I've been here about 8 times and only had 1 good experience, but I was desperate.  A new low today, my nails look terrible!!!  She hurt me with the sanding tool, made me bleed and gave my nails about 3 swipes with the sanding bar; and they are rough and look awful.  She left to work on another client and I had to call her back to apply top coat.  They were rude to almost everyone, including a woman who walked in they said "we're pretty busy right now" without telling her how long the wait was or when she could come back.  The cashier took my card and walked away, I had to reach over and grab my card myself so I could get home and try to fix the mess they left me with. I would not recommend this place. The nail technicians always seem to be in a hurry and the last time I went there they were in such a big hurry that my nail smeared and it was a pedicure which should never happen. I will never go there again. I think the technicians are rude too and probably don't always use clean equipment.It is very sad when you go into a place to have something done that you think  will be a good experience and walkoutdisappointed. I will not go there again even though the location is convenient but when you pay for a service you expect to be satisfied. Read Less

I went in for an eyebrow wax. It was $8 plus a $1 fee for using my debit card. I was not leaving a tip for what I received. I could have done a better job myself and should have anyway. Looking at my bank statement, I noticed they charged me $14 total. Of course, I couldn't find my receipt and I knew there was no point in returning to their shop. Just beware when you hand them your debit card - they will tip themselves the amount they deem necessary. I guess that statement applies everywhere, but it is the first time for me and the LAST time I will ever go to their shop for service. Read Less

I wish the menu explained the differences between Deluxe and Regular manicures/pedicures. My manicure lasted less then a week, so that was disappointing. If I could rate on service, this place would be 5 stars though! The owner and staff are very friendly and engage with you while providing your services. I'd go back if all I needed was a police change. My sister received a fill and she loved it! The owner did a great job on her nails. Read Less
