Depends on who it is doing nails some are nice and some are not. Great manicures but no one seems to know how to do designs...It's also best to make appointments otherwise you'll waste your whole day....
Depends on who it is doing nails some are nice and some are not. Great manicures but no one seems to know how to do designs...It's also best to make appointments otherwise you'll waste your whole day. I only go there when there are no other options. Acrylic nail fill in and gel polish cost $35 dollars!! Seems that they include tip into price but they also want an extra side tip. I do not tip because of this reason and you can tell they are displeased, Oh well!!

I will Never go to this place again. I have gone a few other times and it was fine. My last experience still has me so mad! The guy who was doing my nails never spoke to me and hurt me never said sorry. I then asked if he could please put 3 coates of polish on. He said "why?" I explained I'm hard on my nails and it helps keep them longer. He said no they don't do that. I explained I had it done all the other times and I will pay extra. He said no we don't do that. He was horrible! I have never been treated so rudely in a salon before! If there was an option to give it no stars I would have! I will never step foot in this place again.

Horrible place to get your nails done! My daughter has tried for 3 days to get nails done each time she went in they told her they were not taking appointments which was a lie because on the 3rd day she was there a lady came in that had made an appointment that morning. My daughter had a gift certificate and they will not refund the money so we could go somewhere else for her to get nails done for her Graduation. The customer service is horrible they were very rude to my daughter when she asked for a refund they lady completely ignored her and acknowledged the person standing behind her in line. I will never give them another penny of my money to be treated so poorly. I called there and the lady hung up on me said she didn’t have time to talk on the phone. Let’s not even talk about how dirty this nail salon is!!

I previously rated a 3 star, but think that I was a little harsh. It is definitely hard to find a good nail salon around here, but so far I think this is the best one. It is a very clean and unique establishment where you get your own fingernail file box. Everyone seemed friendly. I am happy with my nails and will definitely come back.

I’ve never been here before until tonight. My sister and I both walked in for a full set at 630 when they closed at 7!! We had no idea... (We’re such buttheads!) but they had no problem with us and we’re super nice and accommodating!! I was really happy with the cleanliness as well. They did a beautiful job and I’ll definitely be back!!

This place is absolutely wonderful!!!!! My sister and I got there at 630, we didn’t realize the place closes at 7 and we both wanted a full set. They did both of us without a problem. I wanted a 3D acrylic flower on my ring finger with some bling and she still did it. Lily did my nails and she’s such a nice person!! I love this place and will recommend it to anyone who asks!! Thank you lily! I had the best nail salon experience ever tonight and it was here!!

Have always had the best of service. I have a standing appointment with Nina and she is always on time, does a fabulous job, (people always comment on how nice my nails look), and makes the best suggestions on color and styles. Their pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality of service they provide. Had to use another technician there once because of illness and quality was just as good. Appreciate that they always accommodate and have staff available. Have recommended them to family and friends and everyone has been so pleased. Thank you T& T for keeping my nails and toes looking so good!

Very rude, I walked in today and the one man working looked me in the face and asked what I needed so I told him and the he proceeded to tell me we don't have time for you. Not only was that very rude but very disrespectful. He could of phrased it differently or something. I will not spend one dime in this place. I chose this place because of the ratings and reviews.

I love this salon. I'm not sure why the reviews are what they are. They are personable, professional, and highly skilled. Yes, they may be slower than another salon but I would much rather they be slow and excellent than fast and give bad work. They are, without a doubt, my go-to for my nails. I highly recommend them to everyone!!

I went here maybe once or twice. I had to wait seemed like all day. When I got there 4 or 5 people walked in after me and they tell me they had appointments and took them before me even though I sat there for hours.. I absolutely love and adore kids. There kids ran around screaming the whole time I was there and nothing was ever said to them. Then when I was getting my nails done they broke open skin and I was bleeding from every other nail. Then a few days later every nail was chipped or popping off. I went somewhere else to get them fixed... They don't listen to you on what you want at all. I don't ever go here any more!

I wish Yelp had a zero star rating. This was a terrible experience. The most important thing is that the young woman cutting my cuticles was not paying attention to what she was doing. She cut me twice and stabbed me with the end of the cuticle clippers once. When my cuticle started bleeding, she put the tip of a bottle next to the bleeding spot and squeezed some blue burning liquid onto the cut. It was completely unsanitary, but I didn't understand what she was doing until it was too late. The young women who were working today were unfriendly and talked to one another instead of their customers. It was a truly terrible experience!

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom. My mother is elderly and really has limited mobility. Yet at happy nails, Jeff and Candy always accommodate her and make her feel welcome and beautified. It's nice to know she can get the kind of pampering without having ever felt limited. This is a professional place with excellent service and kind people.

I love this salon. I'm not sure why the reviews are what they are. They are personable, professional, and highly skilled. When I got there 4 or 5 people walked in after me and they tell me they had appointments and took them before me even though I sat there for hours.. I absolutely love and adore kids. It's nice to know she can get the kind of pampering without having ever felt limited. This is a professional place with excellent service and kind people.
