I’ve visited three times now. My nails never looked better. Most of the time every nail is perfect. I like how they don’t rush and they actually pay attention when handling the sharp tools around my cuticles instead of babbling to each other like most other salons I’ve been to. I just got an overlay done with a lady there. She was distracted on the phone while filing under the nail with the electric tool and CUT me under my nail. She then tried to spray underneath my nail with  alcohol! Because of that I was unable to complete my service with a polish. She still charged me full price even though it was HER fault and I wasn't able to receive the full service! I left with my nails unpolished and a paper towel wrapped around my finger to soak up the blood! I am VERY unhappy with the service today!!!! By the way, the implement that tore the skin underneath my nail was never sanitized, she just put it away. Thankfully I'm a healthy adult but how would she know that?! I had made an appointment and they where a half an hour late. I had my upper lip waxed and the wax was so hot it tore off my skin. They did a horrible job on my nails. I think I found my new go to nail salon. Went in about 10am on a Saturday morning and they were already very busy. I only waited about ten mins without an appointment and they greeted me right away unlike some other salons. Holly did my fill and I love the way they look. She's also very nice and even painted my daughters nails at no charge. She painted them quick but all that matters is she made my daughter feel welcomed. A friend and I made an appointment for 2 fills and a color change for my feet May 20, 2017. I was so excited to take my friend who was coming to this salon for her first time. I came here 2 weeks ago and my experience was amazing. But this time the women who did my nails was disrespectful. I think her name is Polly or Paula something of that sort. I was asking about shellac nails and prices for designs, things were fine at first. But when I decided to go with regular polish I asked if she could paint the purple sparkle polish on the tip of the white polish, she said NO that would be ugly plus that's more work for her. Then she rushs when doing my nails and told me she had anther appointment. And someone else would do my feet. Which I felt was rude but I waited. It took 20 min till someone finally got to me which I was understanding cuz they were a bit busy but then once she was starting my toenails she kept leaving to go to the front to talk to someone. So I was annoyed I wasn't done yet. Meanwhile my friend who was pleased with her experience is patiently waiting for me to finish. She over hears the women who rushed me talking about me to another customer. Saying how I need to not complain and to make an appointment and how I was so indecisive and cheap. Facts: I did make an appointment, I like to lay out all my options and what I feel is worth spending and I did not even complain, I was just very unsatisfied. If I could give less then a one star then I would I'm so mad. First some staff are rude. Then I ended up getting a nail fungus so im now dealing with that. I'm so mad i told my sister I will never get my nails done again I'm just glad it was me and not my daughters because i took them there too. I just wish this would clear up soon. I used to go to this nail shop all the time ever since I used to work within walking distance. Anyway yesterday i went to get a pedicure and took my daughter with me, she's 3 yrs old right after the lady did her toes she messed up one and she didn't even bother to fix it or anything which I was ok with because it's not her fault that she's a toddler and was touching her toes, however the lady that helped me was doing my pedicure by episodes literary would do something really quick and leave the station SUPER unprofessional she also did not cut my nails after I've asked her 3 times and when it was time to pay the girl that did my daughters nails got mad at me because I didn't want to give her a tip, like it's not like I was happy with her job , both of the manicurist were very rude and unprofessional, I will not ever recommend this place again Read Less

Best nail salon in this area...I have never had any issues with my nails. A lot of their powders are custom made and many shops cannot do powder. Not only that, they are the most welcoming and nicest crew. It's a busy shop but they always keep a smile on their faces. I have been going here for 10 years. I came here 4 months ago with my great aunt and the ladies were very nice and they even let us get pedicures right at closing time. So of course I was super happy to come back to get a full set. Well today when I went in they had me sit at table 5 and she was the rudest person I've had to deal with yet getting my nails done. She never started a conversation nor did she even acknowledge me. She answered her phone half way through and started speaking to someone while doing my