I was a regular at this salon for a long time until I moved. I loved the fact that the silk allowed my natural nails to grow back, and I had them on for a year or more.  I went back a few times after I moved to get maintenance manicures,  so I had earned a free pedicure (through five stars) so I decided to go the other weekend with a friend.  I booked an appointment for us to get pedicures TOGETHER and we were seated together,  but I got mine done while she waited,  then she got hers done.  Usually when you book appointments there's enough staff to do the appointments first,  the walk in people really should wait.  I called to make the appointment 3 weeks in advance because my friend works every other weekend. On top of it all,  they were not good pedicures,  no massage included,   rubbed a little oil on our feet and legs like that was the massage,  and acted like she was in a hurry.  And what bothered me more was they acted like they didn't know me,  and I was a long time customer until I moved. Needless to say,  my friend and I weren't happy,  didn't enjoy the pedicure like someone should,  and won't be going back.  If they want to take walk in's that's fine,  but check your book first.  Also, that place looks nice at a first,  quick glance,  but when you look around,  there's nail polish splattered everywhere by there polishes,  has been there for a couple years now at least.  Someone wrote a review about sanitizing....I can't say that I've seen them take out clean tools myself.  Everyone seems to be in a hurry. I have been coming here for about a month now and I'm so impressed! The first time I came in I saw Jenna and she was fabulous. I found out her days off, were also my days off so our schedules didn't work. I decided to see Julie based on the reviews on here. She's awesome. I've never had a shellac manicure last the full 2 weeks but they do here! I'm very picky about making sure my cuticles are removed and she gets them all! She's also very talented. First and foremost! I'm not sure if this place sanitizes their tools for manicures. I got a gel manicure and kid you not I didn't see the sanitation bag but instead watched my manicurist pull out what seemed like used utensils from her drawer. I freaked out. Overall the manicure was decent. It definitely lasted for a long time but the manicurist could work on her painting skills! She definitely did get all of my nail. Another notch knocked is how often she complained about my nails being too short. It was rude and annoying. I won't be coming back. I'm giving this place 2 stars solely on the fact that they were courteous enough to get me in while they were busy and because the manicure did in fact last a long time. I've had issues with the gel lifting and they didn't happen this time. However I won't be returning because of their sanitation practices. Read Less

My friend introduced me to this place about a week ago and I had a great time. I went back in yesterday to have my nails just taken off and was told the soak would take 30 minutes which I was fine with. But when it took an hour and a half that was completely ridiculous. I really really wanted to like this place. For their nail skills they deserve a one star but I gave them two stars for the good service. I came there last Sunday to get my toes and nails done. My toes I did the standard pedicure which I must say I got the best foot massage I have ever had. I got the standard nail polish on my toes and I did a standard white tip . For my nails I did shellac. It ended up being around $60 all together. My nail polish started chipping literally 3 days after I got it done. Both my toes and nails are almost completely chipped off now and it has now only been one week. When I go to my regular nail shop my nails usually last 4 weeks with no chip! Sad to say but I will never be back to this shop unless I want a good foot massage lol. Read Less

I've been to countless nail salons throughout my life and had a pretty great one back home in California before I moved up here. This place is pretty middle of the road as far as I'm concerned. It's a cute spot and the staff is friendly but as I've seen a couple other mention, the quality is hit or miss. I've been twice and made appointments both times as recommended by a friend who's been there. Once for just a shellac manicure and another time for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. And that's what leads to probably my biggest gripe with this place...The first time I made the appointment was with the owner. When I showed up, she thought it was for an hour later. She seemed a little exasperated and the appointment felt rushed but my nails came out good so I couldn't really complain. Plus, everyone makes mistakes and I didn't let the scheduling snafu bother me...except when it happened again. The next time for my shellac mani and regular pedi, they couldn't find my appointment at all. Once again, I felt like an inconvenience for showing up at the time they told me to. And once again, the appointment was rushed. Even worse, them rushing my appointment showed in the quality that time. Overall, this place isn't bad but it's definitely not the best in this area. I finally found a spot that does dip powder nails and does them very well. Not to mention my dip powder mani and regular pedi was great quality and cheaper than a shellac mani and regular pedi at Blush. I would probably only come here if I needed something done for an event last minute and couldn't get in to KP Nails. Read Less

Another great job, they always give me great service and fun seasonal designs I ask for. No drilling and hand filed, it takes a little longer but we'll worth it for healthier nail beds. I make the 30 minute drive to come here because the women are always so nice and professional. Also, it's one of the few salons I've been to that doesn't reek of acetone and polish. The owner and most of the nail technicians speak clear English with no accent which makes conversation and setting appointments easier and less awkward. I also appreciate that I see them sanitizing the tub basins for pedicures after every customer. Read Less

