The staff were really nice and I have nothing against them but my eyelashes didn't last very long. I went into this salon because of their low prices and their coupon online. I had an appt @3pm and had to wait around 10 minutes to get started (wasn't bad, they had chocolate!!). Immediately they asked me if I wanted regular or the volume ones, so I said the regular ones. The process itself lasted an hour and a half. The lady that did them didn't really answer any of my questions and didn't inform me of anything about my eyelashes, so it was up to Google to answer my questions. My eyelashes were done and at first I really liked them, I did. But, i realized that my right eye had WAAY more eyelashes then my left eye. It was very uneven and made me even more insecure. They do not like to accept Groupons! I received a Groupon gift for my birthday for a pedicure here... it expired in two days so I knew I needed to get in quickly. I called early in the morning and right away the gal asked if I had a Groupon. I said yes, she asked when it expired and I said "in two days". She said she's all booked and I needed to call last week to get in the schedule. I told her I didn't believe that they were fully booked, and I could come in at any time. She proceeded to be very rude saying she's booked. So I had my husband call an hour later and schedule an appointment for me, they said they were completely open so I got right in that day. When I was there I saw their schedule book sitting out and they had a total of three appointments that whole day, and completely open the next day. When I was there no one else was there and I asked if they have been busy and she said "no, it is very slow." Really sad how this business tries to cheat their way out of Groupon customers. Do not get your lashes done here!!! I've been going to Nail Design in Kent for lashes for a year and when the person who normally does my lashes went on vacation I came here for a fill....$80 later and 2 days my lashes were falling out with every touch! The lady was super pushy and made me feel so uncomfortable about making any decision. Pressured me into a full set only to tell me after she started that it would take 2.5hrs! It's almost impossible to make an appointment, also there's a clear preference with booking clients. this is the second time that I'm trying to get in. Very unprofessional! It was my husband's birthday and beginning of winter break so we booked 4 pedicures for the whole family. I called well in advance and asked if they could accommodate 4 people together so we could all get pedicures together. They said it was no problem. When we went there, they didn't have staff. They started with my husband and finished his pedicure as fast as they could in 10-15 mins! Then got my teenager's done quickly, then started mine after she was almost done and did my younger daughters in 10 mins since they had more customers coming in! They didn't even ask us for tea or water but did so for the customers coming in after us. The staff was talking loudly in Chinese, did not feel relaxing at all! Clean, cozy, pleasant nail spot where I've had one of the longest lasting regular nail polish manicures ever! Photo attached is day 3. I always have chipping within a day whether I do it myself or go to a salon. Tracy was sweet and funny. Her precision is quite remarkable. We were there for a ladies networking group event, and the team handled us all in a very timely fashion. This is by far the worst manicure with regular nail polish I've ever had. Please see photos for your own take of my completed manicure. After the final top coat was applied and mostly dry, I noticed most of my nails had bubbles, some worse than others. Their response to this issue was to apply another layer of top coat which did nothing. I was also blamed for creating this bubbling effect - apparently it was the result of touching the towel, which made no sense as I didn't touch it and even if I did, it wouldn't cause bubbling on all of my nails. Finally she decided the way to fix this was to apply another thick layer of colour with no top coat to the worst two fingers. As I left, no one was around, they clearly don't take pride in their work or care. I would strongly urge you to find a better place as there are many nail salons in Bellvue. Read Less

Great spa pedicure with exfoliation scrub and nice chairs. I had to drop a star because the technician used the electric filing drill too roughly on my second toe and cut the skin of my toe. Everything he put on my foot from that point on burned the cut. Not a comfortable experience! Days later the toe is still sensitive to the comforter on the bed. The chair was comfortable here but the neck and back massage was definitely a head and neck massage. They could use a chair that senses the height of the person more accurately or that lets the user move the rollers to where they want.Parking is scant in this area, but if you're lucky you'll get one of the two spots out front of the window. The female who greeted me upon arrival had a scowl on her face - this was off putting as I arrived before my appointment and had to wait for one of the technicians to get done with the person before me anyway. I went in and asked for the ombré in the first picture but what I got was an unfinished acrylic set. I have never been so disappointed with any service. I came in and they did sit me down right away but she hurt my cuticles and even made me bleed on one of them because she was in a hurry since more people were coming in. She then preceded to leave me in a chair after she went to start a pedicure and I had no idea she was "done" when I tried to ask if someone was going to finish they tried to convince me that the manicure was done and it looked just like in the picture and tried to charge me $35 for a "French" manicure vs the agreed 30 for an unfinished job. I have been going to this salon for over 10 years. Somewhat recently, it changed ownership and since then I would say it has gone downhill. It has a very creepy vibe with a white guy overseeing the women (of color) who work there. Pretty uncomfortable conversations about who got what tips were had last time I was there. It was like a sweatshop. Lastly, the lady scrubbed my foot so hard it bled. I loved the ladies and owners of the shop before it was purchased. Now, I will have to find a new place for a pedicure. I found a groupon for the eyelashes online and thought that I would give them a try as I had frequented Noir but they have since gone downhill. I had an appointment at 2 and I had to wait in the "waiting chair" next to all their other workers who weren't working until 2:30. I was then taken back into a room that was a mix between a break room, where waxing happens, where they wash their equipment and a lazy boy recliner where lashes were done. Once seated the woman asked if I wanted to upgrade to the volume lashes which would only be $40 more and would look way better so I agreed. The woman then preceded to explain to me for the next 10 minutes that the volume lashes would actually look horrible and I shouldn't get them. Then another woman came in and explained to me that they would look very good as the set the groupon was for was barely a full set. After their argument, I just decided to try the volume lashes. 2 hours later she had finished and my eyes were completely glued shut. She then hand separated every lash from the top and bottom which was extremely painful. Once my eyes were finally open, she had used some intense chemicals and my eyes were watering like crazy and she yelled at me that I wasn't allowed to open my eyes yet even though she had just spent all of the time trying to open them. The set lasted for about 2 weeks and looked average but instead of falling out slowly, all of the lashes just fell out in huge clumps. When I called back to get a removal, the woman informed me that it would be $40 to get them removed.....???? since when is a removal not included in the service???All in all, I would not recommend this lash place to my worst enemy. Most Disappointed Brazilian waxing experience ever. I bought a Groupon coupon and called to make an appointment. Upon arriving, they refused to accept the coupon because they have less margin in this case. I was asked to return the coupon and pay with credit card, otherwise I wouldn't be able to be served today. (I went during lunch break and drove 12 miles to get there!) I ended up paying in cash just because I don't want to waste my time to come back.The waxing process was awful: they just watch you while you were undressing. No wet towel or anything. The employees were nice but i had bought a gift card for 2 menis and 2 pedis. She suggested i do shellac and i asked i wanted to use 1 meni and 1 pedi and if there would be any additional charge for shellac and she said no. After the service she just declared that i have used my entire gift card and dont have another service left stating that "shellac costs more". I tried to explain her that that was what i was asking if it would cost more or not! Then she made me talk to another employee and the other woman said "oh you still have money left on this gift card!". When she went in the lady hit her in the head with a lamp and they didn't even give her a full set. Glad I didn't pay the full price. When we left I left no tip for obvious reasons. It's a nightmare to get an appointment using groupon. I bought their groupon couple of months back along with other friends but the owner did not give appointment for 3 people together using groupon. A friend of mine had been there earlier in 2016 and said she had decent experience with her group of friends. So decided to try it out. But unfortunately the owner was changed later in 2016 and she is the most unprofessional person running business. Firstly, getting an appointment if you mention you have a groupon is not easy. Then if you get an appointment the wait is really bad as since you have a groupon you are the last of the priority.If they don't want to honor groupon and provide such bad service then they should stop selling groupon. I organized a holiday get together for 20 women to get their toes and nails done and also had lunch brought in. Tracy was fabulous to work with, and was very organized. She has a room in the back where we set up the food and also had a place to sit and mingle with each other. We all enjoyed food, wine and great conversation. I bought the Groupon for a spa pedicure on a whim because they were running an extra $4 off special. I read a few reviews before going and decided it was worth a risk. My experience exceeded expectations! They had a great selection of nail colors, and the massage chair was above average! This review is exclusively for eyelash extensions.I read of this place offering $69 lash extensions and thought to give it a try and brought a girlfriend with me to do the same. The first set were alright. They really try to push you on getting a mink set ($150) when you are asking for their $69 lashes that are advertised online and outside. They basically try to talk you out of them. We each got a full set of natural lashes. Now, I have had them for years and was barely satisfied the first time. My lashes were sparse and thing. The full set took