I called an hour before. Arrived and waited 45 min to be seen. I’m a very patient person so I wasn’t going to say much about this until enough was enough. My nails are done in high quality gel/ hard nails. I explained that over the phone, the lady was confident that they knew how to handle that. Clearly, they weren’t when I got there. Two nail technicians stared at my nails and one rudely spoke in her native language to another most likely describing how much work my nails were going to be. I noticed the obvious “stink eyes” by that point I had my hands foiled and unable to walk out. The next technician a younger gal giggles at how much powder was being “sawed” off my nails from the gel, which is typical to the product mind you. She then has the nerve to tell me “why don’t you take a break? Get a simple nail polish not gel.” I kindly smiled and said, “no thanks I only do gel, that’s why I’m here.” She continued on obviously her plan to get out of this wasn’t working. I asked for a simple design and by that point I could tell they wanted to get rid of me. I’m a client who takes too long in their “factory-like” processing area. Their boss said “ no it’s too complicated.” I was over it. Slap a basic gel color and some glitter and called it day. I won’t be back. Don’t advertise a service you don’t know how to handle.

I went to this salon expecting to have decent pricing and good customer service. Instead I had to pay 28 dollars for a GEL manicure. When before it was only 15... full set, FULL set acrylic is CHEAPER...

When before it was only 15... full set, FULL set acrylic is CHEAPER then gel.. because it “lasts longer” RIP OFF. Getting fake nails put on should be more expensive then a gel. Also customer service wasn’t as nice as expected, for I asked “why is gel more expensive then acrlyic” and she responded “ you can ask her” in a snobby tone... would not recommend this place, you can find other nail salons for cheaper more affordable prices than this place. Also asked my girl to only do one coat for I liked it alittle more natural and she completely ignored me and added three coats which is not what I wanted, now I wasted my time and $33 dollars. Very disappointed and not pleased.

Super impressed with Cindy's Nails! I came in on a busy afternoon and they got me in right away for shellac without an appointment. And, I've never seen a nail place with so many Shellac options. Gene Juarez has less than half of the colors I was offered here. Plus, my shellac with removal was only $28! It's over $50 at Gene Juarez and I need an appointment a week in advance. I've definitely found my go-to spot!

First, I went to the same place for 10 yrs and absolutely loved them. But they changed ownership . So I tried this place after being told by a few people they were great. Not necessarily!!All they had to do was my Ombré fill. So I went. I wasn't thrilled with them but left because I had to be somewhere. For the 5 days, I hated them more and more. The coloring was off. Some were shaped funny. And I was mad because she shortened them so much. I was then told only let KIM do them. SO I MADE A APPOINTMENT WITH KIM TO FIX THEM. She did make them better. THEN CHARGED ME FULL PRICE. Who actually charges full price to fix there screw up. And she really didn't care that someone there did such a poor job. FULL PRICE AND NO APOLOGY. So if you go there only have Kim. But don't expect them to own up to there own mistakes.

Used to have great experience here. But recently Booked four manicures for ladies day with friends. Specifically asked they all be at the same time. And close so we could chat. Arrived. Only 2 technicians available. We're spread out and staggered. And one of us had to sit in a pedicure chair. Annoying. Can't be counted on for anything other than one at a time. They rushed and the place smelled like chemicals and acrylic. Will not return.

Even though they are busy, they have lots of chairs and somehow find a way to get everyone in. Love it here.

I just moved from DT Kirkland to Bellevue and tried this place and I can say my nails turned out great. With that being said, I was there for a mani/shellac and pedicure. I got there at 5 knowing they "close" at 6. I don't ever want to be THAT customer who doesn't respect ppl's time. My pedicure was great, when it came to my manicure/shellac (5:45 ish) there was an extremely loud annoying crowd of ppl that entered the salon interrupting my appointment. This gal walked straight to my tech and asked "can you do my nails now! There are only 2 broken?" It wasn't hard to sit your damn self down without any direction not noticing that EVERYONE WHO WORKS THERE IS BUSY WITH A CUSTOMER. These people where rude, loud and obnoxious. Granted maybe this doesn't happen often but damn! I will go early in the afternoon next time to make sure I don't have to hear or deal with any of those customer again. Service was excellent which I recommend. Some of clientele you may run into here, not so much. 4 out of 5.

I have gone here twice so far to get shellac and both experiences have been amazing. The first time I got my nails done I moved apartments the next day and my nails did not get a single chip! They didn't get one chip the entire three weeks I had them on. The second time I went Lin did my nails and was so patient with my request for a more complicated design. She was so sweet and i did not feel like she was rushing through the job. I did print out a picture of the design I wanted to make it easier for her to understand. It was super busy the first time I went but much calmer the second time so I would still make an appointment just incase.

I found this by googling and check Yelp when I was in Bellevue, had time and needed you mails done. Boy was I thrilled, I'm a bit fussy about my nails and how I like them done (short and French tips) most technician hate to do this and it shows. I walked in and Kimberly greeted me with a smile and was ready to get started. It was fun talking with her about Bellevue and the changes. In not time she was done, and I mean no time. She was quick and the best nail technician I've worked with in 20+ years. My nails look terrific. Thank you.

This place is super friendly. I am traveling for work and was in desperate need of a full set manicure and a pedicure. They got me in 30 min before closing and had me in and out in an hour with amazing quality and a very fair price! $65 for both! I will be back. Christina did my nails and was wonderful

I get regular pedi so that was not nice...sorry you are off my radar when I am in Bellevue.

Walked in on a weekday without appointment, I was able to start my manicure after couple minutes. They did a great job cutting my nails, cleaning cuticles and apply the gel nail polish. They have some flowers painting to select and I picked my own color combination and they painted the flowers on my nails. The result was beautiful! I was really happy with their service and the price is reasonable as well!

I called an hour before. Arrived and waited 45 min to be seen. I’m a very patient person so I wasn’t going to say much about this until enough was enough. Super impressed with Cindy's Nails! I came in on a busy afternoon and they got me in right away for shellac without an appointment. And, I've never seen a nail place with so many Shellac options. Walked in on a weekday without appointment, I was able to start my manicure after couple minutes. They did a great job cutting my nails, cleaning cuticles and apply the gel nail polish. I had my 5 month old baby with me who started to cry and every women in the shop talked and played and held her so I could get my nails done. Thank you for making my experience great. We will 100% be coming back and telling friends about Cindy's nails.

Clean and spacious. Awesome view of the Bellevue skyline! I go here all the time and have never had a bad experience. They do a great job with my shellac manis and eyebrow waxing.

Horrible customer service....had NO interest in doing my nails...Its my birthday and my husband would have spent $500 on me in there today...I felt like it was discrimination!! The lady act like they ...

The lady act like they didn't have what I was looking for and had little designs...Too bad for them..I would have been a dedicated customer! Don't waist your time going here...God bless you....Glynn

I love Cindys. Always friendly, the place is always clean and smell good. Plus you cant beat the price!

There is a discrimination in this Nail salon. As soon as I arrived they told me to come back later or tomorrow but one lady came after me and they told her to sit down.

The nails look funky...too thick at the ends, and the white part is never uniform.If ANYONE has a place that does a good job, will you post here? I'm DESPERATE!!
