Worst nail salon I ever been too!! Very unprofessional and the pedicure sucked and they try to tell you how u should get your nails done...I didn't mind paying the 30$ for the pedicure but it was not a good job at all they didn't scrub the bottom of my feet and it was supposedly a spa pedicure all they did was rub that nasty creme on my feet...I SWEAR DONT GO TO THIS PLACE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!! Usually come here for mommy daughter pedicures and the ladies are always very nice.  My daughter loves the bear pedicure chair! They do a very nice job, I'll have to try them out still for their acrylics, but so far I've always had a good experience. Read Less

I made an appointment and took time off from work to be there. Arrived and they asked me to wait 45 minutes. If you're able to come in and get walk in service maybe they're decent but don't bother making an appointment as they won't honor it. Read Less

I came to this salon today at 9:50am to be one of the first customers since they open at 10 and no one was here. I waited for 15 minutes and the two ladies that opened arrived. They saw me sitting in my car waiting, I waited a few minutes to let them settle in before walking in. One of ladies approached me with a mouth full of food asking if I just called. I said no I was waiting for you guys to arrive. She then asked what I needed. I said I needed to remove a set and get a fresh set. She said someone called 10 minutes ago and set an appointment. I told her I waited 20 minutes outside past 10am since they were late opening the salon so how would I be able to call to make an appointment if you guys were not here??. She just blank stares at me and said you can call to make an appointment. I just said never mind and walked out. The owner wasn't here and I really enjoy the service the owner gives but this is the last time I'm coming here. Very very poor customer service. Stopped by on Sunday to check a shellac mani. The lady was nice. She did a great job on my cuticles. Although later on I noticed a lot of the shellac leaked onto the side of my nails. So my nails look wider then they really are Read Less

Very unprofessional, worst nails I've had done. Declined on both suggestions I requested. (Crescent shape and putting the nail lower to appear longer) first nail salon I've been to that could not perform this nail style. I would not recommend going here and wasting your time or money. Read Less

Not impressed. They only get two stars because the lady who handled my 5yo daughter was really sweet. However...my person shouldn't be employed, period. She didn't SPEAK to me, she GRUNTED at me. And when she did my toenails, she didn't take all of the old polish off before putting the new polish on. And she walked away a few times, not saying a word to me, to go check her phone. At the end, I didn't know whether to get up and leave, if she was finished or what? So I hopped down from the chair and went to put my flip flops on and then she comes over and tries to help, but only when she's finished with whatever she was doing on her phone. I went to them for a couple months since my mom and I were desperate and the other places we tried just weren't cutting it. One lady, the owner, is pretty nice and makes conversation. Can't say that about the others. My mom usually gets the nice lady and I get the not so nice ones. I've had so many lopsided nails, uneven shapes and painting. Once the lady doing my nails cut my finger so bad my reflexes made me pull my hand away. Mind you, it was bleeding...she told me "don't move!" And I mouthed to my mom she had cut my finger. I was not impressed. To make it worse, she got the cuticle oil and other products into the open wound and would not allow me to wash my cut until the acrylics were on and I had to wash the no lift off my nails. Brought my daughter here for a birthday pedicure. Very friendly staff. Served us a bottle of water with our pedicure and has those great massage chairs that I love. Plus the price is right. We will make this our go to place for sure. Read Less

I have been going here for a couple years now but more because it was convenient and close by and the prices were fairly better than other salons for a mani/pedi. They are not consistent with their manicures and pedicures. They often cut your cuticles too deep and your nails too deep to the point your toes or fingers hurt. Every now and then, they do a great job. Also, be mindful that they have no prices up in the salon so the prices often change on you. Make sure to ask before you get your services. I've gotten a waxing done for $10 one day and the same waxing done the next time for $15. I have been getting my mani/pedi for $25 for a while now and now it's $35 but they will not tell you that until it's time to pay. I would not recommend this place unless you really don't have anywhere else to go in that area. Read Less

I wasn't expecting what I walked out with. My expectations were surpassed. I got one of the best shellac manicures of my life. My little bites her nails and I bribe her with polish trying to get it to stop. They did a great job on her little stubs. Went here a few weeks ago to use a groupon for a mani pedi. My pedicure was great, and still looks good after 3 weeks. I loved the chairs and hot stone massage. I then had a different technician for my manicure and she did a horrible job! Not only did she butcher my cuticles and surrounding skin to the point I was bleeding, but the polish started peeling off by the end of the day. It was coming off in huge pieces. My cuticles still haven't recovered. If I ever go back I will never let that woman near my hands again! Read Less

It is not the nicest location but it was suggested to me so I gave it a try. I have had consistently great nails done here. I have to say, I understand a few of the negative reviews though. The staff isn't the most friendly and I noticed a difference in quality with another technician I watched. However I see a girl named Jennifer for the longest lasting, most natural looking overlay on my nails. I don't let anyone else do my nails! She isn't super talkative but nice. I went and had a mani pedi on Saturday with my mom in preparation for a vacation. I am a regular with pedicures but not manicures. While my pedicure was pretty good although they charged extra for every little thing like my flower (which was nothing special). I am actually ok with this my issue was my manicure. This was the worst manicure I have ever had. I am not sure if they were busy or what, but my polish started peeling that night. By Monday I had to completely take it off. Absolutely terrible. My mom had a French manicure and 2 nails are crooked and messed up. I will never go back. They need to take a little more time and maybe get better polish if it starts to peel after a few hours. The ladies were nice enough. They chatted me up when I arrived and joked with me about putting color on my toe nails. I arrived this afternoon to redeem my fathers day gift from my girls. I've gotten dozens of pedicures before but its been a long time since i got my last one. Everything was going well until a lady sat next to me to get her pedi. I immediately noticed she had bubbles in her water and it smelled good. Mine had neither. Strike 1.Strike 2 came when the lady barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet. She spent all of 1 minute scrubbing. Let me remind you it's been a long time since I got my feet done. Guess how long the lady next me for her feet worked on? Tracy was great!  I was greeted instantly and had maaaaany many colors to choose from.  The atmosphere wasn't anything spectacular; just your average nail shop.  I used a Groupon for the deluxe mani & deluxe pedi, it was a quick in and out service.  Usually they charge the Groupon price regardless.  AND it was only $10 for my eyebrow wax! My friend and I went because she purchased the groupon. Big mistake. Only one leg was scrubbed and no massage. I almost wanted to go across the street and get a real mani-pedi! Also I didn't see anything being sanitized and I was watching closely. The final straw was the crappy color selection and the rhinestones I got on both of my big toes totally came off.
