Nina is the best, I have been going there for years. Once I tried to keep my nails growing by myself, brought all these different nail polishes and nail hardeners nothing worked, so I went back. The gentlemen who did my nails was rude, and on top of that he didn't do them well. The nail polish he used was old so the nail polish was streaky. I pointed it out and let out a big sigh. So he redid my two nails. I asked for matte and one of the other nails had glossy streaks. And by this time he already had another customer, so he told me to wait. The place wasn't the nicest looking place, but I was desperate. I sat down and the person attempted to scrub my feet with a dirty pumice. I snatched my foot away, and he said "you want new one?" I said uh yeah. Then I looked in the dish next to my leg where the clippers were and there was dead skin and nail clippings in it. I showed him and he picked it up and went to try and find a clean one. No clean one was available, so he poured some liquid solution in the container and thought that was sufficient. Really, it's a hit or miss with this place. Usually i have no complaints when it comes to the artificial nails. It took me 2 months to get my natural nails the length that they were. I went in and asked for a liquid gel fill. Usually I get gel polish, but the gentleman talked me out of it due to how expensive it would have been. He did a rush job due to the fact they were about to close. That very night, one of my nails broke. Today, 3 nails total are broken. I decided to treat myself to a pedicure instead of doing it at home myself. BIG MISTAKE! The employees were nice however the supplies that were used on me were all used items that aren't cleaned in between customers. For the first time in my life I ended up with a case of athletes foot after getting a pedicure here. It was horrible. Which is so sad because the girl did a great job painting my toe nails. If i could give them negative stars i would! I went to this location to get my eyebrows done and they messed them up so bad that i honestly just wanted to shave what little eyebrows I had left after dealing with the people that work there. First I get into the room and the first thing I tell the lady is, "I just want them cleaned and shaped up nicely ", I say this every time and every place I get my eyebrows done at. The lady that came in the room clearly said okay but from the looks of her eyebrows, you can tell she knows nothing about that because her eyebrows were practically two thick caterpillars sitting above her eyelids. She "waxed" and "cleaned" my eyebrows and within two minutes  she says that she's  done....well I looked at them and all she pretty much did was clean wax around them. They had no shape, no arc, and they were uneven. I ask her what did you do and she got upset,lake and real defensive started talking in her language  so I asked her if someone  else could fix what she did to my eyebrows, she gets mad and storms out of the room and someone else comes in and makes my eyebrows look even worse and all he had to say was they look "they look good honey" . I have been going to this nail salon for over a year now. I don't love the location but I love my experience! Leo is my go to but I have used Nina a few times and she is good as well. I can be picky about nail art and Leo always does great, I am always satisfied. A few times I have tried a new place this year and had to come to him to fix their mistakes. I always had high hopes for this salon.  My wife went there roughly 20 minutes ago and she had the worst experience ever.  The nail tech and two customers were ridiculously  RUDE.  They made fun of a customer who spoke in her native African language on her phone and made fun of her short hair cut by saying we're going to get some "bundles " of hair because long hair IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE BEAUTIFUL. I wish she remembered the technician name, but it's safe to say we won't be going to that shit hole again. (Sorry for the language) Read Less

Tepid water, no massage. They were upset when I asked to remove the callouses from my feet. Unhygienic, they do not sterile the clippers after use. Very rude behavior. When the nail polish got smudged, they tried to apply another coat of polish without removing smudged polish.-the misses Read Less

Ok to start I usually get waxed in Vienna or Arlington but didn't have time to go anyplace else! I got my legs waxed! It wasn't that bad but I wouldn't go back for legs! They did a wonderful job on my eyebrows and my feet! Get Leo to do your services! He is nice and clean and fast! Read Less
