A bit pricey $69 for a pedi and fill but they did a great job on shape and color but next day had the worst pain several of my fingers had small cuts from the filing they did. It's burns and worst part is i work with money so i use sanitizer all day so open cuts are no joke. Uggh Read Less

Everyone was nice. We came in near the time they were closing so i sort of expected to be turned away but they accepted. My sister and i both got full sets. They were kind to us so i was going to give then a nice tip for fitting us in. But the actual nails were the worst I've had done. I wanted them pretty long but to get the shape, she kept messing up and had to file them down shorter and shorter. Once that was done, she painted them. And holy crap, worst paint job ever. Great Service. Horrible work! I don't care how nice the person doing my nails are, if the work is crap I can't go back. I went to this establishment TWICE thinking that maybe it was me... Nope! The nails popped off within a week. They do decent pedicures, hence the reason for 2 stars. Definitely not a full service shop. Went in to get my acrylics from another salon removed and a new set put on. The lady took her time with my nails and I am so happy with them, I'm happy she actually spent time to make sure they looked good. The last place I went to left them crooked and they weren't even. This is only my third time getting acrylics, but this was the best experience. She even massaged my hands and forearm. The only thing I can complain about us too much filing, but it's not a big deal. I came here because the other place I wanted to go to wasn't taking any more customers that evening. When I stepped in, there was a very strong acetone smell. Most nail spas I go to have been able to mask or get rid of that smell; not this one. I was seated right away for a pedicure and the water temperature was perfect (a little on the hotter side, which is my preference) and the massage chair was excellent!I was in and out in 30 minutes, which was efficient but I would've rather it taken a little longer. The leg massage was too short in my opinion, most places I've been to give about a 25 minute one and this place gave maybe 10 minutes. I liked the results of my nail trim/polish and though the lady didn't speak much English she was very friendly. Also, the nail polish selection was minimal and most polishes looked a bit older. I've been here twice for a Shellac manicure and I'm very happy with the results. The ladies here take their time perfecting your nails and it shows. They are very meticulous and I really appreciated that. It's a bit pricey ($30), but you get what you pay for. I'll be back in the future I'm sure. Read Less

A few weeks ago I tried this place out... I completely regret it. The lady had filed my nail way to thin to get the old shellac off. It made a hole in my nail. I told her several times it hurt and she just kept filing over. I also told her she filed it to thin and she tried to file it more. When she was giving my a manicure and new shellac she seemed to be too in a hurry to do it right so she kept smudging my nail polish. When it came to check out another lady rang me up, she asked me why I did not leave a tip I told her about my nail being filed to thin and she rambled something not really in english and that was that. I've gone here many times for pedicures and am always pleased when I leave. The paraffin dip is wonderful. I had my first shellac manicure done there and loved it. I've had it done elsewhere but the attention to detail and time that was put into it will bring me back to Purity again soon! I've always walked right in and been seen within minutes of arriving. I liked how their equipment comes in sterilized packets and how the nail technicians wear gloves.  They have an assortment of nail colors to choose from and offer a variety of nail services.  I've just experienced better at other nail salons - the way the person did my nails was not the best.  I'm not too sure if she just did not have enough experience but the cuticle trimming, filing, the massage, to the way my polish looked at the end was not great at all.  I ended up leaving with small cuts on the edges of my nails that feel a bit sore to the touch (almost feels like I got a paper cut on a few).  Knowing that there are better places out there, I will not be coming back.  It's unfortunate because I was hoping to find a place that would be closer to my home. Had a really great experience here. Pedicure with wax for $25. My mom and I went there for start to our shopping day. I have a "special" pinky toe nail that grows straight up in the air. The girl actually painted on a little more nail making my nail look more normal! Loved talking to the girls there. They have a great and courteous staff. I gave it one star less because my massage chair seemed to be broken with the massage balls stuck in my back. At 28 years old it was an annoyance but I can imagine being older would causing some pain to the person sitting there. I'd definitely come back though! Read Less

I don't get a pedicure very often, so I don't have a lot to compare it with, but from what I could tell, they did a great job. Was able to help us right away and I'd never had the hot wax thing done, my mom said it's usually extra, but not here, it's included..so that was kinda cool and has left my feet feeling nice and smooth! Also when my mom accidentally ran into something after we left, which isn't surprising, messed up the polish on her big toe, we went back and they were super nice about getting her in there and getting it fixed right away for nothing, even though we insisted on tipping anyway. Worst experience ever... Came in for a pedicure and they did such a bad job, she took the nail devider off and took two toes of nail polish with it. I told her she messed up but she didn't care she just put another layer on and made it look all messed up. I asked if she can remove nail polish then redo she gave me attitude. Then I looked over to all my toenails they were so messed up painted on, I almost cried. I go and pay $20 in my nail salon and they are so amazing. Will never be back here this is the second time they argued with me over nail polish.. first time few month back when she was using old nail polish I told her she said it's ok. I wanted to get a manicure and pedicure at 6:30 on a Saturday and this was the only place in the area that was open. Got a shellac manicure and regular pedicure for $55. Go somewhere else. Pros:-only salon in the area open till 7:30 on saturday eveningCons:-parking was difficult since it is in the same area as the Rock so i spent 10  mins looking for a spot-the pedicure water was cold-i got cut during my manicure and there was blood on the towel. They were unapologetic and the rest of my manicure and pedicure were painful thanks to the stinging of my finger- When I went to pay, she was unapologetic about me getting cut. She kept my $60 without trying to give me back $5. When I asked she said- "this is for them".Thanks a lot! Never coming back. I'd rather go out with unpolished nails than deal with this! Read Less

