I really wanted to love it, its by what was my grandmas favorite thia place before she passed away, so I wanted to feel close to her, and everyone seemed very nice. But after, I had a couple nails that I wasnt happy with some nails are shorter , some are round on one side n straight on the other I wouldnt have minded as much if i didnt pay extra for a "coffin" shape. Also i just had 2 nails that the gel polish was bubbled , it happens I just wanted to see if I could come in and get it fixed. I called and after I explained who I was and what happened the woman told me if was her that did my nails, i apologized to her and said I just want them to be how I like , she answered by saying "mmmm are you coming in or what?" ... I didnt expect her to snap at me like that ... I dont feel comfortable coming in now to get them fixed because of her attitude but I wish I could I spent $65 that I cant get back and now will have to pay somewhere else to fix... Read Less

Great first experience. Went in with my three year old and they treated us so nicely. They did my daughter's nails and made her feel like such a princess. Every employee in there had a lively welcoming attitude which made my experience so much better. Super annoyed!! Had a 5:30pm appointment for a powder dip manicure and showed up 5 mins prior. The lady tells me that the manager who does the powder had an emergency and had to leave early. I understand emergencies happen but a call would have been nice so I could have found another place to do powder dip. The lady was very sweet but instead of calling me they just assumed I would want gel instead. I made the appointment specifically for powder dip not gel. I was in desperate need of an eyebrow wax and someone recommended Glitz. I'm so glad they did. I got a pedicure and an eyebrow wax and I'm very happy with both. My pedicure was great. I was very pleased with the massage that went along with the pedicure and my feet look amazing. I am also very pleased with the waxing services. Their prices are great as well. The facility is clean and well kept and all of the staff was very nice. I was also happy about the 10% military discount. I will definitely be going back. Read Less

I went today and asked for shoe stiletto acrylic nails.. instead I just got regular acrylic nails with the color I wanted.. she didn't really do what I wanted her to do... other than this the nails look nice. It just sucks that I didnt get what I had wanted. Read Less

Three stars because Allen, a trainee, who did my gel manicure was ah-mazing! The manicure kept for over 3 weeks, I only went back because my nails grew out. She did such a great job. I wish she was full time. (It was NOT Helen, another full time employee)The second time was not great. It deserved no stars really...  Titi did my nails, and there were brush marks, she painted gel polish over my cuticles, and then said I must have brushed my nails against the UV light when I put my hand in. I did not. I am careful. The gel manicure started chipping within 5 days! So disappointing, for a $30 manicure... and I still tipped her well...  She also filed the top of my nails so hard that after the polish came off my nails are so thin ragged and fragile it looks hideous.So disappointed now, will keep looking around for a nice clean salon. Stopped in Glitz Nails for a gel pedicure before vacation. This place is clean and the staff is friendly. They offer kids packages so I was entertained with little girls giggling through their first pedicures. They have punch cards here to reward repeat customers. Had an awesome experience with the ladies here. Sopheap did my mani/pedi. She was super personable and fun and did a great job. I loved her attention to detail and how much effort she put into cleaning up my hands and feet. It has been awhileSince my last professional mani/pedi. My mom had Britteny. She was also awesome. My mom loves her nails. Brigette was super helpful in picking out my moms colors and also did a super cute snowflake and reindeer on her nails as my mom kept saying she wanted something Christmasy.
