Best acrylic nails of my life! I was a little concerned with how long my nail stylist was carving on my nails, but she was thinning the acrylic so they weren’t so bulky like most acrylic nails. The worst french manicures I have ever had. My daughter wanted to treat me for mother's day. She made a reservation (we were not a walk-in). The lady I got, was the main lady that answered the phone every time it rang, greeted and got the walk-in's situated etc. It was busy, because it was the day before mother's day with alot of walk-ins. So she must have stopped and started my nails at least 10 times. But when you have an apt. it was very rude, and the job she did on my nails reflected her lack of attention. She was in a hurry to get my daughter and I out as soon as they could so they could take more customers that were walking in. Dont bother looking anywhere else. This is the place. Yeah i read reviews. Yeah i like to know where is the best place to spend my hard EARNED cash. Im leaving this review as i am currently getting a massage by them. It has lasted almost 20 minutes now. And i have another foot still. And she took the cheese grater to my heels. Oh did i mention the massage chair. If you can manage seeing through all the plastic wrap on the controller. choose your option. All the other reviews were absolutely correct. This place is beyond relaxing. Still not sold? When was the last time you just had to write a review while getting the treatment. Huh? HuH???? Btw the negative reviews i dont understand. Clearly you would have had to have been rude or deserved whatever it was that would have had these ladies be "rude". That or you need to seek other methods of releasing stress. Stopped in for a Pedicure with no appointment and was seated in under 10 mins. The pedicure was amazing and so relaxing! I felt pampered & not rushed the entire time. Definitely will be coming back again! Read Less

A great place to go if you're not in a hurry. Took 2 and a half hours for a mani pedi (polish and gel) but great staff! Just a little slow and sometimes difficult to understand. They do excellent work however! Read Less

Yesterday was my first time going to Top Nails after hunting around town for a consistently great gel manicure. T gave me a great gel manicure and pedicure. My nails look perfect. Have been getting gels here on my hands for the past 6 months. They always last 3 weeks or longer. It's not a fancy place but very reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and quick. I always make an appointment and they get me right in. Lots of options for colors. I will continue to make this my number one spot for gel nails. Read Less

I went to this nail place yesterday and my nail lady did an amazing job on my gel matte pink manicure. The reason they are 3 stars compared to 5 is because of how rude and offensive there staff were to my friend who got the same manicure. First the older women was incredibly rude, messed up on my friends nails, and wouldn't add the matte polish because it was "too late" (although the nice young women who did my nails was exactly the opposite). I was done first and paid my manicurist, my friend paid her nail lady with a 5$ Tip. The women doesn't even look at her as my friend hands her the money and we decide to say thanks and leave. As we're walking out the women says the money is short and that we need to pay. She makes her voice loud enough for the entire nail salon to hear. We kindly tell her no we've paid both the same amount with a generous tip to both the women who did the nails. Once the women counts the money she realizes it's the right amount, but it doesn't take back the rude, offensive and embarrassing accusation. I hope they read this review, I am extremely disappointed in the way my friend was treated and I'll remember in the future to not accept work done from the older women who did this. Read Less

Just so-so service. My sister and I came in to have her wedding nails done and the girls didn't give her much of an option or opinions on what would look good, being that she had never had her nails done before. I got gel paint and they started to chip and peel after a week. I guess there's nothing truly to complain about, but there's definitely nothing to rave about either. Read Less

I've been going there over a year now and I have to question some of these negative reviews. These ladies here are wonderful to me, always polite, their pedicures are just delightful. I have had the young man do my pedicure and he was always very professional. The manicures I've received are great, I don't get the polish but overall my nails look really nice. I am always able to get my services done right away. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Read Less

Got a great brow wax here, the woman took her time to make sure it was well done and didn't take too much off. I've gone to a couple places for brow waxes since moving to Bellingham and haven't had good experiences. Glad to have found a great place with good prices! Read Less

Got a mani pedi. The guy rubbed the same spot in my leg for 5 minutes with the strength of kitty cat. He scrubbed my foot for less than 30 seconds and didn't even clean under my nails. He did a terrible paint job and left so much dead skin around my toes. I asked for a lady to do my nails. She didn't push my cuticles back all the way, nor take off all the dead skin, put on the wrong nail color and messed up my nail right after being done. New in town and this was the first place I tried. I got a guy who had sores all over his hands and on his thumb there were scabs that looks similar to to constant picking. He had a cold and kept wiping his nose with his hands and I was completely grossed out! Selection in polish was limited and the polish I piked required paint thinner because it was dried out which made the coats really light and see thru. If you go...hopefully you get a more sanitary nail tech and they've updated their polish. Read Less

This place was pretty clean and their prices are sooooo cheap its $19 for a full set And $12 for a fill the only thing is if you want gel nails don't get them here they put on acrilyics then 1 coat of UV polish and charge you for UV gells its a total rip off but their acrilics are good. Read Less
