Honestly, I feel like the bad reviews that people put on here are the type of people who would only review for bad experiences. It's unfortunate that people ended up going into the business on a rare, bad day, but my experiences here have been nothing but amazing. When I come in, I feel so comfortable and pampered. My usual mani-pedi routine and services are always on point. This place has been in business for 10+ years and have always done a fantastic job every visit with my family, close friends, and I. Also, to the comment where they "conveniently" have you pay before painting and finishing your nails, it's most definitely convenient in terms of having it easier for US to not mess the paint job up afterwards, which I truly appreciate. I haven't found a good nail salon in a very long time so my sister recommended this place to me and it's my new favorite! Nicole is the BEST! I had a great experience here few weeks ago. Had a shellac manicure and regular pedicure for $50 total. My shellac is perfect is still on since then! The other reviewers probably just had a bad experience with one of the manicurists, but mine was excellent. I recently moved from Olympia and I'm glad I found Super Nails. Read Less

Horrible. Waste of money. I had time to kill so asked for a manicure and color. The manicure was so bad... She (middle aged woman) didn't even trim my cuticles barely. They looked just as bad before and after. I had to point out a couple areas to ask her to go back to and then just wanted to be done and leave. The place I usually go to trims all around the nail and the skin around the nail and does an excellent job. I already knew the paint job would be horrible because the manicure sucked. The nail tech painted my nails so badly I literally do a better job with my left hand. I'm not the type of person to ever leave bad reviews because I usually think maybe they are having an bad day...because everyone has off days....But I shouldn't have been charged for this. And no one else should either. The polish didn't even cover my nail in some places and in other areas was on the skin. It also was uneven along the borders. She said it would "wash off" of the skin. I was so embarrassed I removed the polish as soon as I got a chance and got home. I will try and find another way. Don't go here. They do very poor poor quality. Don't waste your money on poor quality. You are paying for a service that you don't get. My boyfriends 7 year old literally does a better job at nail painting. Just got the worst eyebrow wax I've ever gotten in my life. I've been here before a few times to get waxed and have loved the way they turn out, but I had a different lady this time. No joke, she finished my brows and lip in under a minute and a half. She was sloppy and aggressive, and now half of my eyebrows are gone. Got a shellac manicure here a few months ago and the lady doing my nails was talking crap about the client that had just left. Pretty un-professional and it made me uncomfortable. While my old shellac polish soaked off she was doing her own nails which I also found weird. I left with beautiful nails, but unfortunately after just a couple days the polish started discoloring. I've never had that happen before so I was disappointed and ended up taking the polish off at home. Read Less

I thought it was just me but I am writing this review to warn people away from this place because I see that others have had the same problems.   The older woman is mean spirited and rough.   My usual service is a fill.  She used the drill on high and lets it get really hot.  She scraped my cuticles with the drill at times causing bleeding. Never apologizing. The younger lady I believe is her niece.   She is nicer and does a better job but you never know who you will get. Tried it a couple of times but no more. Read Less

Just terrible. I stopped in at this salon because it was open on Sunday and my usual salon is not. Big mistake! There were two ladies working (one younger who was actually very nice and an older lady.) I, of course, got the very unfriendly older woman. She was extremely rough with my cuticle care probably because I interrupted their lunch. She asked a few questions just to fill the silence as I was the only customer in the salon and continued speaking to her fellow nail tech. This didn't really bother me but the service she provided certainly did. I asked for a manicure. My polish is uneven, with air bubbles and so thin I swear I can see my actual nail in the right lighting. It was as if doing her job was the biggest inconvenience of the century. The hand massage was basically her putting lotion on my hands, that's it. She sloppily painted my nails. Put the top coat on maybe half of the nail on all of my nails and shuffled me off to the dryer. I probably spent more time at the dryer than the actual manicure. It was not as if they were busy- actually far from it since I was the only customer from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. Oh, and how convenient for her that I payed and tipped before she painted my nails. All in all, I'm happy that I'm only out $17 and I'll be going to my usual salon from now on. Read Less

