I want here on a Saturday with the last minute decision. My date was coming over to join and she want to go get pedicures. I called a few places being Saturday everywhere was booked but Crossroads mail was open and available. I should have gotten the hint right away.This place is terrible.  I need to go home and cut my nails after the pedicure here.They did  a lousy job. Clean, nice decor, very sanitary with mostly single use products. Even the washroom was immaculate. They don't rush the work, take their time on your nails. A+ customer service! And the prices are very reasonable. Read Less

Nice little place. I came here with my girlfriend for a pedicure and they were able see us within 5 minutes of walking in. We had Kady and Bebe do our toes and it our pedicure turned on great. The water was nice and warm. The paint job was spot on. The massage was a bit weak. I felt like she was just gliding her hands back and forth on my legs/feet so 1 star off. I also felt like she didn't get all the callus off my heels.They also seem to have a good amount of regular folks here. I would come back here again. Price for a pedicure is $23. Read Less

Really rushed the manicure. Nails are uneven, never really concentrated on what they were doing. They were joking and laughing amongst themselves the entire time contributing to the lack of care or thoroughness. Skin is still quite rough and parts of my heels were never touched. Writing this review as I'm sitting here. I told the lady the water was too hot and she just kept pushing my foot back into the water. She cut my friend's toe and it wouldn't stop bleeding. She left half of my toe nail unpainted and instead of painting it, she cut it off!!!!! What in the world. I don't know why I didn't just walk out. They could tell I was upset and didn't say anything. Yikes. Got my acrylic fill with shellac and boy were they shaped poorly. 1. At the end my nails were really thick and bumpy2. The shellac top coat wasn't wiped off with enough pressure. Extremely poor customer service. I came in 5 mins late for my appointment and the lady at the front desk said I can come back after 1.5 hrs . Seriously!!!! No apology, no explanations..  I told her i will wait till she s done to which she was clearly not happy... Very very unhappy about this. Never coming back again. I just left Crossroads Nails and I had a wonderful experience. I am so happy with the eyebrow and upper lip wax from Amy!! She was very attentive and friendly. I have thick eyebrows so they aren't usually done the way I like, but Amy got it just right! I think Nina did my acrylic nails - so happy with this experience, too. LOVE my nails!Overall, the place is no nonsense and very down to earth. I really like that. I'm not into the fancy, pretentious salon atmosphere. This is the absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to. My regular nail salon was busy and I was in a hurry so I came here. My acrylics only lasted a week, and 7-10 of my nails were bleeding by the time she was done. My cuticles were bleeding, the skin under my nail was bleeding, it was AWFUL. On top of that my French pedicure was shoddily done and uneven. I NEVER write reviews but this was such an awful experience I felt like I needed to warn others. Read Less

I had a nail that was sliced in half, but the person who worked on my nail sealed it up with some acrylic and shaped it up nicely to make it look like my real nail. The spent a long time meticulously cleaning up my nails and filing them, so I'm very pleased.Will return. Read Less

The service was terrible. First I couldn't make a same day appointment, then I had three different people working on me because they had a walk in and they concentrated more on here than my mom and I who had appointments! It was very frustrating. They ignored me most of the time, which I am glad they didn't do that to my mom because it was her first mani! I don't recommend this place at all. This place is really a hit or miss. I've gotten shellac done here 3 times and the first time they did an amazing job. The next time my nails were peeling off before I even drove away, but they were nice enough to let me come right back in, get them soaked off and redone. Today, again, a piece of my shellac chipped off before I even made it home... Its disappointing because they are really nice, but the manicure was a complete waste of money. Let me start by saying that my husband and I own a high end hair salon in downtown Seattle. We have one of the best nail Techs in the city working with us! She's always busy and hard to get into!We have been here several times to get last minute pedicures. They aren't fancy but it gets the job done.Amy and Nina were so accommodating and nice. I normally go to to Medina Nails, Kevin and his team are amazing! Today I didn't have time to drive downtown and needed to get a mani pedi with my daughter. First I would like to mention how uncomfortable their pedicure chairs are the rolling massagers i were literally digging into my back! They didn't look old but I felt like I had a hammer desperately trying to break through my ribs. I just do not have nice words to explain my experience; everybody there is very nice - but I didn't go there for a lesson in being nice to my customers, I went to get my nails done. The pedicure I didn't even say anything because nobody will get that low to look at the bad file and paint job. My hands on the other hand - horrible! After she tried to paint them a couple times - I finally just gave up and asked her to take the nail polish off altogether because she kept getting it all over the finger in some areas, and in others she wouldn't cover the entire nail. I was so disappointed. They offered for me to come back and have another girl give it a try but why would I waste MORE time (over 1.5 hours for mani/pedi) to see if somebody else could do a better job than she did? I went there to SAVE time, not spend more coming back later. My daughters nails were alright, she is a tween and didn't care much, I on the other hand had an important event to attend. I had to go to the store and buy nail polish remover because she couldn't even do something as simple as getting the nail polish she just attempted to put on, off. Sigh. I am just so upset. Great pedicure, but mediocre service and manicure and way overpriced ($35 for a mani/pedi seems steep, no? But maybe I'm spoiled by living in LA). My mom and I wanted to get mani/pedis while I was in town for Christmas, so I made an appt at crossroad nails for the next day. When we got there we were seated in pedicure chairs right away despite being a little early. The pedicures themselves were great, with a lengthy leg massage. Thumbs up all around. But then right before my manicure started several people walked in and wanted service. Cue the owner rushing through the worst manicure ever. She filed my nails unevenly at light speed, didn't so much as push back my cuticles and slapped on two coats of sloppy, streaky polish before beckoning me to the card reader. It was easily the most rushed mani I've ever had. Look, I get that this is a small business and you want to get people in... But I made an appt, and I should not be turfed because a few people randomly walk in off the street. Am I crazy for feeling like someone who took the grime to call and set up an appt should be given priority over a rando? My mom and I were giving each other the eye as we each got warp speed manicures as the owner tried to get us out in 5min. Will not be back. I could do without paying top dollar for a subpar product. I wanted to try something closer to home so stopped in here and had a shellac manicure. The ladies are very nice and there is virtually no smell, so that's two pluses. However, after less than a week, my manicure started chipping and peeling. By the time I went in two-and-a-half weeks later, my nails were a mess. All my other shellac manicures I've had done just stay put. I thought maybe it was the brand I used? So I selected another brand and had another manicure done, because I REALLY wanted to like this place: Again, the ladies were extremely nice and it was a pleasant experience. However, only a couple days later my entire thumbnail had the paint peel off. Then a day later, another nail. Now I'm sitting here, 10 days later, and they have pretty much all peeled or chipped off - and I've truly not had this problem before.They removed my previous manicures by having me just dip my hands in pure acetone, while other places wrap my hands with foil or cloth. They also will file the paint off, and I read online this shouldn't be done. So I don't think they are using proper techniques, and clearly, the proof is in the pudding. Or, my now paint-free nails. Service was wonderful. It was hard to find at first beacuse my GPS sent me to Crossroads Mall, but it's actually on 8th (near the Post Office). I previously called to make an appointment, and the owner called me back to follow up if I was lost. She was so sweet. The experience was great, staff was very friendly, nails look amazing.
