I’ve never had a bad experience at a nail salon up until I decided to give Bellevue Organic nail bar a try. While the layout was nice and the option for nail colors were abundant, I had terrible service here. After my nails were painted they had me put my feet under a dryer. I figured it would be 5-10 minutes I would have to sit letting them dry. 45 minutes later and I was still waiting for them to let me finish. The customer service wasn't great.I went in for a fill, the lady was rushing doing my nails, and almost sliced through my skin, didn't say sorry or anything and then she painted my nails so blotchy and bumpy, then when I went to pay I saw the price list said a fill was $30 - regular polish ( which compared to other salons is a lot ) then she rings me up for $35. I told her it says a fill is $30 and she said "yes but your nail is very long so we always charge more" I was pretty upset because my nails are not long at all! And no other salon ever charges me extra for the length they are. I don't usually complain and still leave a tip even when I don't love my nails but this time I could not. I was so disappointed, for the price I payed i could have gotten a great fill with gel polish at another salon! I will not be coming back. & Very limited amount of color options in my opinion. This place has very good vibe and a really nice staff. However, the paint job I received was the worst I have ever received professionally. The attached pictures were taken an hour after I got the done. I paid extra for a deluxe manicure, which was worth it, but the paint job was so bad. First off there is nothing organic about this nail salon. Just your typical cheap nail salon with higher prices. The staff is very rude and unwelcoming, the nail technicians can barely do their job. I had to ask the nail tech to go over and clean my cuticle skin multiple times, and fix the messed up polish. Best tip is save your money and go get an express manicure at a nicer salon. Went there off the cuff for a little pampering while shopping.  2 stars because my nails came out great.  But my sister's experience was horrible - from beginning to end.  The picture says it all.  This is less than a week later. Went there for a mani and pedi. Place was dark, ambiance was flat, and overall didn't feel friendly at all.  I tried to enjoy myself, but it was tough. The gal doing my nails (young with long black hair) clearly didn't want to be there as she constantly stared out the window and then somehow finished service very quickly. She over cut my cuticles, didn't buff my nails enough (leaving me with a ton of hang nails after a few days), left my nails streaky and not clean around the edges. At the time of service, it was tough to see because it was so dark there but it was more than clear when I got home. One star is for the sanitary lining in the foot bath and the sanitized nippers.  If I had felt good or comfortable at least for a part of the session, I would have given more stars. Read Less

Was not happy with this establishment. Same as any other low ranked nail shop. Worst was the attitude received from the man who was assigned to my polish change. He kept telling me that I would get fungus under my nails and again I would get black fungus under my nails. I was appalled. I'm a nail wearer for years and know that I will never have fungus - he was just being an ass because I went for a polish change instead of a fill. If they don't want to offer polish changes, than don't. First time customers and last time customers. My daughter and i went in for manicures and got the powder gel manicures. My daughter had to go back twice to get them fixed because they were bumpy, uneven,sandy and the wrong color. She asked for coconut and received light sandy brown. Her manicurist cut her twice. I have come here frequently because it's a really good salon. But this last visit I left really horrified. Not only did they make my finger bleed. But I had asked if it was too much trouble to draw a simple design on my nail for Halloween. They failed to inform be that they would charge me 15$ for just a simple design. In the end they charged me 65$ for acrylic nails. Won't be returning here again. I understand that their salon is a little more pricey but 65$?! then afterwards ushering me into paying a 10$ tip. Just tried this place today and liked the experience. I recently moved to Bellevue and been looking for my go to nail salon for quite a while. I've tried several places and they were either too pricey for not so great work, or inexpensive yet unsanitary and an uncomfortable ambiance. So when I read about Organic Nail Bar it sounded like an interesting happy medium.Most nail salons close at 6 or 7, and since Organic Nail Bar is in the mall they're open until 9:30pm. Took advantage of that and treated myself to a relaxing foot massage and pedi after dinner. That's a big plus! The staff are very welcoming and courteous. Definitely didn't get the awkward vibe that they were talking about me while scrubbing my feet. The lady working on me was very pleasant and gentle, worked quietly but stopped to ask me a few times if I liked her work or the color of my nails. The owner's 5 year old daughter