Nail technician was extremely nice her name was Helen. I came in for the first time for a full set and was serviced right away. She took time making each nail shape correctly and Paid attention to even the most tiny details. She shaped each nail individually with the file before she used the typical nail drill. Another thing I liked about this place was that they were not rough at all with my nails and never once did it hurt. Shop was clean and minimalistic and all the stuff there were friendly and actually talk to the customers and greeted them. This has to be One of my favorite full set that I have ever gotten. Also it cost $25 and they did not try to up charge or upsell me at all which I appreciate. Typically nail shops will charge more to shape your nails in a certain style such as coffin shaped or a pointy however this nail shop did not charge me additional money to get the desired shape I wanted. I then added nail art on both of my ring fingers which only cost an additional five dollars which I thought was extremely reasonable. The service was not rushed , rather Helen took her time doing an amazing job. If you are in Auburn and looking for a nail shop to do a thorough job while also being personable and reasonably priced this is your shop. This place did an incredible job. I got a manicure and pedicure and got my seven year old son a pedicure. It was his first pedicure and he loved it. The ladies were great with my son. He said he would rather go back there for a pedicure than go to Chunk E Cheese! That's saying a lot. Read Less

So I've been to the shop about five times. I did not give a review after the first time because I wanted to watch the consistency of the technicians. There are two ladies who work here. They are both very friendly. All of the times I've been I've had an appointment. This last time I made an appointment 2 hours before I wanted to come and they were able to get me in. Been going here since the week they opened! Amazing ladies that do great work. My shellac never chips and lasts so long! I get so many compliments on my nails and eyebrows. I consistently (from three different awesome ladies) get shellac manicures that last 3 weeks from Nail Master 2! No chips, I'm serious--and I type and use my nails all day. The shellac manis are just $25 each! I've only had one pedicure so far but it was SO relaxing; a real pampering. I will definitely get more pedis in the future. Treated myself to a pedicure ($25). My poor feet needed it after wearing flip flops. Mindy was awesome! I was so impressed that I made an appointment w/Mindy to come back a couple of days later for a Shellac French Tips Manicure ($25). I booked a make up session with Tarryn and have to say it was more than just playing 'dress ups'! She was so helpful in not only sorting through what I had already but was great in showing me how to use my make up the right way.