nails!!!!! She messed up my full set. It is uneven and not filed down like they should be properly be. I'm so upset I waisted my money. You should make sure your employees are respectful enough to your customers. Love coming here! Staff is friendly, and they always do such a great job on my nails! I get acrylics and I never have a problem with them breaking or coming off when I come here. Prices are standard. Don't go here unless you want to gamble with your toes. Apparently they don't sterilize their instruments because 2 of my toes got infected and the gal that was doing my pedicure was yanking on my cuticles so hard that I was literally in pain. Never in my life have I ever got an infection from a pedicure before I went to this place. Guess that's what I get for wanting to try someplace different. I am highly disappointed!!! I was recommended to go see holy here and I did I haven't had my nails on for but a week and they are starting to lift! I didn't get what I wanted and she basically refused to do what I wanted! I wanted an ombré of orange and purple (which I've had before by different artist) and she told me that the colors I wanted wouldn't blend...  I'd rather someone tell me they can't do something then play it off as if it's impossible. ridiculous! My mom and I have been looking for a good nail salon since we moved to WA in June 2015, We went all over auburn and even Federal way and we finally tried Auburn Nails in June 2016. We used to go to the one across the street (Citi Nails) but after getting several uneven and crooked nails as well as being told to come back later, we decided to try out Auburn Nails. They looked busy but they made time for us! The ladies are all friendly and I love talking to them! I have yet to get a bad experience from them. My go-to nail salon! I've been to a dozen and haven't really been set on going to just one.... Until now. They have good service and are usually always welcoming. They are pretty quick to sit you down when you just go as a walk-in. They are pretty busy 12pm-5pm ish usually on weekends. I like to go early morning bc there's normally not too many people.I've never had any issues with my nails. I only get acrylic there. They have tons of returning customers. This is my favorite nail salon! My best friend and I almost always go in together and they always accommodate us so we're together. From the time we walk in the doors until the time we ate leaving, there's rarely ever a time we aren't laughing or smiling. I got a French tip full set here & I am not happy with my experience. The lady who was doing my nails had put a few of the tips on crooked & when I tried pointing it out she kept saying she would fix it later & I said she might just need to take the tips off & fit me for new ones due to one of them clearly being way too small for my nail. She basically ignored what I said, continued with the nails, & left several of them crooked. I complain very rarely about little things like that & the entire time she seems very annoyed with me for saying anything. Also, another lady doing my friends nails proceeded to say "she won't make up her mind" because I spent a moment looking at the nail polish colors (terrible selection) & decided to do French tip instead. 1 star is the min, 2 stars because the women were quite friendly. Besides the happy staff, there wasn't anything I liked about this place. I got a mani-pedi, which I didn't know was only $35 until after the service was done. After the manicure, I am still left with uneven nails, no cuticle care at all, leftover clear polish from a month ago, no new polish, and skin that should have been clipped away. After the pedicure... which, to be fair, I am picky about in the first place... I had to go home and even my nails out, spot paint (thank god I picked a color there that I had at home), pull the corners of every single nail out so they didn't get ingrown, and put neosporin on 3 of my toes where she cut too deep around the edges.In no way am I pleased with the outcome. I LOVE AUBURN NAILS.  I have been coming to this salon exclusively for over a year now and I won't go anywhere else.  Lucy, Jody, Holly, Cindy and all the girls are SO GREAT.  Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they have a ton of regular clients that keep coming back.  I live in Auburn now, but when I first starting going to Auburn Nails I lived near Bremerton and would still go out of my way to come here on my way home from work in Tukwila everytime I needed a fill.  They truly care about the health of your nails, and will tell you when you need a new set and when you need to let your nails breathe a while.  I really appreciate that!  The prices are great and SO worth the time and effort they spend to make sure your nails look amazing!! I have been to Auburn nails maybe half a dozen times and I keep having bad experiences so I am done going. They rush through, especially at the end of the day so they can go home at 7 exactly.