I've been here several times and it was sort of my last resort for a nail place. They would take forever for a pedicure and myself and another lady had to wait in the pedicure chair for 30 minutes. The chairs are gross and very uncomfortable. The employees never talk to you, just among the other employees. It's not a place I will go back to any longer. Read Less

I absolutely love this location.  They always make us feel welcome and make our young daughter feel extra special.  They have 2 walls with tons of colors and lots of high quality polishes that last. I have never been overcharged here and have never felt rushed.  The pedicures are wonderful and you get the paraffin dip for your feet that makes your skin feel so smooth.  This is my salon of choice in this area. I've always come here for my eyebrows which the older lady does. And I'm happy each time I leave. Yesterday I took my daughter for her first pedicure and my first pedicure at this location. I walked out definitely satisified. They take their time, even tho it was at the end of the day. I dont know if it was because I'm a usual there but they make you feel welcomed. I went here last week for a regular manicure/pedicure. The main reason why I am giving this two stars is because it took over two hours just for a mani/pedi! It was a Tuesday morning, not super crowded, but they told me to wait 20 minutes, which was fine. They then brought me to a chair and I ended up waiting there with my feet in the water for another 20 minutes! I thought this was pretty ridiculous, and then throughout my manicure/pedicure the guy would randomly walk away and help other people and at one point went to another customer altogether and then came back to me. I've been able to get in and out in under an hour at other nail places, so I really thought the time this took was ridiculous. The place was decent enough, although I thought the chairs were pretty old and dirty and super uncomfortable to sit in, which definitely didn't help how long I was sitting there waiting. The guy doing my nails was nice but very rough when pushing back my cuticles and continued to be rough even after I said something.One thing I did like is this purple gel they put your hands and feet in. It's really hot at first and then cools and dries and after your skin is really soft. Overall I had a pretty bad experience though. Having just moved here, I was anxious to find a new nail place but it seems I will have to keep looking! Read Less

Normal I get my nails done in Seattle but I was looking to find somewhere closer to home. The pedi experience was awesome. It was worth the $25 just for the parrafin wax and leg massage. I would suggest going here if you are just looking to up keep your pedi. If you need some serious callous removal don't waste your money. I also got a full set. My nails were extra wide and the design was basic to say the least. Go for the pedi but defininately not the nails! Read Less

a friend suggested this place for me. it was 25 minutes away from my home but I went anyway. was easy to make an appointment. the owner's husband and a daughter are very nice, polite and professional people. I got there on time, waited for 15 minutes. the female owner did my nails. started out fine, didn't speak much English but that wasn't a big deal. tried explaining to her what i want and she kept on ignoring me, so had to pester her nail after nail. took me 2 hours to do the full set. i settled for what she did even though it was nothing like i wanted it to be. it was about an hour after the place was supposed to close, she was rushing putting the nail polish, did an awful job, paint all over my cuticles and fingers. that is when i finally told her that this is not acceptable job. she got pissed off and started yelling at me telling me that i am wasting her time and that i am too picky. the woman looked crazy screaming, red face and eyes, i was terrified, she may need to check with the psychiatrist. i insisted for her daughter to finish my nails, which went perfect. i didn't get to dry my nails though, it was 8 and they wanted to close the place asap. so, yeah, if you go there, make sure you stay away from the Crazy and if you want something particular and you are considerate “picky”, you may want to find something else. I love this nail salon & now it is the only salon I will go to! After my experience with Nail Design in factoria (read their remarks on Yelp, speaks for itself) Purity is the way to go. I live in Issaquah, but will drive the 20-30 minutes to go to this salon. The prices are very reasonable & the service is spectacular. The pedicures are by far the most relaxing treatment you will get. Everything that goes into a pedicure at Purity, you will spend close to $75 at Gene Juarez for THE SAME TREATMENT! Yes the atmosphere and ambiance are great at Gene Juarez, bur in this economy, no way...I will give my money to Purity and get the same great treatments. I have never left this salon disappointed and never really had to wait for then literally 2-3 minutes to be helped. Read Less
