I have been coming here for a few years now. It's true, sometimes you get someone who is just "riding the clock" and not all interested in quality service, but they don't last long. I have learned that the core group of employees truly care about the work and take an interest in ensuring the customer is happy. I'm not going to say who my favorite is because she already has a very full schedule, but if you ask for someone who has been there a long time you should get great service. *** Suggestion for management - Please stop playing the news or drama on the T.V. I have now been going to Bella Dolche for 2 years. I absolutely love Tony & Holly. They are my power team! Although, I will say, the rest of the staff is awesome too! They are just my favorite! My daughter loves having a slushy while she gets her pedi/mani. Prices are great for the services they provide! The atmosphere is great. And it’s so pretty inside. I have been going here for pedicures for 2 years now and have no complaints,. Everything is very clean, staff is friendly and accommodating and prices are reasonable. I started doing SNS manicures and although it's a little spendy it's so worth it...and when I say spendy it's not them, its in general the service is a little more money. Came here a handful of times with no issue. Loved it! Last time I went, I was suddenly charged extra for coffin shape. When I told the lady I had been here 5 times before and never been charged, she told me I was wrong and that they always charge for any other shape than square. I have had coffin/almond shape acrylics done every time I have come in and was never charged once. What usually is an $18 fill turned into a $30 fill. But don't worry, she gave me $2 off for informing me after the fact, after my nails were already done and it was time to pay. Read Less

Beautiful salon, but the lack of quality totally takes away from the “luxury experience” they try and provide. My manicures and pedicures are very sloppy, always. Acrylics are always too thick and the nails are always different shapes and lengths. Won’t be going back. Bummer. Read Less

Bella Dolce is an amazing relaxing retreat.  The customer service is great, they take wonderful care of you and the entire trip was like a spa like experience.  The chairs are plush and cozy.  The atmosphere is tranquil and relaxing.  They have complimentary refreshments including tea, coffee, juice and soda.  The techs are very friendly and gentle and everything was wonderful. I. Love. This. Place!!! I moved to Bothell 2 years ago and tried out a handful of places and once I went to Bella I knew my search was over! This place is clean and welcoming. They have all sorts of options for pedicures as well as manicures. I've tried a little bit of everything. Acrylic nails with shellac polish, I've also had the acrylics removed and tried the SNS! I've never left disappointed and if there is ever a problem they fix it for free! So in conclusion, If you're looking for a great nail place with space for you and a couple friends try it! This cute little place is located off of a highway in a large square, so parking is free and plentiful. I like that, while it looks deceiving on the outside, the inside is very upscale looking with a crystal chandelier and tile floors that say welcome.What I like about this place is that you are always greeted immediately and they have all of their services in a mini menu that you can write on. Instead of trying to explain what you need done, you just check some boxes and it prevents any miscommunications.I like that they do SNS and designs and blended ombré on top of the standard mail services. So the options are good and prices very decently. You can either walk in or set up an appointment. The quality of service however really depends on who you get. One girl here filed my nails pretty crooked, but Luke is great and I consistently go to him for perfect nails. Read Less

She seems to be new here but she did a fantastic job with my pedicure. I was very happy with her massage and clean up. She took care that I was comfortable. Recommend asking for this server. Went in for a pedi yesterday and ended up getting a full set on my nails to since the pedi felt so relaxing I wasn't ready to leave. He did my nails just as I wanted after I realized they were just to long for my active lifestyle do I returned today and he shortened them for me with no problem... and charged $2 I will definitely go back! mary is awesome. she did my nails the first time i went here and then my second time i decided to get acrylics and it was bad so when i came back in i requested mary and she did a wonderful job. every time i have been back i always get mary. she does great dipping powder nails. i recommend those over acrylics!! Came in for a fill and a pedicure. First impression was that the salon was really big and nice, lots of pedicure chairs and many nail stations. It was fairly busy when I came in for my appointment but they were ready to take me right away. They have a little sheet you fill out where you pick your service and choose your free drink (they have sodas, slushies, and tea I think).Myle did my fill first, they have so many color options for acrylic gels and many nude colors that are really pretty. The fill was fine but it really bugs me when they don't take care of my cuticles during a fill. Whats the point of having beautiful acrylics if you have scraggly cuticles? It should be part of the service. I always prefer salons that include a neck and arm massage with nail services, this place didn't.The pedicure was done by another technician. The pedicure is really nice, they add scented bath salts (I think?) to the water which was nice and they also include a sugar scrub and hot towels on your legs, followed by a leg and foot massage which was amazing.I'll definitely go back. My gel fill and pedicure was $58 together which was somewhat pricey but they did such a great pedicure that it was worth it. Read Less

I have never made an appointment and able to walk in with little to no wait to receive service. The manager is always present and offering drinks. He pitches in to get customers started when they are very busy. I have been there 4 times so far and intend to continue. I have been helped by Tony twice and another lady twice who I can't remember her name. (My suggestion is employees wear name tags as it is helpful) both times the young lady helped me, she seemed rushed, cut a cuticle both times, did not massage my upper arms, and did not get the shellac all the way to the cuticle. The shape and length was ok but I am not sure how to tell her exactly what I want. Tony, however, always does a phenomenal job and I always leave smiling! He always gets the length and shape perfect as well as giving the best forearm massages with a smile and engaging his customers. He also helps advise on quality products as well as his professional opinion on what colors look best with your skin tone. I will be booking appointments with Tony from here on out! Read Less

I treated myself to a shellac mani and a deluxe pedicure today. This is my third time visiting this salon...each time I was satisfied with the results, the cleanliness of the salon and the friendliness of the staff. My only issue is with their hot towels...they smell so strongly of fabric softener, it burns my throat and makes my eyes water. Went in to get my nails done by Tony showed him a pic that he said he could do as he started I noticed he was struggling to get the Lil flake things to lay flat on my nails so I told him that was OK he didn't have to do it.. He continued... My nails were lumpy kind of like it would feel If you were walking on rocks... So I told him to take it off..