Thanks for saving my hands. I have thin nails that crack and tear, I get hang nails and the only thing i have ever found to help is fake nails. I had to quit getting acrylic nails years ago, because the grinding that the other salons do with a mechanical tool was causing my nails to completely disappear and they became painful. I was so sad that I couldn't have nice hands and nails. Then I found Blush! Julie and the team do an amazing job with Silk nails, yes silk I had never seen it before...No grinding, no stinky chemicals, no pain. The silk nails are strong, look natural and for me have lasted longer then any acrylic ever did (these have never lifted on me). They hand file your nails and take so much pride in their work. Does it take longer then the other places? maybe, but not noticeably so, because you can tell they are taking time to make it perfect. I saw other reviews about walk ins, and here's the thing I go in every two weeks and I never have an appointment. Are there times when they are busier then others yes, but as a small business i wouldn't expect them to pay an extra person to sit around and wait for a possible walk in. I know if I try and walk in after 4pm odds are I won't get right in, but they always give me multiple choices when to come back. The owner is there nearly everyday and expects excellence, the whole team loves working there and are Super friendly. They all hand paint great designs if you like that (I do). I keep my nails very short and have never had a problem with them (unless it is self inflicted, in which case they repair and repolish if needed). They have helped me to have not just nice looking hands, but also healthy hands. No more hang nails, cracked cuticles, torn nails down to the quick. This place is awesome! The staff was friendly with excellent customer service! I got a pedicure which was excellent! She took time and extra care of giving me my pedicure. It was so relaxing and perfect. I also got a full set of nails. They do silk nails. I've never had that before. It feels like I'm not even wearing a set of nails it feels and looks so natural also she took time and care with my nails. They also have relaxing music playing while your being serviced. I absolutely love them. This is the most beautiful place I've ever been to. It's very clean and sanitary too.This salon is like no other. Other salons rush you and gets you out as fast as possible to work on the next customer or they take forever to see you. Not this place. I highly recommend it to everyone. This is my nail salon now. THEN WHEN IT WAS MY TURN FOR A PEDI I WAS SENT OVER WITH NO NAIL POLISH ON MY FINGERS, ok whatever. BUT THEN. I GOT THE SPA PEDI AND SHE LEGIT EXFOLIATED MY LEGS, PUT LOTION ON THEM AND DID A PARFFIN DIP. THATS IT. NOWWWW I BOTH MY BIG TOES ARE INFECTED (pussing/bleeding) because they tried to get a ingrown nail, but instead just cut it shorter after i asked them not too. it was terrible. i can't work because i have to now wait dor my doctors appt. so they can cut them out. Cute salon and everyone is very nice. I always get a shellac manicure but the quality is always a hit or miss. The polish always seems to chip way before 2 weeks small selection on colors. Got a manicure last Tuesdays for vacation and it has already chipped and they are starting to peel. Also had a appointment and someone that came in after me got started on first and I just sat at the table for 10  minutes, I think the other girl was more of a regular but still shouldn't matter. Came on a Monday afternoon. Didn't make an appointment... I noticed most people who walked in had an appointment. Waited about 15 minutes. Soaked my feet for about 15 more minutes until they got started on me. (One of their girls had to go home early cause she was sick, so they were short staffed) Probably the cutest nail salon I've ever been to. Nicely decorated. Great service! This was my first time here and I was just blown away. My mom and I needed to get our nails done asap, but we couldn't find a good enough place that got the job done right the first time, so I looked all over and just stumbled across "Blush A Nail Boutique " on yelp, so I called and made an appointment. The minute you walk into the nail salon it is beautifully decorated, relaxing and cozy. Second the staff was friendly, helpful and sweet as can be. Last but not least they took their time with our nails, they were not super rough ( like some places I've been to before), they cared a lot about their jobs and I am truly thankful !!. I have to say this is the best nail place I've found since moving this way, 6 years later. I've driven by this place so many times and didn't know what it was. Happened to come into here without an appointment to get a manicure and a pedicure because my normal place didn't have time for me and my friend and we were leaving on vacation soon. First off, this place is extremely clean and welcoming. Great customer service and you can really tell these ladies get to know their clients that come in. I've been in one time after my first visit and they remembered me and my friend that came in. They even asked where she was. I'll definitely keep going back. I have been going here for a few months. I have gotten 2 full sets and multiple fills. Their prices are a little more than most places, but their services are top notch! They only do silk wrap nail extentions which I prefer due to the harshness and thickness of acrylics. I get gel polish because it lasts longer and have never broken a nail yet. I get fills once every 2 or 3 weeks. The staff is very friendly. Julie or Jenna normally do my nails. They both have great attention to detail. Julie was able to take a nail art picture I found on Pintrest and create it for me! They are also very honest about what crazy nail art ideas I have with regards to how they will look an what will be practical versus what will not. I suggest making an appointment to get the best experience as they do get very busy. I highly recommend Blush Nails! Read Less

While the decor is great and the people are nice, I wasn't happy. I can deal with the fact that it took over 2 hours for a pedi and a set of nails. But after spending almost $90 which is ridiculous, I had a nail break off less than two hours later. I'm in my best friends wedding today and professional pictures with a bandaid over my one nail.