about 45 minutes and any lash-girl knows that a full set is over an hour and sometimes over two. However, I figured oh well, I got what I paid for. Two weeks later, most of the lashes ere gone and my new, preferred salon had a two week wait. I figured I would get a fill at Pedicure Lounge until I waited for my new salon. We both went back and had made reservations for both of us at 5:30pm. They could only take us one at a time because they took a walk in right when we walked in, even though we had reservations. We got our fills, one at a time. The lashes looked totally sub-par and the fill took about 25 minutes. Then when we went to pay, she charged me $59. I thought that was a pretty lame discount for a fill, but oh well. She then told me to pay in cash if I could. I noticed a sign that said '5% off for payment in cash'. So I handed her $60 and she asked for more due to tax, I pointed to the sign and said wasn't it 5% off and she pretended not to understand me then interrupted me to ask my friend for payment. She charged my friend $69 for her fill. We both asked why it was $10 more than mine and as much as a a full set and again the lady acted as if she didn't understand. She ran my friend's card then gave it back and walked away with no explanation.I would really recommend you support a different spa. There are many other great ones around Seattle and Belle. Horrible service! I got a full set, within the next 3 days all of them started to come up at the bottom. So I went back into to the salon to get them redone, because I didn't just spend over $35 not including tip to get them done, to have them start to break so soon. When I went in, the guy was nice who had initially had done my nails, but the lady who apparently owned the shop wasn't. When I went in the first time she had an attitude, when I just asked "do you guys do drop ins?". She rudely told me to take a seat and pointed. Then when I came in the second time, she had told me that I needed to pay for the color change since he was re doing my nails and was going to reprint them. I told her, "no, that's okay. I'm not getting a color change, I actually just want a top coat because I have to go to work shortly after this and don't want to mess it up." She responds with "okay, you come back." Then 5 minutes into me drying my nails, this lady practically kicks me out of the nails salon, saying "BYE BYE" waving at me, "you can leave now, top coat is dry. It doesn't take that long. Bye bye." I've been addicted to my other lash place for 5 months now with their free removal and lowest prices but decided to take a break and was browsing groupon. I came a crossed Pedicure Lounge and at just blocks away from my usual place decided to give it a shot because I had been dying to try the mink ones yet couldn't justify the maintenance and price.  The place is small, but that's what I liked about it. Very quaint and sanitized (from what I could tell) and the people were friendly from my experience. The issue I had with groupon was solved immediately and the lashes were Good, however the glue or application must not have been to par because a week later they are almost all gone and I can't brush through them at all. At times I had clumps of like 8 coming out at once which was weird. Awesome at first but not practical long term. Read Less

Review for French Pedicure from male employee.Pretty bad over all.  Lame leg massage and scrub, cooled the water to luke warm, did not file and take care of cuticles well at all and the worst part was the final French polish.  It was crooked and sloppy.  I'm not that fussy about it since it's pretty hard to get perfect but this was bad.  So bad he tried to fix it after it dried and made it worse.  They offered to have me return but I think I'll go elsewhere to get it fixed.  Chair is kind of irritating as well- it beeps loudly and frequently and is awkward in places.  Overall not a good feeling being there and terrible polish. Holy crap! I thought the service was somewhat decent.I came in for eyelash extensions service, and I thought I paid for a full lash from a Groupon. Come to realize, they're made of garbage service! The receptionist guy wasn't friendly, then the eyelash technician was even WORST!!! So I bought a groupon for a basic mani & pedi and I told the lady who did my hands that during my previous manicure the nail technician used dry acrylic on one nail and apologized for it. Then she started to file it down but just left it there and chose to paint over it. My manicure looked like I could do it myself at home if not better.. That took all of 15 minutes.Then I sat at the dryer for 20 minutes.. Finally took my hands out, pulled out my phone, and turned my chair around hoping they'd finally call me for my pedicure! I started to get annoyed and opened up my notes to begin my review and theeeeen finally after 30 minutes of sitting alone someone asked me what I was waiting for!? Although the massage chair was nice, the rest of the experience wasn't. I got a spa mani pedi and I had two ladies working on me simultaneously. The ladies seemed nice enough (offered me something to drink) but they were chatting to one another the whole time and did the job haphazardly; my toes looked like something I could've done at home, which defeats the purpose of getting it done at a nail salon in the first place. My fingers were better, but still, I've gotten a prettier job done elsewhere. It just lacked the "spa" experience, and the whole thing only took half an hour. I felt that the nail technician was hinting at me to leave, because she put on the disposable flip flops when my toes were still drying.
