Had a great experience until a customer came in and put her cell on speaker to talk about her health and person problems. She was extremely loud. Worst set of nails I've ever had they are AWFUL. They are miss shaped lumpy, uneven and not even completely painted, there is acrylic still stuck to my skin in multiple places. My cuticles weren't pushed back and neither the paint nor acrylic meets up to my cuticle, they look like they've had 4 or 5 days to grow out already. TheyLook nothing like the photo I had shown the nail tech of the shape I was looking for. All I asked for was  ballerina shape, nothing crazy or complicated. they are heart breakingly terrible. Worst nail salon I've ever been to... Went in for a pedicure. Was seated at a chair with Luke warm water and the jets never turned on. Waited 20 minutes for someone to even come over and start on me because they sat a girl down for a fill that came in after me and was worked on right away. Had to repeatedly ask for the tech to be gentle with my heels that were sore from shoes, but she kept being rough with them even after multiple reminders. Had to ask for cuticles to be trimmed which should be automatically done. Also requested to have the bottom for my feet scraped and she said okay. When going to pay she said the scraping was $5 extra... That is something she should have disclosed before doing.Lastly, it was the slowest pedi I've ever gotten... Not slow as in relaxing, but slow as in no motivation or enthusiasm... Will never go back to this sad salon... Read Less

