Sales on new tools was fine. Good customer service, very high prices though. Service department is a complete joke. Brought in 3 nailers just a couple weeks before they moved from Bellevue to their new location. I paid almost 200$ for my nailers to be repaired with used parts “stated in the service record” and two out of three still operate as bad or worse then befor the repair. Not happy. Never another dime of my money going here.

An employee named Tyler was as good as it gets. I was stranded in my car in a busy intersection. Tyler stopped as a good Samaritan and not only pushed my car out of the dangerous situation I was in, but also figured out how to get the auto lock mechanism to be unlocked in order to put the car into neutral. Tyler was amazing, kind, smart and every bit the kind of friend or employee everyone is proud to have!!!Simply AWESOME!

I found their selection of finish nail guns and staplers to be minimal. What they had was the cheap guns I was not looking for. I was hoping to find a Max NF 255-ST/18 for about $500.00 or so, but all...
I found their selection of finish nail guns and staplers to be minimal. What they had was the cheap guns I was not looking for. I was hoping to find a Max NF 255-ST/18 for about $500.00 or so, but all they had were a few 18 gauge guns to choose from which were about $100.000 and up.
