I love this place since anna has taking over. She does a wonderful job on my nails. I'm a very picky person. I love how I can show her what I want and she comes up with some of the most creative designs. She does a awsome job on my eyebrows she even helped me grow them back out. I took my 10 year old and 14 year old for pedis. Kim was my nail gal. She was amazing. Both kids liked their gal too and they listened to what we asked for. I am a little sad, though, that my nail polish on my toes never dried and was still a goopy mess 3 hours later. It was probably old polish. I visited the area recently and found this gem hidden next to the albertsons next door. I had gone to another nail salon prior and they did an awful job. Luckily for me, Katie and the owner helped me with my broken acrylics. They fix them and patched the one that was broken and it looked it it never happened. This place is always busy for what I could tell but they keep the waiting times short. I heard they do amazing manis and pedis too, I'll have to come back and try them again. Also, did I mention I had a cut near my cuticle? Katie was so gentle with the drill I didn't feel a thing! She also painted my nails perfectly. The owner is super sweet and polite. They were so helpful and fast I really think they should open more salons close to me. Ha! Wishful thinking but who knows maybe they will :) if you are in Auburn this is the place to come to! TIP: Call ahead and secure your spot. So many people going in and out I was amazed how fast they were helping people. The nice thing about it is that if you have to wait 10 mins you can go next door. This place is dirty and they have horrible customer service. Sooner or later they will go out of business. If I could give this place a zero or a minus rating, I would. I just had my nails done by the owner. I just got $5 refunded for a horrible french tip. After my uncomfortable acrylic fill and after my nails were dry, I noticed little black hairs underneath each nail. She only wanted to acknowledge seeing one hair under my pinky finger but not the other hairs under each nail. A blind person could have done a better job than this owner, the other two employees sitting there on their phones and computer are useless. She should be ashamed for being the owner of a nail shop and she can't even do nails. I asked if the brushes were old and falling apart or if it was just that dirty in this salon. Regardless, I will not return to this place. I only came here because Sky Nails across the street was closed. They have better prices and better stylists anyway. Don't waste your time coming here, save your money. They are very unprofessional and rude talking about you and you're sitting right there. I came to this place because it was close by my job. I went in, and they weren't really busy so I decided to try and get a gel polish. The woman who greeted me sat me down and showed me the colors while simultaneously taking off my regular nail polish and filing my nails. I was looking at the shellac colors they offered and didn't really see many that I was interested in. After looking for a few minutes, I asked the manicurist for suggestions and she basically said that she doesn't know what I like so was hesitant to suggest any ( I told her a neutral color that would go well with my skin tone and a glitter nail). She pointed to this ugly color, and I declined. She really made no other effort to help. I kept looking at the colors and told her I wanted a certain one but she said no because it was too light. Then, she had the nerve to rush me, and said "you need to hurry." Verbatim. There were two or three people in the salon. Regardless, that's not how you treat a paying customer. This ain't a sweat shop, things don't have to be rushed and mass produced! At that point I got up and said forget it. She said I needed to pay her for the polish remover. So I did and bounced. What a horrible business maneuver, as I am looking for a regular nail salon. Read Less
