Umm, yeah, otherwise am I just paying you $28 for a polish change? Cuz there was no buffing, no moisturizing, nothing! She did a nice job with the polish. But that was it, less than 30 minutes. I had to buff my heels and big toe myself when I got home. I'm looking for a new nail place. Read Less