was a delight too. Super friendly and playful, not bratty at all and I enjoyed asking her to help me pick a color.If you choose classic, it's the typical $30 for a pedi and $20 for a mani but the experience is worth more! The only thing is BRING CASH! Their credit card machine was down and I ended up unnecessarily paying the extra $3 ATM fee. Which is a hassle...Ugh! I get it though, things happen. Came to this nail bar for the first time with my grandmother for her birthday. The ladies who took care of us were very nice and thorough with the work that they did. Le, the lady who took care of my nails, was very understanding and efficient with the work that she did. She let me try on different colors and helped me choose a color, which I am very happy with.I loved how this place uses lots of natural and organic products. I got a classic mani and pedi which were both very relaxing. They left my hands and feet very soft and well moisturized -- a true treat for anyone who needs it after a long day of work. The address on this Yelp site was incorrect (this nail place is located inside Bellevue Square Mall next to Victoria Secret), so we struggled to find this place. I am traveling for business in the Seattle area. As is the case if you are a traveling professional, it's often difficult to find personal care spots that are high quality without having the insider's scoop first. I came to this salon on a whim looking for a solid gel manicure. The ladies at this salon completely exceeded my expectations!!!Everyone was kind, polite, courteous and welcoming. The environment is super chill and relaxed. My gel mani is flawless - they also use Bio Seaweed Gel which lasts longer and is more environmentally-friendly.Also - and you may or may not consider this a bonus lol but I did - it's located in the Bellevue Square Mall which is a stunningly gorgeous shopping center with a HUGE selection of stores. I work at the Bellevue Square Mall and was wishing a great nail salon would open up. Per my wishes, here is Organic Nail Bar! As you walk in, you see the vibrant colors and modern decor; then you are welcomed by a friendly lady who asks what services you are looking for. Let me tell you, the decor a salon has plays a huge role in my rating, and Organic Nail bar, well, nailed it. They have comfy white chairs, clean tables, and a welcoming atmosphere. I was helped by a very nice lady, who I did not get name of, but she was spectacular. She talked to me, asked me about my life, made me feel relaxed. Her overall job on my nails is an A+! She trimmed my nails, shaped them, & applied shellac color. If you work for the mall, all workers get 10% off any services! It is a nice addition to the Bellevue Square shopping center. I got my nails (gel) done and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I actually had to change my appointment time and when I called in hoping to change the time, they were more than happy to present me with options so I can choose which time works the best for me! When I walked inside the salon, there were no one inside except for the guy at the reception area but I was quickly seated and my nails got taken care of almost right away. It was a nice change in that I did not smell any chemicals the entire time I was inside the salon! I liked that my nails were done quickly but in a professional manner, but I gave 4 stars because they did not even ask me what shape I want my nails to be when clipping and filing- when I chose my color and looked up, my nails were already shaped square which I don't usually do, and I didn't want my nails to be shorter than they already were so I let it pass. Really great service!! Friendly and attentive staff! Upon coming in, they ask if you'd like anything to drink, from tea to sparkling water. You get a free massage in their nice massage chairs, (along with the ones they give you), and the mani & pedi combo is a reasonable deal! It's a clean, bright, and spacious environment/atmosphere, tucked away in the mall across from the beauty works store. For me personally, I had a great and relaxing time getting my nails done here with my friend. I will be coming back because it's close to where I live, and out of all the nail places I've tried in the Bellevue area, it's been the only nail place where I truly enjoyed my time there, from the beginning to the end. Wonderful place, the employees are welcoming and the lay out of the store feels very open and relaxing. First of, the store does not smell like a regular nail salon, literally no smell of chemical! Prices are reasonable for this type of location and the type of services. They have many, many options to how you can save your on your bill. Check in on yelp, write a review and you'll get an automatic 30% off. I believe if you bring a two friends along you will receive a 50% off. AMAZING SERVICE! I got my nails and toes done at the same time in less than an hour.  They gave me both arm and leg massage with fresh orange. Not to mention u get a full back message at the same time.  Both my fingernails and toenails were done very thoroughly, I am very happy with Organic Nail Bar.  By far the best nail job and service I've ever had, and I get my nails done a lot!
