I only gave them two stars because staff was nice but based on services I was very unhappy. I asked for help with in grown toe nails which they were able to get but that same day my toes became very inflamed and eventually infected. I don’t think they used sterile tools. The nail polish they used on my toes was chipping and looked awful barely a week after visiting. The cleanliness of this place was so so and I feel so bad for the babies they just plop in front of screens all day. Will not be returning. Read Less

My daughter and I have been going to expo for over 15 years, this shop is great, not just there work is amazing but they are also an amazing family, they are loving and friendly and very special people. I completely recommend Expo Nails.. Read Less

I love Lena. I started going somewhere else due to my schedule and regret it immensely. My gel nails are in awful condition. Lena does such a great job! I will be returning to her asap. She is kind. She listens and takes great care of your nails. She is also great at nail art. I will not trust anyone else with my nails. They also do a good job on pedicures. Read Less

Been twice for gel polish, had the son the first time and my nails turned out pretty good - enough for me to return. I had the son's wife the second time - really great job, very neat. Definitely would go back. Read Less

It's a lovely family ran place. My mother and I have been going to them for years. I actually tried to cheat on them once just to see if there was anything better but I was proven wrong. I actually had to come to them so they could fix the mistakes made from my infidelity . While they welcome walk ins they will hold their appointments as a priority so if you go in on a busy day expecting to be seen within ten minutes time, think again. Why just today I walked in with my mother who had an appointment and this woman got upset because we were seen before her and she stood outside their store 45 minutes prior to opening. Now our appointment was at opening time, and there was only two workers this morning and the appointment book was full until 3:00 which he, the co owner, offered to her, which she refused. So bottom line get an appointment or if you have no where to be, enjoy your stay and talk to those next to you (or pet the shop dog, Chewy). This family is very nice and very accommodating. Great place for pedi, mani and eyebrow wax. This is a family run business and it shows in the customer care that is given. My nail technician is awesome! Her halloween nail art is fantastic. The gentleman that does the awesome pedis is out with his wife for the new baby. I miss him. Read Less

A decent nail salon that is good for groups. We had a group of six for a wedding party and they were able to take us all at once (with an appointment called ahead) and actually sat us all next to each other, which is pretty rare. A regular pedicure and shellac French manicure was $55. Note that they do not accept American Express. My nail technician was nice but a little abrupt and talked and asked about very personal things, which is a little inappropriate in my opinion. I don't really care to chat with my nail technician about why i am not currently pursuing starting a family or why I've been engaged for so long. Read Less

My nail technician did a great job. Her art was spot on.Loved the fact that everyone spoke fluent english and were very nice.I had a pedicure and was asked if I wanted them to use the razor. Not 100% sure but I thought this was illegal for Nail shops to use? Read Less

I have been to this shop twice and my latest visit will be my last. The young lady who did my shellac polish was very rough and cut my cuticles deep. She did not even bother to place any antiseptic on the wounds. I felt butchered. Don't waste your time, money or patience here. Read Less

I want so badly to love this place but it doesn't seem to be in the cards. I came in on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy but the staff (a little girl who I assume is a family member) seated me quickly. The problem is that I ended up sitting with my feet in the water for 55 minutes so when the staff did get to me, I was already really uncomfortable. I had asked for a French pedicure but the white tip the tech drew on was really thick and uneven (lumpy). I asked her to thin up the line which she did on the big toe but the rest of the toe tips were still lumpy. The tech who did the pedicure was nice enough and gave a strong yet short foot massage. Bottom line: not sure I'd come here again, but if I did, I'd make sure I would be seen quickly before putting me feet in the water. Read Less

Really love this place. I was delighted by the services I received and I had acrylics, a pedi, eyebrow and Brazilian waxing. They were friendly, courteous, and did a great job. I highly recommend Cindi for waxing and pedi as she was amazing. My acrylics were on three weeks before my first fill and not one of them lifted even a little plus they weren't thick and ugly looking. I was very happy and I'll continue to return. Read Less

This was my nail shop back home. I sure do miss seeing them. They do full body waxes really well. I always got my eyebrows done by Mimi. Nam was the only nail tech I have ever had wait on me. This is a family owned business and they are great at what they do. The first time I chose this location is was because it was close to my house and my job. Before I came here I was used to wham bam thank you ma'm pedicures. I was in the chair for over an hour. They make you feel you are getting the best bang for your buck. My feet felt so soft after that first pedicure. The massage he gives your legs and feet is nothing short of amazing. I went to this nail shop for over four years. I never had a bad experience here. The shop is clean and neat at all times. They have loyal customers who have been going here since they opened. In fact most of their clientele are people that are regulars. Not saying they will not welcome new customers because they do. All my family and friends still go to this shop because I raved about how great they are. Oh they treat children really well and even offer smaller chairs for them. Its the best ever!! Read Less