The worst experience I have ever had going to a nail salon. My grandma, daughter and I went here the other day and they were incredibly rude. I asked for a pedicure, my grandma a manicure and my daughters nails to be painted. The two girls working were both with customers. They never told us how long just to have a seat. They then turned on water for my pedicure and told me I could come out my feet in. The water was ice cold I immediately removed my feet and told them and got no response just a blank stare. We waited 30 minutes finally one girl finished and painted my daughters nails then began my pedicure. My pedicure was all of 5 minutes! She scrubbed my feet then painted my nails..... That's it! I had a great experience here today! They were slammed because it's the day before Mother's Day, but they made time for me.I came in, and while there was indeed a 20-minute wait, they put me in a pedi chair and let me relax with my feet in the water and the massage chair on for a while as I waited.They were helpful and I loved my basic pedi. I'm really surprised by the low reviews! Before I found super nails I thought getting tips and fills were painful and every time the nail tech would make me bleed! I'd ask for stars and the nail tech would give me flowers, it became a joke to my friends. Then someone suggested super nails!I'm a full time caregiver, my client and I always go to super nails! They are kind, patient, and respectful. Each month we look through images online and find a few designs we like then we take them to the girls down at super nails. Sometimes the things we choose are pretty complicated, I greatly respect the woman for telling me when they don't have confidence in a design I like. Rarely does that happen! Nina usually does our designs and they always turn out fantastic! I have had fills and full sets done by everyone with out feeling any pain a single time! I've taken my clients and all my friends who have become lifetime customers! I've had sets, fills, and a pedicure, all were fantastic! I love showing off my new designs and get compliments daily!  I've only ever had one nail break on me and that was 4 months old and broke because of my own mishandling. There was also one time I decided I didn't care for a design I chose, I went in and they changed it for free! Nina did the cutest little snowman, not even Google images had anything quite so adorable!  Please don't take a few peoples negativity as fact, try then for yourselves you'll be glad you did!  Fyi I find they get impossibly busy after 5pm so be sure to schedule an appointment! I usually go about 10-11 am and get in right away, they almost never take longer than 45 mins with all the detail I make them do it's with noting their efficiency. Read Less

I don't get my nails done very often, so I don't think I'm too picky when it comes to how well they are done. But this was definitely one of my worst experiences. My mom and I decided to come here because we didn't feel like driving out to Silverdale to go to Apollo. When we first walked in I immediately got a headache from the extremely potent smell of shellac. It was like there was no ventilation at all. Then we waited half an hour because there were only two technicians and they were both with customers. Once I finally sat down to get a manicure the technician seemed super rushed, even though there was no one else waiting, and didn't even cut my nails or put on a bottom coat before applying the polish. I guess I should have said something, but I didn't want to be there any more than the technician wanted to. The tools also seemed dirty, which creeped me out. horrible! overpriced! i paid $75 for a full acrylic set with gold glitter tips drawn on (horribly i might add!) she on 1 layer on so you can still see the black uunderneath! and the lines  weren't even drawn in straight. my mom got shellac polish put on & had flowers drawn on her french tips, which were horribly drawn. the gal who did them said she doesn't know how to, but tried. mom's cuticles weren't even cleaned. I was very disappointed today. I looked on here what time they were closing. It said they close at 7:00 pm. So I drove from work straight there. It was 6:20 when I arrived, and they were closed. The ONLY reason I am giving this place any stars is because the young GIRL that did my nails was very pleasant. (and I have no choice) My shellac manicure is terrible. It's uneven, transparent and I still have dry skin around my cuticles. I have only had one other manicure that was worse than this one. The pedicure was pretty crappy as well. The massage chair was squeaky and uncomfortable. I just gave up on it and turned it off. Then, she didn't even apply a base coat before applying the color. It looks messy unprofessional. Typical Asian nail salon.  Depending on who you get you either have a completely silent nail tech (which I like because I love to read all the gossip magazines they have) or a pretty chatty gal.  They do shellac here but I haven't had it done so I can not attest to how well they do it.The pedicure seats are OK- which the built in massager one comes to expect with small nail salons.  They have a great flat screen TV that they usually have playing new movie releases.   Their $20 pedicure does the job and I'm happy with the service.  I have been here twice and it's conveniently located next to Freddie's so I can not only do my banking and shopping I can get my nails done too!!
