Was NOT impressed. I have had my nails done there before and it was a seemingly nice looking establishment and my nails WERE exceptional. Recently I decided to get a full set again and the service was not as amazing as it was before. I almost did not pay. I did not come with an appointment, but regardless I should've gotten good customer service and clean looking nails. Instead I got an uncomfortable sit down and a chunky right thumb nail with crooked pointer fingers. Will not be coming back. Read Less

This is my new favorite nail place. The prices are reasonable and the staff are very friendly and skilled. They fixed up my nails, which weren't looking too hot after going to a different place, and have me a beautiful set of gel coated acrylics. 5 stars all the way. Highly recommend Read Less

I'm so happy to have found another place that does quality nails & has reasonable prices (is that too much to ask?). The ladies here are all really nice and Tracy did a fabulous job.  She is very gentle and thorough.  Pedicure's are $20 and they have spa chairs (you can set them to massage if you prefer). I did notice that they had limited nail polish colors and that certain colors (mainly some unusual color of pastels that are "in fashion" right now) are $3 more. Tracy scrubbed my feet good, got my toes prepped, gave me a short leg massage and then painted my toes. And afterwards, she had a warm wet towel that came out of the towel warmer and it felt heavenly.  I did have to wait to "air dry" my toes as they don't have toe dryers here & I had also come prepared with flip flops. I will definitely be back & perhaps one of these days I'll get some cool artistic designs done on my toes as I've noticed some other ladies posted here on Yelp.I had set my appointment by phone and when I arrived, I didn't have to wait more than 1 minute.  Quality work done at a fast pace.  Totally time at Ledo Spa was 1 hour, I've been to many places where I've been for 1.5-2 hours for the same or worse quality work.  I'm a busy gal, so being in & out is quite important to me.Great location just off Aurora Ave in Edmonds (across from Burlington Coat Factory & the former McFinsters bar) with plenty of parking in the lot. After trying many places in the area, I've finally found my favorite nail salon! The ladies here are so friendly, and welcoming. Tracy and Jennifer are the sweetest.Prices are very reasonable, and they do such a great job. They are super gentle with your nails unlike some places where they tend to file your nails too hard or cut your cuticles to the point you start bleeding. My nails look so well groomed after coming here. Another thing I love about them is that they do exactly what you want without pressuring you to do something else!I used to get my nails done only for special occasions, but coming to this place has changed my routine because of how amazing they do my manicures and pedicures. I chose Ledo's a few weeks ago simply because they were open on Sunday. What a pleasant surprise! My cousin and I both had pedicures and it was one of the best ones I've ever had. They were extremely friendly and attentive, the massage chairs were great, and I didn't feel rushed at all even though were were there near closing. It's almost 3 weeks later and the polish still looks great! I highly recommend this place. In fact, I'm going back today with my mom and sister :) Read Less

I love this place. The owner is SO sweet, always remembers me, asks me about my husband and baby and it is just a great feel there. I have been in some salons that almost feel like it is an indentured servant kind of place and Ledo is not like that at all. It is a great family environment and you can tell everyone loves working there. They have 4 salon pedicure stations with the best massage chairs ever. A great value too! Read Less

I went to Ledo's because it's close, and I wanted close. So I tried it based on the previous review - and it was so right! The place is cozy and small but really clean. I was helped immediately, with lot's of sweeties and honeys. (Normally that would drive me nuts, but it was nice in this situation). I got a fabulous spa pedi and a manicure, and they had the routine fabulously choreographed. The massage chair was different, but great, and I was allowed to lie quietly while pampered and massaged. And the whole experience - $30 before tip. I mean, that's a DEAL! So - I want this place to stick around, so please try them!!! Read Less