My sister and I came in a few days ago for solar nails. It was about a twenty minute wait which is understandable because we didn't set up an appointment and they had quite a bit of customers in already. The girl who did my set seemed to be rushing but it didn't seem that bad. I showed her a photo of the size and shape I wanted aswell. She never asked me if I wanted any decal she just finished them and then put everything away and left. She didnt ask me if they were looking okay a single time through the session, so I didn't have a chance to notice the issues with it. After leaving I realized the shapes are pretty uneven, especially noticeable when both hands are compared side by side. She also did not paint the edges very effectively but it doesn't bother me. The polish color I chose really takes attention away from the unevenness thankfully, the color is gorgeous. My sister got French tipped solar nails and the woman who did her nails seemed to reaaally be taking her time, but the nails still aren't very good when you look at the detail. I'm not extremely upset about it, we're still happy with how they look for the most part, but I don't think we will be returning once these sets are done. They're pretty, but not worth how uneven they are and how little true effort was actually put in. I don't believe a nail technician should rush, whether their shift is almost over or not. Clean store, no wait, nice people, butchered my nails..  Cut nails far back to the quick so my fingertips hurt writing this.  Stopped the tech and showed nail tech and owner how bad it was, that it hurt, told them this is not ok, and they were nice and offered to fix it..  But how do you fix nails cut back so far they hurt?  They said no charge, I said thank you and left.I wish these nice people well, but will not be back again.  First time in my 40+ years I have walked out in the middle of a manicure.Fingers very sore, and weeks or months from growing back to healthy length. I'm not sure how to say this. However every bad review on here is ridiculous.I have never had to wait when I have an appointment. My appointment times have always been kept. No one is sitting around or ignoring me either.The owner and staff at this salon genuinely care about their nail salon. Everything is always clean, the equipment has been sanitized, and during the entire pedicure they wear gloves. I come to this salon every two weeks for my fill, shellac, and spa pedicure.  I went to many nail salons in Clark County and have yet to find even a close comparison.My nails are never thick, my nails last, and the pedicures are extremely relaxing. My mom dad and sister all went to go get pedicures and manicures and they called me to join them. When I got there they had just been sat to get their pedicures, it wasn't busy and there was no wait my mom told them before I got there that I wanted a mani pedi as well. I sat in one of the chairs and no one started my water or even acknowledged that I was there. After waiting 30 minutes my mom and sister got moved to do their manicures and I still had to water for my pedicure I asked if I could get my pedicure started and she said yeah but once again I was ignored. Two other ladies came in and were helped before me. I got up and grabbed my stuff and told my mom how I was about to leave. She told me to be patient but I had already sat there for an hour and my mom and sister were about to be done with their manicures!! I hadn't even been started on a pedicure yet.  Every time I go into this nails salon I am always disappointed and this time did it for me. I ended up leaving after waiting for my family to get their nails and toes done. Oh and when we were all heading out after paying the lady walked up to me and asked if I was ready for my pedicure. The final product of their service USUALLY looks okay (today's was not the best though). However, every single time we make an appointment they are late. We made an appointment for three of us to get our nails done together. They seated one of us at 3:15, one at 3:35 and one at 3:50!! And then they moved me three times. When you make an appointment you 1- expect it to be on time and 2- if you make an appointment WITH people you'd expect to be able sit with them and sit at the same time. I might not say something if this was a one time occurrence, but its every time and I'm SO done. I will preface this by saying the owner and his wife are very sweet and if you get them, they'll do an awesome job. But still... I won't be back. They don't respect your time or appointment. Not super thrilled... I came here with my three bridesmaids to get our wedding nails done, and I had made an appointment a week prior for a specific time.  To make a long story short, we waited for more than a half hour past our appointment until they took us to sit down. Then two of us waited for another 15 minutes until someone worked on us.  It was very busy when we walked in the door, which I thought was a good sign, but I was a little upset that my appointment basically didn't mean anything.  I was trying to be prepared and keep to a schedule. I had other wedding festivities/commitments that night that I had to cancel because of this.  If they would try a little harder to make sure people with appointments are seen first, this place would be much better.  On a closing note, I had to tell my nail tech three times what I wanted, and when she still did it wrong when it came time to apply the gel, she was visibly irritated with me.  I just felt like a pain in her butt that I was even there.  Probably not going back. I had my nails done here for my sons wedding in May. Told who I believe was the owner the wedding colors and he did a wonderful two color acrylic nail in black and purple!! Didn't even know such a thing was possible. He offered me a beverage, which most places don't. I was impressed. Took my 71 year old friend there for her first ever pedicure a few months later and she loved it. The best pedicure I have ever had. We paid a little more for the $35 deluxe and it was worth it. I want to start off by saying I do not like confrontation and I am usually really quiet in situations like these where there might be a language challenge and I try to be respectful. I had gone here around Superbowl time and got a manicure with a really cute three-color Seahawk pattern in shellac and it felt like it was a decent price. So today, in preparation for the 4th, I thought I'd get my toes done. First when I walked in, I asked for a gel pedicure and gestured towards my feet. They sent me to a manicure chair, which confused me but then I thought maybe I was just picking my color, then the woman came over and flipped on the light and started asking finger questions. So I repeated I wanted a pedicure and they quickly switched me to a pedi chair. I had also mentioned I already had gel on my toes, and when she went to use regular remover I had to once again repeat myself that it was gel and she just smiled and went to get the foil and stuff. She handed me the price chart for pedicures and I picked the cheapest one. Nowhere on there did it say anything about extra for type of polish, removal, special designs, anything. I got two-toned shellac, which looks cute from far away but she got a lot on my cuticles. Then I go to pay. I had been sitting there contemplating a manicure too seeing how affordable a basic pedi had been at only $23 plus the $5 callus removal. She does the math on a post-it and tells me I owe $46.00. I ask, "I thought it was 23 plus 5?" She goes into, well its such and such for color removal, a design for each toe, using shellac and the callus plus 23...and somehow that all added up to a whole extra 23 dollars? First of all, they never once said, by the way, we are charging you to remove this (which if I had known, would not have even gotten a pedicure today because the whole reason I did was it is so much easier for them to remove. This was like, month old, had been clipped and chipped since gel too, there was barely anything to remove), and I understand $5 for a design  even, but I was thinking no more than 35, 23 plus 5 for calluses, 5 for a design, maybe a couple bucks for shellac even though again, nowhere did it say shellac was more. I guess I get that stuff costs money, but when I was there last, every extra thing I got, they warned me of a price increase, today I felt like I was being played and it irritated me a lot, she understood when I asked for things but didn't understand my confusion at her mumbled explanation of pricing, and didn't say thank you or anything as I left. It's a beautiful salon and really clean, but today I did not feel welcome or appreciated and I did not leave a tip, I felt that she had charged me more than enough. Read Less

Got a full set of solar nails and the tech was very nice and took her time to make sure they were done perfectly and asked every step of the way if I liked them or if they were looking ok. I've been twice now and it is very consistent.  Going again for a pedicure and will post about that later.Here for a pedicure and loving it! Read Less

This is by far the best nail salon in Battle Ground. The salon is so new, nice, and clean. The workers are friendly and efficient. I have loved my two pedicures and gel manicures that I've had done. They even offer different types of pedicures depending on how much money and time you want to spend. I really recommend this place and hope they stay open! Read Less
