I can’t say enough great things about this salon! I go bi weekly to get my lashes done by kate which is always awesome, but today was a real great experience thanks to Erin! I am recovering from back surgery and am unable to wash my own hair so she was nice enough to not only wash it for me, but also brushed and braided it. This was by far the worst nail experience I've had. The guy was very rough and left cuts all over my hands and anytime I moved because it hurt he got mad. Then he kept spraying alcohol on my hands which obviously stung really bad. He gave me a completely different color from what I asked for and ignored me when I told him it was wrong. My nails were okay although the girl filled my nail really hard and I had a cut on one of my fingers which she ignored and still filled my nails hard. Then the lady that did my nails charged me extra money on my nails and I have been getting the same thing done every time I come in I asked them did the price go up and she said no and I asked why is it more and she said I dunno ask manager but she's the one that charged the card. Also I found it very unprofessional that they were talking about customer after they left to another customer which is just not okay in my opinion. Decided to go here today to try somewhere new. We are new to the area. Went in and had to wait twenty minutes to be seen. Which was fine. We waited. Three of us went in for pedicures. They put all of us in the chairs and one of us sat for along while before they got to us. My tech did not say a word to me the whole time. It was very rushed. No wax included for the 25. Horrible service the owner Lynn or whatever her name is rushes through everything. I made an appointment and she still rush through my nails and eyebrows and even admitted she did fast cause there was a girl after me waiting. Which is not my problem I told her I'm paying you money and your doing a half job my eyebrows looked like they never got done so I told her I will not be coming back you should really work on your customer service and be an example for your employees. Not my first experience with a rude nail technician here , a girl there was also rude because she cut my nail completely off and tried to say I would them that low when I did not request it but after that I never seen her there again. Nails were fine looking. Before he began to file my nails he picked up a canister with a lid and there was a plastic bag inside of it. I thought that's where they kept their supplies however upon leaving I saw him put the file back in the canister and it said "trash" on it. He used a dirty, old file on my nails. He cut up my cuticles and made me bleed. While he was using the electric file he kept looking up and talking to the other workers, blindly filing my nails. He charged me extra for "long nails" which were normal length. After a few days I had to repaint my own nails because they were so chipped. Not going back there. Read Less

I tried this place for the first time on May 5th because I was in need of a fill. The woman that I got was so amazing! I'm so picky when it comes to my nails and where I go but she won me over quick. I went here because a friend wanted to (it's not my normal place) and the customer service was horrible. The guy kept snatching my hands during my fill in and yanking around my fingers. When I would give him attitude he'd try to apologize and say "oh are you okay?" Then continue yanking and snatching my hand. The nail job itself was nice but getting them done was not the best. Terrible pedicure done, scary how the clean and use the water which you soak or use the feet to clean there apartus. Its one thing to ensure safety, and health standards. However when a establishment gets inudated with Clientel and cant comprehend nail termonolgy or decipher from whats best and not. Or bleed the cuticles by rushing or talking Tieng Vet?? To think i wont understand is appauling at most. However this owner needs to seriously re evalute or take the cheap way out. I wont reccomend such a place at all... Read Less

Nice customer service but my friend's pedicure was rushed and she said her heels were still rough and mine... well... see the pictures. The lady that cleaned and prepped mine dug really deep to get the hang nail out. It didn't hurt at the time but the next day they were sore. Read Less

Rude and horrible customer service.  I use to always go in to try and get my eye brows  waxed and every time I go in there she would say she's busy (which I understad but I always got the impression that me only getting my eye brows waxed isn't good enough and she's not making very much money off it so screw me) the owner would never asked me to wait 5 or 10 mins she always tells me to come back. Horrible customer service. I came in the morning for a wax, then went on a hike and broke a nail. Went back to get my nail fixed and she asked me to come back at 6:30pm. I said sure, no problem. Came back at 6:30 and sat there patiently for 15 minutes. They took 4 people in front of me as I was sitting there.... 2 for a wax and 2 pedicures. She then tells me that they don't take appointments for nails... What!?!! I said, 'you told me to come back'. She then says, 'can you go someplace else? My sister and I decided to venture off to find a new place to go waxing d/t being unhappy with the lady we used to go to (tina's in silverdale)  and were told about this place. we were quite surprised! We called a half hour before coming in at 1 and it was quite busy (with 5-6 workers) on a Satuday.  We came early and did not have to wait long.  We were told to see Lin so that's who we saw. She is fast, but in a good way! She doesn't miss any hair and shaped my eyebrows exactly what I've been telling all the other waxers in my life to do! SO HAPPY!
