Two of us went in shortly after opening on a Saturday, there was only one customer there but (at least) 5 employees. One worker immediately started filling water into the pedicure chairs then started my man's pedicure. I had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come get started with me, an older male, seeming very agitated that I was interrupting whatever he was doing prior. My toenails were terribly crooked and extremely uneven. He had cut one nail (and filed) it so short on one of my toes that it was excruciatingly painful to walk the next day because of the skin stretching away from the nail bed. The polish job was the best part knowing I was done with the torture. He didn't even get all the nail polish off from my previous pedicure but proceeded to paint over it. Even though I am 7 months pregnant, I could have done a better job. Read Less
