get a fill and the lady who answered the phone said they were booked until later. I said that's okay I'll call back another day. She called me a couple times saying she could fit me in and they managed to get me in right away. The ladies here are friendly, hilarious and easy to talk to. Jenny did my nails to perfection. She showed me each nail to make sure I was happy with the shape, length and color. The prices here are more reasonable than other places I've tried. Love this place! Great experience! I choose this place because of all the popular reviews. I didn't ask for anything crazy, basic manicure with shellac polish. They delivered, I have no complaints about that.  Honestly, how could you mess up a basic manicure?My gripe with this establishment is the shady advertising and lack of price information (picture of prices in photos shared here is  over 1-year old- unreliable). This place is located in a college area, 3-5 min drive from Edmonds CC campus.  On the outside of the window , in large lettering, it reads "10% student discount". The assumption would be, discount for all students with a valid student ID for proof. Tell me why, when I asked for the discount - showed my ID- the lady said " oh that's for high school students only."Fine. Whatever. I paid and tipped her 6 bucks. Reflecting back, I wish I had not given her such a high tip (25% of my total) because honestly is not like she went above and beyond. The manicure was basic. But mainly, I feel like ethically their shop is being shady with a promise for a discount to students. People can try to argue, you should have asked beforehand but c'mon people let's look at this as plain black and white - that sign is shady. I wish I could say that I will return. I took my whole bridal party, MOB, and my sisters here two days before my wedding. BEST SERVICE! Normally most places will try to say yes to anyone who comes in the door to keep the service and customers. But when people walked in they told them no. I was so pleased and encouraged. They treated me so special, they continued to ask me about my day and encourage me. Plus my nails looked so good! I went back after my honeymoon to get a touch up and they remembered me! They asked me all about my wedding and honeymoon and I was so excited. I will recommend any bridal party to come here prior to their wedding. Fantastic business.  I came in and had the best gel manicure of my life.  Not only did the gal do the best job I have ever seen, she was a hoot.  She had more personality than most people combined.  She really cared about her job as well as me.  She recommended I change the shape of my nails so they complimented my fingers, and she showed me what she meant on one nail.  She was exactly right.I'll be coming here from now on.  It's been 3 weeks since I got my nails done, and the gel hasn't chipped or flaked.  She did such a great job, that the gel isn't poking into my finger like it was with the last place I visited.The prices are also great.While working on my nails, someone needed to set an appointment for herself and her bridal party a couple months in advance.  The gal that was doing my nails helped her out and didn't act like it was a bother like some others would have.  She also had her leg in a boot and so wasn't feeling the best, I'm sure, but was happy and positive!Grab a business card and refer a friend.  If they bring it in with your name on it, you'll get 10% off your next service. This is my favorite pedicure place around! They do not rush you, paraffin wax and hot stone massage with citrus scrub. Good amount of time massaging legs, very relaxing. I also love that it doesn't smell bad! I was looking for a great place when I was pregnant without smelling terrible. Also you get 5% off if you pay with cash, great deal!
