If you want to keep you nails healthy go anywhere but here. My mom and i wanted to try out a new place closer to her. I saw they had colorful tips so took all of mine off to put new ones on... in a week i lost a nail and on the second week i saw my nails turning colors.... i had an INFECTION on NINE nails. Went to the salon i went to before this place to take them all off and they said it was an infection and wait until it was healed before they could do anything... i thought it was just me but my mom got all her nails off today because she has an infection on ALL her nails. I came in as a walkin 2 wks ago, service was great my fills and nails are still looking great and lasting longer than where i was going. Because I work with harsh cleaning chemicals my nails usually dont last, but at Magic Nails I havent a single problem with my nails coming off. I also love my nail art. Wonderful customer service and they do a great job everytime I have come !! The pedicures are very detailed and relaxing! I recently had the nail powder polish and it has lasted on my nails over a month! (just grown out but not chipped) I have been coming here for over 6 years even though I have many closer to my house! This was my second visit here and have decided I won't be coming back.  The nail salon itself isnt sparkling clean, and the decor is a basic nail salon look.  I did see two ants wandering between my feet while my toes were drying.  The staff wasn't super friendly, they weren't rude either though.  I was asked twice if I wanted a Mani, but I declined, and that was about all the conversation that was said.  The pedicure was decent, I am a person who likes a foot massage rather than a leg massage, and when I mentioned this to the technician she said ok, OK, but ended up barely massaging my feet.  She didn't used polish remover, instead opting to use a nail file to remove the left over polish, which I thought was a little odd.  She did get a little zealous with the cuticle clippers and my big toe is slightly pinkish around the side of my tow nail and is sensitive today.  The application of the polish isn't great, I will say.  She did a sloppy job of it and got it all over the skin around a few nails.  She tried to take care of it by using her own nail to scrap the polish off, and ended up gabbing into my nail bed.  I did yelp a little when it happened.  She then went on to use a brush, and acetone, but she kept dipping the brush back into the bottle of acetone which I found unsanitary instead of dumping some out and using that.  All in all it wasn't the greatest experience so I will not be back. Very disappointed in my service today. 3 of my nails are crooked , the shape is not what i asked for and they are so thin they feel like they will brake if i pick something up wrong.  The shop is very dirty and the polish colors are very old and clumpy. I will not be going back  and i recommend that people save their money and go elsewhere. Read Less

Where do I start?So we got there around 4:30 pm today, Thursday, and there were 3 girls getting their pedicures done so they took us as we got there. I asked the manicurist if he could do a design on my nail because he does cool designs that I've seen on Facebook wayyyy more complex than what I was asking for on one nail. He was like no I can't do that so I found a simpler design (the same thing, a sankofa bird, and it was just the black figure no details at all, just a black bird). He said he would charge me $5 so I was all excited because this bird is the school that I'm graduating from's mascot. He then passes me off to some other lady who is kind of rude and this is the same lady that did my sister's pedicure which was okay but I've definitely seen better. Anyways he passes me off to this lady who does the tip of my full set in yellow and gold and at this point I was not told that it would be more than $25 for the full set, not including the design, so I'm getting my nails done then get moved to a pedicure station. The lady doing my pedicure was sweet but she was taking a long time to do the pedicure and when I asked her to do the tips on my toes she was like I cut it too short so it's better to do the entire nail, so I said okay because at this point I was becoming irritated that they were taking so long. Many women came to the salon and some left because it was busy and others stayed. One poor girl that was one of the three there before us left the same time we did at almost 7 pm and the pedicurist took SUPER long on her. So my sister and I go to pay and our bill turns out to be $100.00 broken down as:Her:$30 for her full set which was $25 and $5 for a design which she had used a glossy black nail polish which was matted on the nail bed and the tip was left glossy. I didn't argue here because I understood it would take some time to get the look she wanted.$20 for her pedicure. Normal price. No argument.Me: $30 for my full set which the lady said it was $20 and $10 for a design which I NEVER got my design in the first place and I only had my tips painted which was an option when I was switched over to her. $20 for my pedicure. Normal price. No argument.Total:$100.I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with this salon. Compared to my last visit this one was SUPER rushed, rude, & they will take your money if you're not careful  to ask about everything they are doing to you.We paid the $100 to GTFO there because I was so mad. & as for the girl that was there for a long time getting a pedicure and full set done, she was pissed too and said she wasn't going back there. I was very dissatisfied with the nail work I had done here. I went in for a fill and shellac color. They shaped my nails all wrong, even with correction from me. The staff was very unfriendly. It was All very rushed and hurried. I won't be going back here. Read Less

I love Magic Nails! I always go here because they go out of their way to give you a good mani/pedi. Sometimes I even get just the shellac with no mani and they still cut the cuticles if they're ripped and look for hang nails. They always ask how many coats of polish I want as well, when other places with give a 2 maximum. If nobody else is there and you're getting a mani and pedi and Shellac needs to be removed they even will have 2 people help you at once. This business has stayed open for me past 7 many, many times and they're happy to do it! I've scheduled an appointment at 6:45 and they said yes with no hesitations. Just the best! Read Less

I made an appointment for a full set at  5:30 and I got there at 5:20 but they didn't get me seated for a good 15 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and the remodel is warm and inviting. I got the coffin shape with Louboutin shellac color and I'm very happy with them. I will come back here for my fill! Read Less

I used to LOVE this nail salon and had reffered a lot of people that had also become regulars . Unfortunately there is new mgmt there now and they are very rude , last time I was there a man came in asking if he could hang a flier about  youth baseball they all acted like the couldnt speak english and completely ignored him ]. I finally spoke up and asked if they were going to answer him and the man in charge finally got up and helped him . I told them all how rude they were and that I would not be back and everyone just nodded and smiled . I have a full punch card but wont even go back for a free service from them . Not the best place i have been as a man I know that it is not normal for me to get a mani but when I do I want a good one. the lady set me at her table and left for 10 min then when she came back she was very hurried to get me done she did not let my fingers soak she filed my nails but did not clean under them then i asked for clear coat and she said no.      will not go back here ever Read Less

I was not satisfied at all.First off was not greeted at all.The lady doing my nails didn't talk with me at all.Another lady doing some girls toes looked at me an I smiled at her and she didn't even make a tad bit of a smile -.-Then my nails didn't fit right.After my nails dried I looked at them and I had black small hairs in more then one of my nails.I will definetly not be going here for my fill.Not a happy and welcoming atmosphere. Our regular nail salon in Sumner went under new ownership and it just wasn't the same.  So many of the regular technicians had left, and the new ones coming in were rude and really didn't do as good of a job even with me asking specifically for certain things.  It was truly disappointing.  So, we decided to look around and see what was near us and we found this place!  I was impressed with how quickly they got all three of us in on a Saturday and pampered my little girl.  :-)  They are very friendly and professional.The only downside (hence 4 instead of 5 stars - wish I could give 4.5!!) was that their nail color selection wasn't as extensive as some other nail salons.  That's why I brought my own.  :-) Always prepared!The spa pedicure was excellent and I will definitely be back.  :) Read Less

I went to this place to get pink and white nails. The staff were generally nice. The male worker seems really nice. The place appeared clean. My nails were pretty nice. This place is pretty decent.  The staff are friendly and they did a good job.  I've been here twice once for a pedicure and once for a manicure, I was pleased.The prices are inexpensive but they tend to get busy after work hours.  I'm not sure if they take appointments but I could see this place getting pretty busy on the weekends.  I'd say check it out...they have a lot of extras that help you relax more like the parifin dips, heated mittens and all that jazz.
