After going here for almost two years I can no longer recommend this place to anyone. The last two predicures I got were horrible. The woman did everything wrong... She cut my cuticles to the point where they were bleeding (!!!) It really hurt, she rounded the toenails when she cut them which is never supposed to be done because that's how you get ingrown toenails, and she dropped a tool on the ground and rinsed it in the water my feet were in and continued to use it on me. I'm really afraid of getting an infection now. My nails are all cut way too short and look ridiculous and I'm afraid I'll get ingrown nails now (it's taken me months to grow the corners because I was trying to about this) and my cut still hurts. Yes this place is cheap but the quality has dropped drastically lately. For your own safety and health please don't go here. I'm afraid of ever getting a pedicure again after this. I just went home and cried. I'm so upset. It'll take months for my nails to grow to a healthy length again (hopefully they won't be ingrown too) :( you've been warned. Read Less

I've started going here regularly for shallack manicures ($20) and pedicures ($35). They have lots of colors, always do a great job and I've been really pleased with the quality. The manicures last me around 2-3 weeks. So happy to have found a great spot near home. Read Less

I came in not knowing what I wanted. The lovely ladies were very patient with me switching colors and making sure I was getting what I wanted, which I appreciate. They did a great job and 2 weeks later and my nails still look decent. Very appropriate pricing!Burien at its best! Read Less

Love. I love this place. It's busy typically but they get u in and out and I always walk out loving my nails. I get compliments all the time. My babies and I go here. I'm 30, my oldest is 12 and my youngest 5. We get treated like queens and they are top notch. It's not some high end bougie salon. But they slay. Read Less

I honestly love this place! Everyone is so friendly and knows what they're doing, I came here to get a full set of acrylics and they came out amazing! They lasted me the two weeks I wait before my fill without breaking (usually have a few broken by that time) they all stayed on beautifully and they were very durable! I made the mistake to get a fill done at another place not far from there and my pinky nail came off like nothing with a few movements the same night. I decided to come back to Luxury nails and they saved my life again and came out better than the other ones I got when I got my fill! I have been going to these ladies for 2 years now, approaching 3. They are great, friendly, and remember you after the first couple of times going. My nails are always perfect and lovely, I adore this place.I had one bad experience with a knew employee, where she made my nail bed bleed, but the owner rectified the situation and I am happy with how it was handled and the care I received afterwards. So even after the less than desirable experience, I would still only go to these ladies. I've been other places to get my nails done and there is no spot like luxury nails. Its affordable and they do such an amazing job. I've seen a few different nails techs and I feel like they all do an excellent job, I would feel comfortable seeing any of the girls. I took my mom here for a pedicure when she was visiting from out of town last year and she still talks about how it was the best pedicure she's ever had. I recommend luxury nails!!! Read Less

BEST NAIL SALON !!! I've been going since I was 16 and I'm 20 now. I've gone to several salons but none of them are great like Luxury nails matter in fact when I didn't like how my nails turned out in other places I would go straight to luxury and they knew exactly what to do. Ive recommended ALL of my friends and so far everyone loves it there! Amazing customer service, very clean, patient and great prices! Been a customer for the past 6 months spending probably $150 per month on fills and pedicures, So one time I have a issue the day before the 4th of July the lady does my pedicure quickly and doesn't get all the blue color off my toes, and repaints them I don't say anything because they are slammed, So I wait till my next visit and show them that my toes you can still see the blue visable under the light pink and I would like a color change, The lady said "She will fix it" and I am under the impression she's going to fix it for free, because the lady messed up the first time, but no at the end another worker named My said she isn't allowed to do it for free. Was told my French tip pedicure would be $20 but when we got to the register the lady charged me $25, I don't like dishonesty. And my 4 year old's mani/pedi which lasted only 10 minutes total was $18. Went home to my Vietnamese in laws and they told me they hustled me but I already knew that, lol. I've been here around 5 times now and love it. They always check in with me multiple times to see if I like the shape, length, and color of my nails. Most places will never ask you if you like your nails so far. They will only get upset when you ask them to change something. Not here, they are happy to change it for you, so you can walk away happy. At some places you get the vibe that the techs are talking about you. That's absolutely not the case here.
