They are a clean place and it's in a pretty decent location and the staff are pretty friendly. I've gone here 3 times and have gotten a shellac mani/pedi but the issue is whenever I get shellac it only lasts for about 1 week, it shouldn't last that short of time I feel Like I may as well have just gotten regular polish. Maybe they don't use a good top coat or the person doing them doesn't know what they are doing. I may not go back and just loook for somewhere else because I don't like having my nails look raggedy after a week, when I've gotten my nails done at other places with shellac they have lasted 3 weeks. They have great customer service. When they are busy I suggest you to wait and make another appointment. They are really good at doing nails and stuff but when it’s busy they rush it. I went there when it was busy so I waited. After two hours of waiting i finally got seated, which wasn’t that big of a deal. They did my nails, once I got out of the place I noticed they didn’t fill my whole nail up, one of my nails looks like a half of nail. Also two days after I went there my nails were already coming off. They are really nice and they’re good when they aren’t busy but when they are.. not so much. This is my regular place. I shopped around many salons before choosing this one. They are beyond friendly, use quality products  and are very clean and sanitary. They have  variety of nail designs, from color changing to tigers eye. My fills last a month if i push it. Excellent place Read Less

I was greeted and seated right away, very good english. I felt very welcomed and the place was clean, neat and organized. Super nice ladies, they compared all of my nails to make sure the size and length where perfect. Even clipped my cuticles, never loved my nail so much I will be going back.  I'd Highly recommend this place. Read Less

I really wanted to like this place since it was rated so well. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by both the man and woman working. I had to wait a bit to get seated, not a problem. Finally got seated, was told to wait again, also not a problem. Workers played on phones and talked for a bit, filed down some of my nails, and then was told to wait..again. Okay..? The man and woman swapped between doing my nails throughout the process. I explained to the man who worked first that I had thin nails and to not file them down too far, and he was great about it. But then the woman switched, files my nails down more and made me sore (My hands were sore for four days...) I had asked for an acrylic French tip. The nail sizes chosen were not correct, they were too small, and one nail is not straight. Most nails have quite a few bubbles in them from overworking the solution and the nails have been “peeling” up since the day after I got them. My coworker and I have gone here once per month to get a mani/pedi for the last six months. My nails are stronger, longer and keep the gel for nearly a month without issues. We've found it to be the best value for us based on how long our gel lasts. It's low key, simple and easy to get in and out of. They do take appointments / reservations which helps because they have two staff and book up. If you want a posh experience with fruity drinks and a view of the ocean, spend your $140 somewhere else. The woman here is EXTREMELY unpleasant. She is bitter, unmotivated, and by her own words, doesn't want to learn anything new (i.e. ombre, glitter tips, basically anything besides french tips and full color. She literally said this to me). You work in a fashion based industry. Literally the main part of your job is to maintain current trends in nails so you can get the most business. I told her I would come back the next day when I had decided upon what I wanted (because she was unable to do a specific, simple nail design) and she flat out told me, "You won't be coming back tomorrow. You won't want to take the time out of your day." Btw, I did come back, I keep my word. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she had a bad day. NOPE! She was so grossly inadequate in the customer service department; when she said she couldn't do glitter tips with gel polish, I suggested that we could use regular polish. She told me it would be a waste of money and that she wouldn't do it if she was me. Are you kidding? I'm offering you money, trying to find a way to make it work, and all you can do is be negative? I was trying to make conversation and tell her that usually my gel nails chip within a week, and she told me that IF they're done RIGHT (and not cheaply) that they will last 2 weeks. The ones she did chipped within 4 days on multiple nails, and I wasn't doing anything extreme with my hands. Unfortunately, it happened the night before we were leaving on vacation (literally the reason I got them done), and I could not return for a fix or a refund. Other complaints - when I walked in the first day, the smell of chemicals was extremely overpowering. It made me sick to my stomach, blended with a strong incense that was trying and failing to cover the chemical smell. Room was sparse, I was unsure about if they sanitized their equipment, and their gel polish selection was limited. The second my friend's nails were done the first time I came in, she walked away and left the room. The only nice thing about this was the other nail tech. He was nice, understanding, and very friendly. I have no doubt he is the only thing keeping that business afloat. You'd be better off going to Orchid Nails a few blocks south, the only reason we didn't go there in the first place was because it was very late and they were full. Read Less

I just came here for the first time and WILL NOT COME BACK. the staff was rude, My nails look unfinished,  she acted as if I asked her to completely start over when I asked her to make them shorter and for second coat of glitter.  When I mentioned that two of my nails were crooked she acted like I was seeing them wrong. My nails are thick as hell and look like the hunch back of notre dam. When a customers next to me was explaining how she wanted her nails shaped,  my technician was rolling her eyes, shaking her head and sucking her teeth. At one point both technicians were tag teaming yelling at the poor customer.  My girl kept yanking my arm and hand when I didn't even move to begin with. She was pinching and twisting my fingers to the point of nunbeness.They are all around rude. Completely lack customer service. Acted as if we were an inconvenience.  I will never return, it's a shock that they have been in business as long as they said they have. Read Less

So far this has been the best nail salon I've been to since moving to kitsap county, they're also the cheapest. I like the fact that they're nice and gentle. I've been to two other nail salons in the area and I ended up disappointed, so this place is a breath of fresh air. Read Less

Best mani/pedi I've had in years!  The two girls who were working got me right in and were very sweet. I usually hate the foot massage portion because I'm pretty ticklish, but her technique/pressure was different. For the first time ever, I was able to relax and actually enjoyed it!  Her paint job was very clean and she didn't seem rushed, nice to find something better than the usual wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am nail salon.
