Patsy is, by far, the best nail professional out there! I’ve been seeing Patsy every 2 weeks for the past 5 ½ years, getting Shellac manis and standard pedis and she is absolutely amazing! Her salon is conveniently located in Bellevue and cozy for a relaxing spa appointment. Patsy uses superior products and the quality of her services are top notch. She is the most amazing person, always positive and cheerful, truly loves what she does and sincerely cares about her clients. I highly recommend Patsy James and wish her the very best!! She truly deserves it!

Patsy is, by far, the best nail professional out there! I've been seeing Patsy every 2 weeks for the past 5 1/2 years, getting Shellac manis and standard pedis and she is absolutely amazing! Her salon is conveniently located in Bellevue and cozy for a relaxing spa appointment. Patsy uses superior products and the quality of her services are top notch. She is the most amazing person, always positive and cheerful, truly loves what she does and sincerely cares about her clients. I highly recommend Patsy James and wish her the very best!! I can stop looking for an outstanding nail salon, because I found Patsy! I loved my spa pedicure and I'm already booked to go back for a full set of acrylic nails. Trust me...I'm super picky and Patsy...
I can stop looking for an outstanding nail salon, because I found Patsy! I loved my spa pedicure and I'm already booked to go back for a full set of acrylic nails. Trust me...I'm super picky and Patsy's service is outstanding. UPDATE: My fingernails are outstanding! Once again, Patsy did a gorgeous job. She customized them exactly how I wanted them with gold glitter.

It is just a pleasure to come in and get my nails done every couple of weeks. I love just getting a chance to sit, talk dogs and TV and let myself get a little pampered. I know all the women's sites are like "self-care is more than a mani-pedi" but this is a step beyond the generic mani-pedi because she's so welcoming and friendly.My manicures always last (unless I do something to either legit destroy them or wait a month, in which case, no shellac is going to look amazing). The colors are great, always the latest ones, and she happily customizes mine with glitter or accent nails, just to my liking.

She's super silly goofy and genuinely cares about you when she does your nails. She remembers things you've talked about in previous visits really talking the time to get to know her clients.

The best manicure I've ever had, hands-down (no pun intended). Patsy is a lovely person, and gave me exactly what I wanted: a subtle color, perfectly applied. Is it cheap? No. Will you be happy, no matter how high your standards? Yes.Note that Patsy's salon is a little hard to find at first. Just go to Soma Salon, walk through the hall toward the back, and there you'll find perfection.No more cheap-o manicures for me. I'm a convert. Thank you, Patsy!
