This place used to be the only place I would ever go get a manicure or pedicure. I have beeen coming here for 14 years but this is the last time I bring people or myself. The customer service has gone down drastically. They no longer care for the customer they just want to make sure they get as many people seated and have you waiting for hours without letting you know how long you'll be waiting for. If you ask, they will tell you 10 minutes. The walk ins walk in and some will be told its 45 minute wait and other will be told 10 minutes. It's crazy and unethical. Good luck for those who dare to give this place a shot.

Alana (I hope I spelt her name right) is absolutely amazing she is the only reason I am a faithful customer my nails look amazing every time and she always remembers how I like them done I have had a few others do my nails and others don't do a base coat (which stains nails depending on polish color) and they rushed so it looks sloppy I now bring my mom here we both see Alana :)

First time getting my nails done (full set) got there an hour before they closed & they didn't turn me down if anything made me feel very comfortable. Will return! Ask for Nicole !

I went to this place due to great reviews on yelp. For the first several times they did a great job. You would think after being a loyal customer you would get superb service. However I see its the opposite, after 1 day of getting my nails filled. The tips cracked and broke this happen last month and I blamed it on myself because I was moving boxes. But then it happen again this month with no box activity on my part. I have brought many relatives to this establishment to my surprise each were disappointed with their work, their customer service, and their cleanliness. My daughter said while getting her fill the technician made her finger bleed instead of tossing the blood soiled file into the trash, the technician place it back into her pile of tools she uses. What if she was an HIV/AIDS, or Hep C carrier and how many times have they done this with other customers? I will never go back to the place.

I love everyone who works in Sola Nails I would recommend this place to everyone and give them 5 stars for service. Nicole and Amy are absolutely fantastic I love them, I have been going to this place for more than 1 yr and I will never ever change this place. Employees here are just awesome but owner is fantastic she organized everybody so well there is no long wait which very important for all us. Thanks ladies for making us so pretty and beautiful always. Love you all please stop by this place and you will never go somewhere else.

This place used to be the only place I would ever go get a manicure or pedicure. I have beeen coming here for 14 years but this is the last time I bring people or myself. The customer service has gone down drastically. They no longer care for the customer they just want to make sure they get as many people seated and have you waiting for hours without letting you know how long you'll be waiting for. I went to this place due to great reviews on yelp. For the first several times they did a great job. You would think after being a loyal customer you would get superb service. However I see its the opposite, after 1 day of getting my nails filled. The tips cracked and broke this happen last month and I blamed it on myself because I was moving boxes.
